Customer service is horrible they dont care about my business contented corporate they dont care either never again

Only reason I still shopped here was because of inclusivity. That is now done and so am I.

I went Glenville for this Target since I was searching for an item. Sadly, it did not have what I wanted. Although, I would mentioned that this is one of the decent Target that I ever shopped at.

Edit: Update. Downgrading from 3 to 1 Star. The last few weeks we have placed multiple pickups and not received the items we have paid for and the store claims we have picked up. It has caused multiple issues for me with Target as I have to spend 30 plus minutes on the chat or phone with an agent because I cant even refund items through the app anymore due to the numerous issues Ive had with this store. I spend a LOT of money at target. Diapers. Clothes. Formula. Furniture. Toys. I buy most of my stuff at Target and it is extremely frustrating to have this stores issues affect my experience overall shopping with target due to now being flagged or something and having to call or chat instead of utilize the auto refund on the app. DO NOT DO PICKUPS AT THIS STORE until they fix whatever is going on with their department. Literally leaving our 3 or more items from my purchase and charging me for them anyway. Unbelievable. One of the better targets in the area, but still needs improvement. A lot of clearance wasnt priced, the price checkers have been taken down, and floor employees were good about scanning items but the self checkout employee told me to download the cartwheel app if I wanted to know prices. He said he couldnt scan anything at the checkout for me. I am pretty sure cartwheel was discontinued in 2017 and as an avid target app user and circle member, I have no idea where in the app to scan barcodes. Some of the shelves were empty and still being stocked, but it was a Friday. The self checkout was kind of coated in grime and the pedestal to put my items was dirty. Wasnt a fan of that. Did like the inventory for toys, books, and clothes.

Online ordering was easy. Pickup was accurate, and associate was very prompt and pleasant.

The store is always clean and well stocked Prices are generally less than neighboring stores for the same items Store brand items are of good quality for the price Fashion is always VERY tempting! Even when I swore I would NOT buy any more clothes ! Edit 12/07/24: my review stands - this store is always maintained in top order. It was very much appreciated that 3 Real Registers with Real Live Employees were open this evening (in fact self check was roped off!). I will only self check if I have VERY few items - not the quantity I purchased on this visit (plus that means yet one more handling of the items - where is my discount for being a Store Employee if I self check? THINK ABOUT IT

My favorite place to shop for every thing including fresh groceries.

Glenville Target is spotless, calm, great store to shop in. Plenty of variety, and stocked well. I get checked out by a polite human. My go to store.

Always a great experience shopping at the Glenville store. One employee had to ruin it tonight on this visit though. My wife walked out of the store, (I packed our car already) she had no shopping bags with her. All I did was leave our parking spot and pulled up to the curb to pick her up. (aka the Fire Lane) Immediately after my wife closed the car door, this employee walks up to the passenger side and starts yelling at us that we can t park here! I yelled back and said, we re not parking here. My wife JUST got in the car! I m picking her up! Geez! The employee didn t even respond. She stormed off to one of the single doors near the main entrance. I guess she was having a bad night! I don t know? SMH

Really great but sometimes pricey

This review is more for the Starbucks team within the store. Today was really warm and muggy, and it was a treat to be offered an ice cold sample of the fruit/lemonade refresher. It was so good I had to go to the actual SB counter and buy one. I couldnt remember what it was called, but the staff knew right away and made it quickly. It really made my afternoon.

My other favorite target store to visit. Wonderful customer service and quick service.

Tons of in store shoppers with their huge carts in the way but no registers open.

Easy to find everything I need, use the app to pay, friendly helpful staff.

Clean and well organized with groceries!!! Not so busy that you have to wait in long lines. Or order ahead for pickup.

Excellent selection and clean well organized very wide variety of stuff I went for an alarm clock digital the had 20 kinds awesome they have a lot of stuff other stores dont well stocked

Just entered the Target in Glenville. Both outside garbage cans are over flowing with garbage and garbage on the ground. Once inside the shelves are a mess, looks terrible.

Clean, well lit, not cluttered store. The associates are friendly and helpfully.

It was my first time in this location and the store clean and a lot staff stocking the shelves. There was one register open and the cashier was very pleasant and I was pleased that I stopped there to shop for Easter decorations in the $$ aisle.

There is a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and a Target food court with popcorn. Both workers were very good. Everything was clean. Some of the toys and other items looked missing and tampered with. Good target with quality items.

My dad and I went into Glenville Target to find the confetti Stanley cup. We asked a worker who was stocking shelves ,named Sandy, if they happened to have them. She said no but feel free to call back another time and ask for Sandy and she ll see if they have them in stock. We thanked her and walked away, a minute later she called out to us and said she found two hidden behind vacuums and asked if we wanted those. We said no because they weren t the ones we wanted. We went to the other side of the store to just look around. Sandy came up to us with a set of two Stanley cups. One being a confetti one. She said she had to find us to see if we wanted them before she put them up front. I wanted to leave this review because Sandy deserves a raise. She didn t have to go above and beyond just get us that cup. I know most people would ve went on with their tasks and not have done what she did. My mom loved the cup thank you Sandy.

Two weeks now going into target, 3-5 employees in almost each isle talking while stocking shelves, but no one to work at Pizza Hut! Another unorganized store.

Well the secret is out - best Target store in the Capital District. Keep up the great work and corporate if you are reading this, please acknowledge your hard working employees at this location!!! We the public appreciate you all.

I made a return of two chairs that I had impulsively purchased several months ago. They were sitting in a room unused. A waste of my money. I figured I would try to return them as my daughter shared, under Target policy, items that are of their name brand are returnable within one year for a full refund. I truly did not expect my experience to be so easy and good. The return was accepted without question and a full refund to the original form of payment was made.

I have difficulty breathing and this makes my life much easier.

Clean and neat

I like the way Target is laid out and the array of items, especially now that it has a large grocery section. The aisles are spacious and the store is neat and clean. The only thing that kept me from giving it a ten is that the prices are more expensive than Walmart.

Store will tell employees they cant come back to work if a doctors note keeps them out for 10 days, then they fire the employee for missing time. Very poorly run store with terrible management.

Glenville NY Target is a very loud neighbor. Its amazing the noise they are making in the town of Glenville. Trucks at all hours, compactor runs beginning at 4a ....and they lie about it. Video shows it all! Parking lot sweepers at all hours and plowing done with a backhoe!

Target offered a toy dump truck on line for @24.99 and available for pick-up in 1 hour!. Glenville stores web site claimed there were 4 in stock. Instead of the hassle of opening an on-line account (which I would never use again) I drove down the 3 miles to the store. No trucks on the shelves! After 30 minutes looking for an employee, she said her store had non in stock, but the Clifton Park store had 7. So I drove the 9 miles to Clifton Park. That Target had 1 truck on the shelf -- not at $24.99 but $38.95!!! Why should a person who takes the time to drive to a Target to shop ( and possibly buy more merchandise) be charged $14 more than someone sitting on their butt at home for the same product?!!!! If Target has a policy of screwing its walk-in customers, Ill save you the trouble. From now on I am a Kohls or Walmart shopper. It will be a cold day in Hell if I ever shop at any Target again!

This is an all around good Target, all the shelves are always neat and stocked so nothing is ever a mess. The selection overall is pretty decent, and the employees are nice when Ive needed their help, especially the guys in electronics.

Waited 30 minutes in electronics, after telling a girl I needed assistance. The man came over, helped someone who had gotten there after me first, and I stood there... for 30 minutes...as other employees walked by and did nothing. Then when I was leaving I mentionied it to customer service and without even apologizing the skinny dude with glasses and a ponytail blamed me for not pushing some button I didnt even know about. When I mentioned maybe the employees should just pay attention to the customers he snidely said thanks for the suggestion

I ordered online and chose to pick up my purchase in the store. I ve never done this at Target before but have done it at Walmart several times. Each time I did it at Walmart I waited almost 30 minutes in the store for an employee to come to the pick up in store station. Today at Target I walked to customer service and was given my purchase in less than 2 minutes. The experiences aren t even comparable because Target was so much better. I will definitely use this option at this store again.

I love the holiday items. I can purchase my coffee, dog food, clothes.

I had a great experience in ordering my TV online and picking up the TV at the store. Choosing the pickup location was great, as it was done with the click of a button. I received an email notification when the order was ready to be picked up. Once I got to the store, picking up the TV was a cinch. It was ready for me at customer service. Two employees carried the TV out to my car, and I was on my way. I will definitely order online at Target again and shop at the brick-and-mortar store on Saratoga Rd.

Terrible interaction with cashier

This is my second review for the Glenville Target. I like this particular store because it is close to home but I also like the fact that all the employees I have ever had contact with have answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner. From the Chromebook right down to those $1 items in the Bargain area. No questions go unanswered and the staff really make this store my favorite. Customer service is important to me.

Quick and easy pick up

One of my main is reason is Adam went over the top to help me & he is a very sweet guy. He even clocked out late for making sure I was happy. I have a lot of good help & the employees are very friendly.

The only problem I have with this store is that every time I go in and want to use the handicap carts theyre dead or youre driving around and they start beeping saying theyre dying. Its not enjoyable driving around in one of your handicap carts they start beeping people are looking at you and you become embarrassed.

I am a consistent Target shopper as the prices are good, the products and variety are solid and the team members are friendly and helpful.
