Subaru Service in Schenectady

Capitaland Subaru bailed me out this morning when my window wouldn’t roll up. I was visiting from out of town and didn’t have an appointment, but they found the issue and fixed it quickly so I could get home. The guy who helped me was very friendly and took great care of my car. Thank you so much!

They were able to see me right away when I had an urgent unexpected repair. Then they were able to identify that my issue was under a warranty so I didn't have to pay for anything. Everyone was so lovely and nice. The waiting room was very comfy too. So glad I called them when I needed help.

The mechanics were friendly and helpful. The service department saved me $600+ because the problem was still under warranty. So my Suburu was completely covered for the repair even though it is 7 yrs old!
