Frank's Auto Repair in Schenectady

Frank is a very dishonest person. We agreed he would replace the entire rosty pipe of the muffler system, but he only replaced a fraction of it and charged me way too much for the work done. Don't take your car here or you will regret it like I did.

This shop did work on my car this past week and I must say I’m not happy and super disappointed!!! For one he over charged me and I get that each auto shop charges different prices but I got my car looked at by another mechanic after the work was done by this shop because my car started smoking and I was told I paid way to much and he did a terrible job on the work as well as he put parts in that I didn’t need to make me pay more. The price I paid, I could have just bought a new car and I would not recommend this shop to anyone because he will rip you off and not fix the issue or issues that’s wrong with your car. He lost what could of been a loyal customer and I’m looking into what are my opinions about what can be done about my situation.
