This was a routine service call, but Rhonda Dingman was on top of it. As a result of the multi-point inspection a few items were identified which were clearly explained. The items were corrected quickly and I was out of there in quick time.

Arrived for my oil change at agreed time and was taken in promptly. Only took about an hour. Most times you have to wait about 2 hrs these days. Fred Estrada handled my appointment. Good job.Also very knowledgeable about service questions l have asked. Always has an answer if not he will get the answer.

Madison is super nice and has been wonderful when I bring my car in for service. Always trying to give me an estimate for when my car will be done and offering Lyft service if needed. Strongly recommend their service!

I can t say enough about the outstanding customer service provided by Freddy Estrada at Lia. Freddy goes above and beyond for his customers! I have been a customer for over 5 years and a year ago I was ready to patronize another Jeep dealership in the area due to what I felt was unprofessionalism and total incompetence by my service advisor, the service manager and general manager, Freddy come over and introduced himself and asked me to give him an opportunity to be my service advisor, I reluctantly agreed and I have to say Freddy has not disappointed and he is the reason that I am still there! There has been turnover since then with service managers, service technicians and the GM and hopefully stability will be achieved soon in those departments. I still have some unresolved issues with my vehicle that are extremely frustrating and becoming costly however those issues are outside of Freddys scopes and fall onto the service technicians and service manager department. I give Freddy 5 stars however with the turn over and lack of experience in the service department I can only give that department 2 stars at this time. Therefore my overall rating at this time is a 3. It s my hope I will be able to upgrade this in the near future. I believe that the Lia family values their customers and has good core values as a family so I am willing to continue to patronize Lia at this time and give the service technician department more time to work on the issues that my vehicle is having.

My wife went in to have her recall on her Dart finally done. Freddy Estrada was was excellent. He explained everything that was going on with her car. He cakloher at home to keep her updated. Brought my car in for quick service in need of an oil change and inspection. The service guy, Freddy, indicated that I need rear brakes done as well as windshield wipers in order to pass inspection. This was not a surprise to me, last time I was there, the multi-point inspection indicated I would need breaks soon. They got my Jeep right in, he kept me posted on the progress and was able to track down a service coupon for 15% I had on my account which lowered my bill. Excellent service!

Had to get an oil change and inspection on my vehicle, I was dealing with Freddy Estrada in the service department. He was very helpful getting my vehicle seen and serviced quickly. Which I was glad I was able to because Freddy informed me my brakes needed replacement soon and got me back in to get the brakes replaced. Even had the car looking clean and pretty when I picked it up only 3 hrs after I dropped it off!! I will be back for my next service!!

Lia has routinely serviced both our Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Challenger, and in all cases, provided excellent and timely service consistent with the estimates provided by their service advisors. Recent service needs were mostly handled by Jared Potts, but all interactions with the service advisors were handled in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Service techs quickly found and corrected the source of a front brake system problem. All indicated concerns were addressed, and resulting actions explained by Jared. Thanks for a good job.

Let s start off by saying Lia has excellent customer service and there employees are exponentially accommodating. I have been going to lia jeep for a couple of years now, recently, my check engine light went on in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler so of course I bring it to lia the mechanic said my oil pump needed to be replaced which was done within a day. When I went to pick it up my Jeep the check engine light was still on. This made me extremely frustrated. I voiced my concerns, stating I cannot go the weekend without a vehicle, Jared Plott was greatly accommodating, I got a rental for the weekend at no cost . My car was done on the Monday. Complete waste of time and money. I had electronic issues on my jeep wrangler that made it basically undriveable. Made an appointment, left my jeep with them. They didn t get to it until a week later. Had it for two weeks and still couldn t fix the issue. I ended up paying them for labor and took it somewhere else and got it fixed.

A couple of days before I was about to leave on a 500-mile trip I noticed a fluid leak under my car. It was small and the car was parked for several days but it was still a concern. I worked with Jon Schroeder on a prior service and was extremely pleased with his handling of that issue so I contacted him directly hoping to have my vehicle checked out prior to the trip. John was able to fit me in, have the vehicle inspected and make any necessary adjustments. My Jeep has about 100,000 miles on it and having John squeeze me in for an inspection prior to that trip was very reassuring. Car buyers have many options when it comes to what dealer they choose when it comes to making a purchase. From my perspective, service AFTER the sale is a huge factor when it comes to making that decision. My experiences at Lia Chrylsler Jeep have always been positive. This review pertains mainly to John Schroeder, he was polite and very patient with me with all my inquiries because my service took much longer than expected but I know that was out of John s control. Overall I am satisfied with my service, I think they are just a little short handed at the moment so take the service estimated completion time frame with a grain of salt.

First Let Me Explain who I am, I am a retired military person living on social security an a gold star brother. So I dont state or take things flagrantly or lightly. That being said. I needed repairs on my 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck. So I called Lia Dodge made an appointment dropped off the truck it first Sar for days until my appointment day came. Only to be called by the service manager telling me they didnt have enough qualified service people to look at the truck when it was scheduled, I was given another day it was supposed to be looked at that day came the same excuse was given to me. Then yet another appointment date came this being the third appointment I was given and broken. Now I was weeks of my vehicle setting not being serviced as promised. Hence my I was told and expected to wait for a 4th appointment. I said no would find another repair shop. I did I had the truck towed to MacGregor Auto it took the owner Vinnie about 30 minutes to called me with an estimate of the repairs agreeded the next day my truck was repaired and given back to me without any hassles or delays. Thus the lingering of repairs at Kia CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM was entirely uncalled for, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never ever take a vehicle there for repair ever again. The service department is a deplorable disarray unprofessional mess.

Worked with Gabbi DeMarco who was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me figure out how to fill my tank without having fuel escapes. She went out of her way to help solve my problem, even taking me to a local gas station to show me that the newer gas pumps work better with the newer cars. I was also impressed with the gentleman who drove me home giving me even more suggestions when getting gas.

I had my 50K mile service and E-Brake maintenance completed. I was met by Alyx Gonch, and she kept me up to date throughout the whole process since my truck took a few days to get parts for my E-Brake. The truck drives nice, the brakes are excellent, Im glad I had them repaired. All done well, and Ill be a return customer.

The Service Advisor Wilfredo Baez did a good job! Very friendly, very professional. Demonstrated that he really wanted to help!

My engine started stalling right after getting gas (which was found to contain water) and Wilfredo was very helpful in running the diagnostics, communicating the issue and any possible resolutions! He made sure that the work was done in a timely manner so I was not without my vehicle for too long.

Will Baez was friendly and professional. He understood my financial needs and worked diligently to assist me with financing.

Jared Potts is excellent to work with. He is polite, communicative and always takes excellent car of my vehicle.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and some minor check-ups after hitting my first mileage benchmark. James Almindo and the technician that worked on my car were very helpful in explaining that one of my back rotors had degraded and that I needed new tires (I knew that already). They took the tire rotation off because it did not make sense to rotate them if I was getting new ones anyway, which was much appreciated and saved me some money. Additionally, he was able to get me a discount so I was not paying nearly as much for the new tires, fixed rotor, and oil change.

Came for an oil change and requested Patrick Myrie. Patrick is a great person to work with and always greets you with a smile.
