I highly recommend this place. I brought a motorcycle seat from a classic Ducati there to be reupholstered. The gentleman gave me a fair quote and I left the seat with him. He called two days later and told me it was done. When I picked it up, the work was perfect. The seams were all where they are supposed to be, the lines are all symmetrical, the job is perfect. I could not be happier!

Ive called this place 2 or 3 times in the past 2 months. They tell me theyre gonna call me right back and I never hear back from them. I finally get a hold of somebody again And the owner or whoever answered the phone . Whoever the person is who answers the phone? He has a strong accent but he never talks to you right? Hes got a very condescending tone. I already have the parts for the car. I was trying to explain to him everything I have and he just did not want to listen. I bought all the top notch materials for it cost me extra money for everything to be. Shipped to me I was trying to explain to this person what I have what I need done besides the top and interior on my 68 Pontiac and the. Only thing I get from him is condescension and Im talking down to. I would not recommend this place go anywhere else but this place. Even if you have to drive a hundred miles

I called about my vehicle alarm to get reset and the person that answered the phone acted like I interrupted him and seem agitated. He said my alarm issue would cost $75 to diagnose and fix. He said he would call me back but never did. I took my car to another business and had the issue fixed without charge as nothing was broken but needed a reset due to my car needing a computer update. Soft n Cushy to me is really soft n crabby because of the person who answered the phone. It was not a positive experience.

I have a older jeep Cherokee 1989 to be exact now they couldn t replace the sunroof because they don t make them anymore but they were able to fix the leak and put a new headliner in as well as replace the cloth on the visor. I had two installations of remote starter on my two cars, 2013 Accord and 2022 RAV 4. I LOVE them. Pavel is very professional and friendly to explain the differences between them. I want to keep my car as long as I can, so I am very picky about the shop I go, and this is one of my favorite places.

TLDR: Got an 8000HD snow-ex plow with downward pressure and its the best one Ive ever used. Hooking/Unhooking takes literally 60s or less. The controls in the truck are easy. Soft-n-Cushy and its customer service are responsible, responsive, and knowledgeable. I wanted to wait a year/season before I did a review to be as genuine as I can. After much calling around I made an appointment in October 2021 with Pavel to get a snow plow. I had a ton of questions and he and his technician were patient with answering. They Provided me with information and pamphlets and pricing. I went home researched some and settled with the Snow-Ex 8000HD for my 2500 Silverado. This is my first time owning a plow, Ive operated some really old ones before with previous jobs. This plow is awesome, like dude seriously. Its so dang easy. I couldnt remember how to hook it up at first after it say until the first snow fall and called Pavel late into the evening and he guided me over the phone the correct way. Now hooking/unhooking up the hydraulic plow literally takes 60 seconds. The longest part being having to line up to it. It has a downward pressure to make back dragging so easy and it follows the contour of the road/driveway. I got it inspected by them this October 2022 to make sure its still good and they did. They have 2 year warranty thing I cant remember much on honestly but I didnt need to use it. No regrets. Ill use them for my plow needs currently.

Bottom Line Up Front: I was completely satisfied with the undercoating application on my brand new 2023 Camry and even more satisfied with the stellar service I received at Soft n Cushy courtesy of Pavel the owner. Highly highly recommend Soft n Cushy for this service! Do not be fooled or dissuaded by the look of the place; its humble and not state of the art in modest surroundings but this is a true Mom and Pop shop operation and my experience with the service was simply fantastic! Pavel (the owner) was great! He professionally and thoroughly answered all my questions before getting started and throughout, explained the product and product application process in great detail, and his pleasant, energetic, enthusiastic demeanor all inspired confidence that I had come to a good place to get this done and done well. Pavel s pride of ownership and great customer service shone through brightly and I am glad I took a chance on this place for this service. I really felt valued as a customer and Pavel conveyed to me a sincere desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Outstanding! I liked the wax-lanolin based product they applied (PFC) and based on my research, is similar to fluid film. Cant speak to which is better; no experience with fluid film but I imagine this PFC will hold up very well based on what I saw and felt after it was applied. Seems like sturdy, quality durable yet flexible protective coating that displaces moisture rather than trapping it like some of those rubberized coatings I have seen. Pavel says it should last a couple years and only ever need the occasional touch up. Based on what I saw and felt of the applied product I am inclined to agree but time will tell exactly how long. Great place; highly recommend! Completely satisfied! A true 5 stars from a very satisfied customer! My only regret is that I forgot to take pictures to share in this review after I got it up on lift to inspect.

I have a 2011 Nissan Murano Crosscabriolet. Some squeaks had developed when raising and lowering the top. Pavel and his mechanic tested it lubricated all the joints. No more squeaks couldnt n be happier. Rich Harrington Services

I wanted a remote starter for my 2020 Honda. I called Soft and Cushy and the owner arranged for an appointment. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Tuesday. The owner explained my options but never pushed me to upbuy my purchase. When the installation was complete, the owner demonstrated the starter and had me try it before I left. I could not be happier. I would recommend Soft and Cushy to anyone. And although I went for a starter I saw and sat on a demonstration of their upholstery work! Now I m planning new seats for a very old vehicle!

I needed some seat work done on my pride and joy American Ironhorse LSC chopper. It is a full rigid with a very stiff seat, so Pavel and his team took it apart shaved down the old foam and replaced it with memory foam. I was adamant about the seat shape not changing and using the original leather. You wouldnt even know they took it apart until you sat on it. I recently brought in a 2008 jeep commander with black leather interior. At over 200k miles, the drivers seat was falling apart pretty bad. The seat had a unique stitching pattern and at 13 years old the seats have been discontinued. Pavel found a near identical leather to match the stock interior, and as soon as the materials came in he refurbished my seat within 2 hours of dropping the vehicle off. Pavel conducts his business upfront and professionally and clearly knows what hes doing. Id recommend his company to anyone that values their cars interior.

Bought a new snowex plow. Pavel helped me determine the correct plow for my vehicle and gave me a quote on the spot that was better then their competition. Parts needed to be ordered. I kind of bit off more than I could chew when trying to fix my armrest in my Lexus. To purchase a new part was way too expensive, so I bought a new cover. The cover was the actual hand stitched leather replacement. There was no way I could remove old cracked/torn cover, and glue and staple a new one on.... and have the stitching follow the contours properly! Pavel (Owner) had replaced the arm rest to better than new condition, for a far price and in a very timely fashion. I would recommend giving him a try if you have auto interior needs, or even some custom/modification work like this to be done!

Called Nissan for an estimate to have sunroof replaced. They said it would start at 950. Called soft and cushy and he let me know it would be free. It was on recall. Very knowledgeable very professional and also friendly. It looks great. Will definitely be recommending him to family!!!

I was excited because my seats were half leather when I purchased the vehicle, although the ad said ALL LEATHER SEATS The owner was courteous, professional, and reasonable( I caught the August special). He also discovered another issue, had he not, my warranty may have expired. Now I am getting my seat heater replaced. I will be returning to him for all my vehicle upgrades. No over-spray, perfectly applied, no skimping, no slopping clumps, just consistent/thick application - with precise lines - met and exceeded my high expectations. The truck was meticulously taped and covered to ensure clean lines and no over-spray. The liner is THICK and durable ( I got the premium grade). Pavel clearly has integrity, pride, and is honest and fair in his pricing. His work was on time, phone calls were timely and great follow-up, no BS and a total pleasure to deal with. After shopping around at a few places, as anyone would do before spending a significant amount of money, I ultimately decided to purchase the items I wanted for my truck at Soft N Cushy. Bottom line? Soft N Cushy is my go to shop for any car customizations. I recently had Soft N Cushy install HID headlights (low and high beams) into both of my vehicles. The brightness of the new low beams is fantastic and significantly reduces eye strain driving at night. Also makes my wife and I feel a lot safer with having much brighter head lights. So soft and cushy was the one out of a few in the area I called. the reason I gave them the bussiness is because Pavel from soft and cushy new what he was doing and showed me some work he s done. I am not his friend or anything I m a human being as he or anyone else is too. When I picked my car up I was looking to give a review but I was checking out the review from the last person who gave a 1 star he said owner is rude but great remote starter ? Like I don t understand I m a bussiness owner too how do you have a good remote start but rude owner I would never give my money to a person who is rude idc what the story is so I asked that guy on Facebook please take the review off or go and talk to the owner what he can do but he automatically accused me for threatening him for no reason hope one person doesn t stop you from going to any bussiness don t judge by others messages or posts or reviews. So please go take a look because he did my plow and I LOVE THE SERVICE. He also was there everyday and night when I called and bothered him because I was trying to figure stuff out about plow Pavel s a great guy and him and Juan do great work

We were directed to this business place by our Toyota dealership for a remote starter. We left our van on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up the next day. We were met with courtesy and professionalism, and were given an upgraded model at no additional charge, since the package we wanted wasnt available. These guys are effiecient, fast, friendly, and do AWESOME work. My 8 HD Naviagion unit installed by them works SEAMLESSLY with my steering wheel controls on my Hyundai. It even integrated the factory backup camera and original radio screen. It truly is the best aftermarket nav unit out. I have done my research and nobody installs these better than Soft N Cushy! Worst place ever so people please stay away install elsewhere, i recenty had an new pioneer system with backup camera installed in my car, the installers here are so hazardous that they broke my heating system in my car and brain washed me about going to the dealership to get the computer reset in my car
