Extremely great service. Prices are amazing. Family owned business. Been going to Pats for years now with all my vehicles new and old. Wouldn’t recommend any other place! Brain Bee must be thinking of another place or has his facts incorrect. Again highly recommend everyone to have Pat handle all your vehicle exhaust problems plus more!!
If you like your exhaust done slowly and hugely overpriced this is the place to go. Pay special attention to the sign that says 150.00 overcharge from estimate doesn’t even get a phone call. Tried to keep my old converter too.
4/5 great service and professional friendly workers. Very affordable for a project I could not do myself. Loss of one star because I was scheduled to drop my car off very early but didn’t even begin working on it until much later. While this is standard practice I think better scheduling would work to their benefit.
As a business owner meself I can appreciate anyone who takes pride in their work. I got a new dual exhaust system custom made and couldn't be happier! Pat was great and made sure I was 100% satisfied. He understood the urgency in my car being finished in 1 day. He stayed after hours to make sure of this. He will definitely be getting more work from me in the future . Can't say enough about the job well done! Thanks!!
Great work, great price, what else is there to say? I was quoted almost 4x the price from another company that these guys charged for some custom exhaust work and I couldn't be happier I shopped around more and found them. Customer for life
Ive been bringing my vehicles for 12 years to them for custom exhuast . These guys are the real deal and make very heavy duty exhaust hangers and awesome custom pipe bending. Top notch service and pricing. Going there today to get my new truck done
UPDATE 3 years later this is what the exhaust system they installed looks like (pics to follow) & it was back in a year ago for a leak at one of the welds..... Nice people & Do good work! Got a flow master 40 put on a 2014 Ford f 150 with twin turbos. Had the resonator removed. Listened to You Tube videos & it sounded awesome for the same truck as mine but very disappointed 😞 it wasn't like the videos at all! Not loud at all! And the new flow master is welded on 😞
After being quoted $6,000 for a factory replacement setup and roughly $2000 for an aftermarket setup I knew there had to be a more direct fix. They set an appointment for two days later and I was all fixed for less than a quarter the low estimate...AND...my MPGs went up, its totally silent and has better pickup than ever! Will bring any issues I can to them!!!
Wonderful and helpful people this place is good they helped me so well and I will be back here again and this place is here to help people not take from people A+ to them and thanks my van is sounding well

My experience at Broadway Service was disappointing. I made a appointment 2 weeks prior then the day I go there to get my car service never open up the shop I waited there for 4 hour me and other customers, I went back the following day and it was the same out come. I feel disrespected you dont do that to a hitter

I had a rusty, worn down flex pipe which also had a crack that generated the most annoying noise. It also affected the performance of my car. I was first referred to Broadway Service by my tenant so I decided why not? After reading other reviews I was very excited to have found a place that seemed to have a good reputation and truly cared about getting the job done right the first time. They are above and beyond here. They managed to squeeze my car in because I was on a time restriction and needed to have my car asap. It now runs perfectly and is finally quiet! Cant get any better customer service and bang for your buck than here a Broadway service (:

Always excellent service for fixing mufflers. Custom fit mufflers.
I called asking for an estimate and they told me they wouldnt even look at it when it is an exhaust issue. Which is what they specialize in. Ridiculous. Not to mention when they put a muffler on the vehicle they didnt give it enough clearance and now it bangs into the suspension while going over bumps.
Went here on a recommendation, needed some exhaust work, and had been quoted an outrageous price from a chain muffler shop. They had me in and out in 40 minutes, at 1/7 the price of the original quote, even about have the price the part would of cost from a part store that they replaced. Will be giving them all my business in the future.
My car needed exhaust repair and inspection. they were very polite and honest. they got the work done fast and it was much less expensive than the other places that gave me estimates. i will definitely bring my business back there and would refer anyone i know to go as well. :) :) :)
On the recommendations posted about this garage online I took a chance, and I wasnt disappointed! My normal garage quoted me 180 for parts and an hour of labor to replace my muffler back to the flange. I told them I only needed a muffler, and asked if they could just cut the muffler off and weld or clamp onto the existing pipe which is still solid. They told me they couldnt do that. So out of curiosity I looked online to see what a muffler and or muffler and pipe to the flange would cost prices ranged for the whole assembly from 80 to 200 online. I called Broadway auto and asked if they did welding on the assumption my pipe was still solid enough. When they told me, no problem, if you only need a muffler, thats what we will do... I knew I had the right garage! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Drove away with the only new part I needed,... A muffler. Total cost was 80 for a new muffler and labor! Much better than the 270ish my normal garage quoted me for parts and labor. Needless to say Broadway will now be my new garage for all repairs!
