Well, where do I begin? My wife was searching online and she found bulldog and after researching their vehicle, she decided this is where she wanted to go purchase a truck for me. When we got there, we were met by a gentleman of the name Liam he was driving a car out of the parking lot And he stopped this introduced himself. And from that moment on, I want to say the experience, the products and their attention to detail was astonishing. The customer service was more than customer service. It was very personal Especially for Liam he took care of us, which is his customer as family from the beginning to the end. His associates were fantastic as well. I want to say this the pricing was fair. The products are fantastic for the price and you can’t beat them as the next dealership mechanic for 20 years, plus I have to say I was very impressed so with my wife so with that said if you’re in search of a used vehicle, my recommendation 100% when you ask for Liam please tell him that Bob And Sylvia recommended him and bulldog thanks for reading
Lied to from the start!!! If I could rate them at half a star, I would do that, as the only thing they did not lie about was the color of car!! They were correct about that !! Alex told me they had gone through the entire vehicle before offering for sale! I took the man at his word, first mistake!! Joe also said he drove it for a couple weeks back and forth to home and car had no issues at all!! Took this man at his word also!! Second mistake!! Took cat to mechanic 3 days later for a thorough evaluation, bad struts, shocks all around, car started thumping in reverse has bad transmission module, cooling hose was collapsed cutting off coolant flow , rear wiper motor shot, needs new spark plugs and coil packs, air filter was very dirty needed changing, needed front stabilizer bar replacement, So basically I got screwed by these guys by assuming they were honest!! I certainly didn't even consider taking it back to them as figured if they lied to me about condition just to sell the car I wouldn't want them to work on the car, surely they would not repair it right , or probably at all! I did want the car though it was just the model I was looking for and they can be hard to locate so I replaced everything needed and chalked it up to a learning experience! I'm sure all there inventory comes from auctions so look them over really good, better yet steer well clear of these guys and don't even consider buying from them as these cars were sold at auction for a reason as reputable dealers won't sell these vehicles to the public, but these guys sure will ! They should change their name to bullshit auto. As it's much more appropriate for there business plan!!
I was in a HUGE pickle and searched auto shops near me at 2AM broke down on the side of the road yesterday. I called 6 shops and then called bulldog auto. SOMEHOW by the good grace of God they answered. Melissa picked up and was absolutely amazing. She saved me and talked me through fixing my car after I explained what happened to me. My car randomly shut down slowly and everything shut off on me on the thruway. Melissa instantly said to pop the hood and knew exactly what's was wrong (ground wire to the battery). Melissa is absolutely a heaven sent and so amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, made me laugh my ass off at 2am. Thank you Melissa I will be bringing my car to your shop for service and telling everyone!!!!!! 5 stars isn't even appropriate no number will justify how grateful I am!!! Joe who did my purchase contract to buy my vehicle was as professional and attentive as you could expect, he was knowledgeable and thorough with the presentation and paperwork making my trip all the way from Long Island memorable and stress free. He even picked me up at the Amtrak station to show you the level of treatment I received. I would purchase another car from him the next time I need one so go to Joe.
I highly recommend Bulldog Auto. My wife and I found a car we liked at Bulldog Auto and asked them if we could take the car to our personal mechanic. Not only did Bulldog Auto agree to that, but they delivered it to our mechanic themselves. After getting the report of issues from our mechanic, we conveyed those issues to Bulldog Auto and, surprisingly, they were very willing to work with us and address the concerns. Both Alex and Liam were extremely helpful and responsive in resolving our concerns and issues with the car. We were blown away by Bulldog Auto. They definitely exceeded expectations and, as I mention, we highly recommend them for your next used car.

We were so impressed with the inventory of vehicles. They were all top of the line. The prices were very fair. Not overpriced and the mileage was excellent considering it was preowned. We bought a 2014 Ford F150 Crew Cab and we love it. Joe was our salesman and he put the paperwork together and had it ready in 2 days. We loved the mechanic too. He took the time to show us a few things that we weren’t familiar with. All I can say is stop in to check them out. I think you will be very happy. 😊

Roughly a week Ago, my friend and I were headed to Boston and halfway through our drive (2.5 hours in) we start hearing aloud, noise coming from the bottom of my car. We pull off to the side of the road at the next rest stop. Somehow, we got lucky as the only other vehicle there was Melissa. She came over and asked us if we were OK and then address the issue on my car. She then followed us 20 minutes out of her way to an AutoZone so I could get the correct part and she could help fix my car. She probably spent 40 minutes working on my car in the cold when she did not have to. She went out of her way to make sure she could provide any help possible to my friend and I.Melissa had made it very clear with her actions that she will go out of her way and do anything for her customers and I would recommend her to anybody. She was very kind and knowledgeable and it was great to see another female in a male dominated field. Thank you again Melissa!

Bought a 2015 Chevy equinox, first car Ive purchased on my own. There was a weird thing with the brake, wasnt sure, but it didnt seem like a huge deal, and I was told it would be fixed before I bought the car. Buying day came, I was told the problem was fixed, and the whole selling process wasnt as communicative as I wished now it was, it felt a little rushed and unexplained. I get the car, and there ended up being a plethora of problems. Bunch of exhaust issues, the ABS light, all wheel drive turning off, check engine light on, just a whole bunch of issues that just kept popping up after the fact, for my first time buying a car it was STRESSFUL. HUGEEEEE shoutout to Melissa for literally being saving grace for my car. She was attentive, kept me updated via call and text and worked with my schedule. She got all of the issues figured out and got it done. She even filled me up on gas and air in the tires, she has been reassuring and I feel like shes the one person who really took the time and listened and made everything right. Even took it on a long test drive to make SURE there were no more surprises! She also checked in after the fact to ensure everything was going good. Recently my granddaughter and I were at Bulldog Auto Sales looking for a car for her. Our salesman was Joe, a young man who was quite knowledgeable about the used car business. We went to look at one car, and Joe was very honest about its shortcomings. We decided on another car that was even cheaper. My granddaughter has been driving it for a week and she loves it. Joe told us if we have any problems to get in touch with him, and since then Bulldog Sales has called her to ask how things were going. She loves it and is very satisfied, as am I, with the entire process.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Bought my daughter s vehicle back for repairs after buying it from bull dog auto sales because the check engine light went on and Alex has it fixed with no problem - both sensors were fixed. He also fixed the rear window wiper motor that wasn t working.

I recently took my BMW X5 in to my local BMW dealership for inexplicable mechanical issues and was told it would be ex warranty and even without a proper diagnosis the estimated cost was already prohibitively expensive. I put off doing anything about it, choosing to accept the occasional and scary alerts and sudden shutdown of the main computer apparatus. Big mistake! Or so I thought. I was forced to find help, faced with yet another shutdown that locked me out of my car, while at my in laws house in Albany. Based on a combo of reviews and my in laws experience I chose Bulldog and was very relieved I did so. Alex helped me troubleshoot remotely to get into the car, then immediately staffed an experienced mechanic to work on it while he called on a BMW contact to troubleshoot accessing the mainframe and updating critical software to get me comfortable I could take my family back home on a long highway trip, all in one afternoon. Thank you to Bulldog for a stress relieving experience and all for a very reasonable price.

Had a problem with a dead battery in my BMW X1 called AAA they took one look and said I can jump it but can t get at the battery to replace it ,called the dealer and they said bring it in tomorrow,called bulldog they said bring it over in 20 minutes and we ll hook you up,and they did while I waited and for much less money than the dealer wanted.thanks Alex you and your team saved the day.

I called here at 4 and they told me to come in so they can check out what s going on they diagnosed the problem right away and started fixing my car. Very nice people.
