Brain cells for the entire shop couldn't possibly be over 5. This shop is the most disrespectful bunch of nitwits I've ever dealt with. Completely incompetent. Asked for a total and couldn't be given one. I guess the guy that can add numbers wasn't in that day. Called to pay but couldn't because they didn't know how to add. Not the type of people I want working on my equipment. I took my business elsewhere and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

I tried to call and get information regarding a vehicle and pay for the bill. I was rudely hung up on and told the part will be there next Wednesday. We'll that's great, but I called to get a total for the work and pay for it but was hung up on. I called back and was called names and hung up again. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a mechanic I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. Take your business elsewhere

Everything we have needed for our SUV Joe's done. Not many places like dealing with standards to begin with but Joe's had no issues with working on our SUV. His prices are great for his quality of work.

This is a second generation buisness.Gets better as time goes on Honesty on pricing and top quality workmanship is a specialty at Joe's shop.I would recommend to friends and family to use B & H Automotive.A top shelf business. Pete

Working in car business myself and know all the ins and outs. Charges fair price and went above and beyond for my family. Still feels like mom and pop.

I've done business with them for years. Father passed down to son. He's doing a great job keeping the place going after his father's passing and business is good. He's a fair person who will treat you well. The service is great and he knows his stuff. He is a man to be trusted, not like at other garages. He is located on Sacandaga Rd, and may just be in the right spot for you if you are in the country and cannot make it all the way to the city. He offers many services at a good price. Look him up.
