Everything was great. Ryan Myers was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I had a question about my vehicle, he was knowledgeable and engaging. I enjoy the cookies and coffee in the waiting room. My truck was serviced and cleaned fairly quickly.

Ryan Myers was the service intake person for the recall on my Leaf. He was very efficient and took care of me right away. When I picked the car up he explained what was done and also what warranty service items I could get in the future. While I was waiting Patrick Mastromarchi came to say hi and then went into the service department to find out how far along they were with the service, which I very much appreciated. This is my second car from Lia Nissan and I only had good experiences both with their sales as well as their service departments. They are a friendly no pressure dealership. I can highly recommend them.

Ryan Myers and all the staff in the service department have been extremely helpful and accommodating with the service to my Nissan Frontier. They perform the work that I need and plan out any future repairs that they foresee. They honestly let me know what time frame perimeters I have for future pro-active tasks. Bryan Casey was the Lia rep for my appointment on 10/24/24. Although I only needed to do the NY Inspection & Emissions this time, he was very helpful in answering my questions and made sure I was comfortable while awaiting my vehicle. It turned out I needed to replace the brake fluid - which may have been due to my 7200-mile x-country trip this summer. I love my 2019 Monarch Orange Rogue and I try to do a good job of taking care of him as he takes care of me!

I think this review is for my 2023 Nissan Altima. Routine visit. Oil change, oil filter, tire rotation via pre-paid maintenance program. Also, NYS inspection. Work completed in a timely manner. Also, identified a need to drain and replace brake fluid at the next visit. Always easy to work with Bryan at Lia Nissan.
Brought my car to get fixed because I got hit and needed my door replaced. I told them I had a breathalyzer prior to them taking my car. They called four days later and the guy told me that that shouldn t be his problem that I have a breathalyzer and he wasn t going to do the work. Will never go there again the guy was a dick on the phone

Ryan has set the standard for service at Lia Nissan Schenectady. I had an issue with my rear differential. My mechanic of 25 years noticed a leak while conducting annual NYS inspection. Because I have an extended warranty from Romeo Toyota where I purchased the 2019 Frontier. I had to go to them. The lead mechanic from Romeo and his service manager Walt, stated per invoice no leaks no problem. I had to get a third person because someone was not telling the truth. After explaining to Ryan he set up an appointment. After the Lia tech looked at the differential it was painfully obvious it had a leak. Ryan did his due diligence between the warranty company and the existing warranty from Nissan and was able to correct the issue. It is a relief to know there is still credible and diligent people out there providing the extra step to help the customer. Lia had no skin in this game except the desire to help a customer that was put in a position to distrust his mechanic or Romeo Toyota. Lia has proven to be the WINNER here. If you want a dealership that sets the standard for service Ryan and Lia Nissan is your best bet. Lesson learned for me stick with the winners at Lia. Thank you Ryan you are a true professional in what you do.

He consistently helps with whatever service issue I am there for, ordering parts when necessary and getting me in and out quickly. He has even called the service tech to come out and talk to me about the issue I had.

My Nissan Altima was brought in for an oil change etc. to the Lia Nissan Colonie location July 10, 2024. The service rep who helped me, Dustin Rose, was excellent. He explained what was to be done, looked at an issue Ive had with my front windshield and assured me they would take care of it, and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. When done he walked me to my car and explained what was done. Dustin was pleasant, knowledgeable and a great representative for Lia Service Dept.

Bryans the best! So personable, he remembers my odd little Sentra and all its quirks every time. Always makes sure to catch any possible issues my car is having. Even if it hurts my wallet, Id rather at least know about it then let it get worse unknowingly. And their courtesy Lyft service is top-tier customer service! It would take weeks for me to be able to schedule an appointment otherwise, only having free time on weekends. I love being able to just drop my car off and get a ride to work, its something more mechanic places should offer.

Bryan Casey was extremely helpful with my car. I initially brought the car in for an on and off squealy noise. After discussing the issue with Bryan it was concluded that since it was on and off and sporadic, I should just go ahead and drive the car. He offered his card and told me to call him directly if it got worse and was more frequent and he would get me into the shop. About 1 week later I called Bryan, since it seemed to get worse. I was most impressed with the fact that he was able to get me in the same day. This made a huge difference in how I was able to plan my week. While in the shop Bryan kept me informed as to what was going on and after the work was done (which was something rather minor) reassured me that the work done in the shop took care of the problem. It has been running fine since! Bryan was courteous, respectful, honest and genuinely caring through the entire process. He followed up right away with an email and provided me with another contact number I could use in the future. I will certainly be working with him down the road when I bring my car in. This is my first time at Lia Nissan and I was welcome very professionally by Dustin Rose He was very helpful and kept me informed of everything being done to my car I was very happy and satisfied overwhelmingly and certainly will do business again with Lia Nissan I dealt with other Nissan dealers in the area and wasnt very pleased with their assistance that they couldnt even figure out one thing why the tire indicator kept going off they didnt know enough to reset the tire pressure on the dashboard I had to read the book and tell them what to do But my experience at Lia and Dustin Rose were excellent
