After many bad experiences with my previous car (closing a garage door on it, not actually replacing parts I had paid for, etc.) I decided to give them another chance. I waited much longer than promised, and even once they sent the courtesy shuttle to pick me back up because "the car was ready", I had to wait an additional hour for them to actually work on the car once I got back to the dealership.
I've used Metro Ford for all my needs for the last two years. Service staff is always great, I've dealt with multiple representatives and all are fantastic. Today it was Jacob and Bill who helped me with buying out my lease. Very good experience every time I come in, and I will be a long time customer because of this.
The body shop did a wonderful job. The gentleman who sits to the left when you enter the body shop office was very nice and went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was fixed and that the airbag light that had deployed in the accident was fixed. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating is because they spelled my name wrong. Lol I would highly recommend Great experience overall! 👍🏾
Bought a used car and a few days later the check engine light came on. Ford took care of it quickly and at no cost to me. Highly recommend for their commitment to service and sales experience.
Had to have a tire mounted Troy was awesome I was there about 30 minutes had a guy come out Mount the tire for me it was really cool definitely five stars
Parts dept excellent, shout out to Mike. Also to Troy Hanlon, takes good care of my vehicles.
Service was not completed and staff unwilling to offer any remedy. I asked to speak to the service manager who refused to come out to meet with me and explain the situation. I was confused but by no means an irate customer. I was told by the service rep that the manager stated that I did not buy the vehicle at Metro so he did not see the need to make any accommodations for the error. I told Rob that the manager is welcome to call me to discuss my position on the issue and have not heard anything to date. Rob was as accommodating as possible but it appeared he was held back by the manager. If the owner wishes to reach out to me I am happy to discuss. As an aside, Mike in parts was just lovely to deal with. I hesitate to do business with Metro, but if I need anything parts related I will happily seek help from Mike.
drove my car from the next county because I have had good experience in the past. They cleaned up my 2012 F150 performing over $2k in repairs. All work was done well and good communication. went to PU after hrs and was promised keys would be inside....they were not. All in all no big deal. However, car immediately began shaking with everything they did (including adding wheels) they did not balance...their response "well you did not ask" Meaning essentially I could have taken to local firestone instead of making appt 2 weeks out and driving 40 mins. well OK they did balance no charge I got a ride over (after assurances for 3 ppl that my keys would be in the car...no keys) nor have they mailed them as requested. Essentially fine shop but details scheduling, following direction, insuring car is right, ruin the entire experience.
They got me in quick.
Repair done correctly but a little slow.
Faster service then usual. Not bad for a Friday. Recommend to make appointments.
Good job
