Excellent service! My phone wasnt charging so I went in expecting to have the charging port replaced. Instead they cleaned off the corrosion, made sure it charged, and sent me on my way. They charged me NOTHING. Not many places will be that honest. I will use them for all my phone and computer needs in the future.

I took 2 different phones in that needed to be fixed, 1 phone needed the screen and the back cover replaced, other phone needed screen replaced, they did a fantastic job, there very friendly, highly recommended and I will be taking other devices I need fixed to them also

These guys are smooth and sweet talking. Purchased an electric bike from them in May, 2024. Condition was stated As Is because of minor paint scratches. Turns out they are peddling faulty merchandise under the guise of As-is, with no Returns or Exchanges. Bike has serious hidden defects, suppressed before sale along with inaccurate, verbal description. Defects discovered during normal use. Id stay away from Wireless Hope.

Me and my family came up here for a baseball tournament and i broke my phone so i visited wireless hope and they were amazing they fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes and they accompanied us while there tech guy worked on my phone great service and great work thanks for fixing my phone!!

Complete waste of time horrible service, I called today to sell some stuff they told me to bring it all in and when I got there they proceeded to tell me that oh we aren t gonna take these because they won t sell knowing damn well what the items were. I don t recommend going to them for anything like one time I went there to sell a Nintendo switch game they was only gonna give me $15 dollars for a game worth $60 I talked them up to $20 because I knew they was gonna sell it for more then what it s worth in which they did I came back a few days later and they was selling the game for $80 I really don t recommend this place at all Wireless Hope? More like Wireless Rip Off.

Quick and effective service! My phone screen was not turning on. I explained my problem and they immediately knew what was wrong. In about 15 minutes the broken parts were replaced and my phone was good as new. Couldnt have asked for a better repair shop!

Adrian and Jermaine were amazing! As I was visiting my mother accidentally shattered her phone screen and needed repairs asap. They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.

Excellent work. Went to Wireless with two phones, one of which immediately sent calls from the other to voicemail. Within 10 minutes, Wireless solved the problem, which wasn t a blocking or Do Not Disturb issue. Friendly, professional, courteous. Will give them more business in the future. You should, too.

Came in at 7:45 pm and got my charger port fixed by 8. These guys are great where else can you fix a charger port at 7 at night.

If you have any problem with your phone, even a minor scratch you need to bring your phone to this spot. Staff was accommodating, respectful and extremely helpful. Worse case scenario, your phone is busted beyond help .they sell new phones at phenomenal prices. Don t take my word for it though, check out this spot for yourself and see how excellent it is!

Wireless Hope in Schenectady, NY is amazing!! Was able to get my screen fixed for my iPhone11 crazy fast, same day maybe took 15 minutes. Prices are fair and reasonable for anybody s budget. wonderful place to get speakers, Purchase a speaker couple months ago returned it back to the store to get repaired/replacement. Which received exactly same product that I purchased for $240. Guess I should have waited for the end of the year sale. Now selling the same exact speakers %80 less then what the previous price was. So upset I paid full price. Hey you win some you lose some! Hate to lose a clearance sale. Also highly upset high end speaker that I had to pay full price for!!! Wish I would have wait for the annual sale!

There are no words to express the customer service the warmth along with the eager to help anyone in any situation experienced while here. This is my second personal experience with two detrimental phone situations my phone was ran over several times and I brought it in and within a couple hours they replaced the motherboard and charged me so little for the amount of effort it took until now phone a year later my charging port is not charging this is my second personal encounter where Elvin went above and beyond to try to find a solution for me and I didnt have a full paycheck however he extend me a new phone practically at cost knowing the importance of my phone due to work and the compassion that shown OMG Simply in awe! again this is the most beautiful cell phone store Ive ever been in all the accessories you could possibly want!
