The service team at Mohawk Honda is always a pleasure to work with. They are kind, courteous, and thorough, and you can tell that they put in extra effort to make sure that the customer feels valued. I’ve had wonderful experiences with Victor and AJ especially, and I appreciate their willingness to walk through all options and their genuine affability.
Recently got my car serviced at Mohawk Honda. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley & explained how I was on track to purchase a new car in the next month & didn’t want to spend unnecessary money on the car I currently have. Ashley was attentive & helped me to determine the necessary service(s) needed to continue driving my car until I got a new one. By the end of my experience at Mohawk Honda & with Ashley, I was pleasantly surprised to owe them less than I initially was told by other mechanics/dealerships. Highly recommend this dealership as they took good car of me & only charged me for what I truly needed!
Recently had my first service at Mohawk Honda. Gunnar called me up to inform me that my first oil change was free (since I bought my CRV from this location). Gunnar asked if there was anything else they could do while they had the vehicle so I asked him to check into a couple other things for me. Great customer service!! Thank you!!
I go here for service on my Honda. Tge staff is knowledgeable and professional. The prices are competitive, however on the more expensive side of competitive, however you know you're getting good quality products for all your automotive needs. I would definitely recommend them!
I been going to Mohawk Honda for years now and they service never lets me down. Victor gave me excellent service. He told me everything that was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed the next time I come. He also checked on me while I was waiting for my car to be done.
I have always had a great experience a Mohawk Honda for auto service until today. I called last Wednesday to make an appointment for a simple oil change and the woman told me any time later this week. So, I brought my vehicle in today at 9am and when I returned at 2:45 my vehicle was still sitting out front and was not even brought into the garage. The service tech acted like it was no big deal that they wasted my time today. MH just lost my service for good.
The Service Department at Mohawk Honda is excellent. I consistently have great service from them. They are not only professional, but are also friendly, accommodating and they go over and above in their service. Shout out to Tim who has changed my views of car service centers with his professionalism and care. My experiences with the Service Department alone would make me want to buy another car there. Thank you service team! You all deserve a raise 🙂

Had interior of my Honda Ridgeline detailed today. Biggest problem hoping to have addressed - mentioned to service rep - was cleaning of fabric of seats, arm rests, and center console. All only vacuumed - no shampoo. I could have done that at home. Very disappointed. Not cheap.

Be careful about buying those four cylinder Hondas with gasoline direct injection (GDI). You could be in for a world of hurt. The GDI Hondas are prone to (a) gasoline in the oil, diluting it and making the engine wear out faster and (b) carbon build up on the valves. I have been testing my oil every time I get it changed (sending it to Blackstone) and last time my gasoline % was over the acceptable limit on a car with 24,000 miles. The best bet is to get the 6 cylinder accord (no GDI) and pay attention to the GDI issue when you buy. This problem isnt going to be fixed in a maintenance bay its in the design. Do a search. The news isnt all bad. With the high compression you get better mileage and a smaller engine (and turbo). So the car accelerates fast and is very maneuverable. But you may be needing to clean the valves and the GDI Hondas may not be the 200,000 mile cars that their ancestors used to be.

Wonderful experience. It was a super clean, welcoming and helpful environment. All employees were above and beyond and I left feeling very comfortable with the negotiation and excited about our new purchase.
We purchased a 2021 Honda CR-V SE at Mohawk Honda today. Overall, we are very satisfied with the price and experience. Deanna Cowles was the sales rep that worked with us. She was very responsive to our inquiries and was willing to work with us on the prices, which is uncommon during the current inventory shortage. We had two face-to-face meetings with Deanna, one for test drive and one for finalizing the deal. Deanna was courteous and worked with a timely fashion. She explained to us all the options and accessories and gave us space to make an informed decision. She did not push us to buy extra things/services. Prince Ramnarine, a delivery specialist, helped us get familiar with the technologies of the new vehicle we purchased. He was very courteous, clear, and concise on explaining the technologies. He helped us hooking up our cell phones to the Android Auto and setting up the vehicle the way we wanted. We are extremely impressed with his work knowledge and communication skills. And he is a fun and humorous guy too! We are happy with the new vehicle and the buying experience. We suggest buyers to get familiar with the car purchase process (lots of youtube videos) and it will help you have a smooth buying experience.

I have owned several Hondas, all which I bought at Mohawk Honda. I go there for the good customer service & automobile service. I always have piece of mind knowing my car is taking well care of by Mohawk Hondas service department. Most of all, I choose to drive a half hour to go to Mohawk Honda...even though there are local Honda dealership & service in my area!!!
