I'm a relatively new customer to Mason's, but I've been really satisfied with how they do business. I know a bit about the car maintenance field so when I bring my car to them I always tell them no rush but they have always delivered my car back to me same day, and that goes a long way for me. I can say without question they care where a lot of others don't. Mike has been super helpful keeping me updated on what's going on with repairs and asks about doing anything extra rather than doing it and just charging for it. I don't normally write reviews but they do great work and are personable when you have questions, they are one of the good ones that everyone's always looking for.
They have been amazing to work with. My car unfortunately was going to need a new engine so I didn't go through with the repairs on this car, but they let my car sit there for over a week since Peddle could never make their schedule pickup times. They also worked on my wife's car and my parents and all have had great service by Mason's!
I very rarely write reviews but feel like I should today. Several years ago the shop I had been dealing with for years went out of business. This really bothered me because it isn’t easy finding an auto shop that is efficient, has a high level of skill with reasonable pricing, and most of all is TRUSTWORTHY. A workmate of mine recommended Mason’s as her family had been going there for years. I have been going there ever since and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care my vehicles have gotten there. Today’s work was a bit of a challenge, but once again they handled it with ease, and it made me want to share my experience. Thank you!
I have the best experiences here! I can pop in and ask them to check a code,and they do, no problem! Clear a code and advise me. Perfect -thank you! Popped in 3 times within the past month for different things and they always take 5 min to listen and look! Purchased tires last year, got a flat this year , had car towed in and tire was replaced under warranty!! (Never crossed my mind!) Great crew! Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Currently here getting a tire mounted and installed when no other place would do it or they were charging a ridiculous price just to mount. Their prices are always very fair, they're honest, don't have to wait weeks to get in. Highly recommend
They were amazing and very friendly! Diagnosed my car at no charge, ordered my part, kept me updated and when part came in, they were patient with me when I could bring it in. Got me right in and fixed same day. Reasonably priced! Very happy, they are now my new mechanic and I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Masons Automotive since 2008 for all my auto needs. They are honest people and family owned! Dick and Virginia are old school and know how to run a business. Mike, their son, does a wonderful job with handling operations of the shop. Pricing is fair and reasonable! Highly recommended!

Joe and Leighn, at Mason s are terrific, personable, and direct. He showed me what was wrong with my car, and made sure it was fixed. I didn t have an appointment which is my fault; that being said he was still accommodating , professional, and knowledgeable combined with being a communicator. !!! 5 stars and an extra star too.

Nys inspection oil lube n filter change all four tires with alignment n outer tie rod.Done quick n painless even gave me a ride home n picked me up like enterprise lol
The crew here are very friendly and nice. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and even went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was fixed professionally and properly. Will definitely be using them and will refer family to them.

I brought my car in for State Inspection as well as an alignment. It was determined that the car needed a wheel bearing as well. Masons got the car repaired, aligned, and inspected by 3pm the same day and the pricing was very fair. The car drives absolutely beautiful now, and I can hear myself think without the howl of a bad bearing while driving!

I called to book an appointment for rear brakes on my truck, the gentleman taking the call was very pleasant, he took the time to ask if Id be waiting and booked accordingly. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment they took me right in and I was done in no time. I am very happy with the work and the price. Id recommend them to everyone
These guys are spot on. Great service at a fair price. Got my vehicle on a lift as soon as they could and had the repairs completed on time and under the estimated cost!! I will be going back.
Took my truck in for brake issues. Mike called and provided great update and plan to correct. Work was done with no fuss and a fair price. Felt great driving home with no worries. This is the go to shop for me and my family! Cant ask for more than honest work at an honest price.

Excellent, nice quick service
In the last year or so, our automobile needs changed from a standard SUV to an older Dodge Grand Caravan handicap vehicle. As the van is a 2008, years of use have required close attention to maintenance needs. There has been several larger repairs along with normal operation maintenance. These folks did all the larger repairs and regular maintenance needs in a first class manner. Good workmanship, fair prices, and good, decent people to deal with. Something that is really appreciated by our family Please keep it going Masons!

Mike was amazing, did my inspection very quickly. Even helped me get my TPMS lights off finally after a year of them being on. Very well priced. Got a quote for my AC well under what I was quoted at other shops. Definitely recommend them for service.

Rude Rude Rude I asked the older gentleman what was taking so long and he immediately replied with aggression and anger towards me I told him there was no need to be rude and he continued to tell me to go sit the the damn waiting room I get having a bad day but being this rude was uncalled for
Several friends recommended I try this shop. I entered the shop and was immediately hit by the odor of urine. There were 2 other people in the waiting room. One was talking with the receptionist, the other was working on paying for their repairs. I was not acknowledged by the receptionist. I waited for 18 minutes while the three of them discussed their dogs and how expensive veterinary bills are. Finally, the person paying completed their transaction and the receptionist deigned to acknowledged me. Hi. Hello. Im having an issue with my muffler and exhaust. Ok. ... Id like to have it looked at and get an estimate please. We dont have any appointments today. You have to come back tomorrow. 18 minutes of waiting, without so much as an acknowledgement, and they couldnt even look at my car today anyway. While I prefer to support local businesses, this is not one I will be supporting.

I was having transmission problems with my truck that one of my employees was driving. Out of my normal area I happened to stop into Masons Automotive and see if they could help me out in a pinch. They were very friendly and extremely helpful asking me questions about what was going on etc. They were able to fill up my transmission fluid, which was extremely low. Price was very reasonable.
Great service. They took care of my problem quickly and very reasonably. Friendly attitude and gave me a good feeling that my car was being handled well and no extra charges added on.

I have been going to Masons Automotive for years, and wouldnt think of going anywhere else in the region. I find that they are very fair on prices, overall very honest and do phenomenal work.

These guys are fabulous. They care!!! The place looks a bit worn but thats cuz they spend their energy on getting your vehicle fixed properly.
