Made fun of my car because it appeared lowered and had side skirts, he then said “stupid side skirts” to me. Said my car couldn’t go on the lift and said I should go to jiffy lube, haven’t had issue anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend especially for modified cars. Attitude on 10.

I am very happy with the fast and efficient friendly service , I needed to inspect my car I was nervous thinking the due date was coming up, I really appreciate Family auto repair , I called and they immediately gave me an appointment for the next day. Brought in my other half's vehicle for a total brake job. Brakes are very smooth, like a brand new vehicle. Excellent service and good prices. I'm sure I will be bringing other vehicles here as well.

Our car broke down late at night, and all shops were closed. We were able to make an appointment online with Family Auto after hours for the next morning. He charged us $300 less than the estimate from another mechanic. Family-run shop, great explanation of what was wrong. The part we needed was 300 miles away, so he fixed the wire instead of replacing the part, which in the end was all that needed to be done to fix it. Not only did they save us money, they were so friendly and honest that I would recommend them to anyone! They are like mechanics used to be… figuring out what the problem is rather than how much they can charge you for. Amazing service! Bonus if you speak Italian! 😂
