After searching online for a compatible cell phone case & protector... 3 Choices all under $20 vs. Carrier Cost $$$ So I travel to good old Walmarts to retrieve my Cell Case & Screen Protector and After walking All the to The Middle Rear of Store, I ask a Associate for Case locations and he stated They only carry 3-4 Cell Company Phone case Not Mine On Line only, the associate Knowing his department well said Sorry. So Corporate You Lost Both Now & Most Important a Customer. The 2 stars are one for the Company and 2 for The Electronic's Department. The Associate did his Job and The Company didn't.
They're remodeling so it's a bit crazy. Their card scanners aren't accepting chipped cards unless you swipe them. My bank declined the transaction and set me a fraud message because the chip wasn't used.
I've heard this referred as the "Ghetto" Walmart cause they don't have as much food. The funny part is they have a much better selection of clothes/shoes, toys, and if I'm looking for the limited edition Coke/Pepsi, Cheetos/Doritos then this is the first place I look.
No groceries in this Walmart. Bought some cleaning products, basic household stuff, and a hoodie for my son. There were 15 items. The person at the door asked for my receipt and as I pulled it up on my phone it took a minute and she saw 2 of the items I had purchased before the rest of the receipt was loaded, and was already accusing me of stealing, which was very embarrassing, and once the rest of the receipt was pulled up, flagged me out of the door. Had it not been starting to snow and me being away from home, I would have complained, as I didn't even use self checkout. This just goes into another store that I will never visit again, and another sign that perhaps companies shouldn't treat their customers who actually pay for their items worse than the ones that don't. In the store as I was asking about products many people referred to it as "a ghetto Walmart" and I should have walked out then!! Avoid at all costs if you can, I surely am.
You guys literally put the whole beauty department under lock and key. Therefore I had to wait for one of your workers infact I didn't wait I HAD to go find a worker on my own cause NO ONE responded to the doorbell call. When I did find someone they told me I had to wait for another employee cause there were only 2 people who had the keys. I waited 25 minutes for that "worker" to come and unlock it for me. To my shock she showed up with fuzzy pajama pants and a bonnet on like she just got outta bed. Honestly if I wasn't told she was an employee of Walmart I NEVER would have guessed or thought she worked for Walmart. She had NO uniform on to distinguish that she worked for Walmart let alone be a higher up since she holds the cases keys. Also I'd like add that the Walmart employee that originally helped me was also shocked that she came into work like that. Like dam even your employees are complaining about how Walmart was treating me. And FYI this was the Walmart in GLENVILLE, NY.
Went to check on a pick up order and was treated so rude by the team member who informed me, "we're busy with other orders right now" before walking away or even allowing me to get a word in. So irritated I left the store and came back hours later. When I arrived the 2nd time I simply reported my arrival on the app and parked in the designated parking spot for pick up. My product was brought to my vehicle and I requested it be put in the back seat since it was a smaller package. When I arrived home and witnessed the state of my purchase I was speechless. The box was damaged on 3 of the 4 sides and the entire product had been wrapped in clear packaging tape. I'm unsure how or why a business would sell this and why an employee would be trained to believe this aligned with even the lowest level of quality standards. After reviewing the purchase I received an email response from Kayla Sanchez apologizing for my experience and they had the audacity to include a link for me to repurchase the item.....bahahahahaha...no THANKS!!!

Aside from being a dump as every other Walmart this place needs to have better inventory of the items they actually stock. Every time I go there for an item they carry they never have it stocked.Go in the morning not there go in the evening still not there. Doesnt matter what day of the week and at this rate month. The store literally looks like its shambles. The pallets in the middle of the aisles is really a nuisance making a cramped store even more so. They have the beauty and other essentials locked up. Good luck waiting for someone to assist you. Its the stores own damn fault that there is so much theft. If management and workers actually did there jobs it would deter many from stealing. With the lack of oversight and upkeep of the store it has become a cesspool for unsavory people. Make it look like a store and actually have staff working would be a good first step. The design of the store could be a bit better by sectioning the departments more . Instead of locking things up in a section have a couple workers covering that area specifically with its own checkout counter. Another issue is this store is never up to date with newer products that you may find at farther away stores. Dont exactly feel like driving 10 miles more to the next store and ordering online is a 50/50 chance of receiving the correct item.

I changed my review from 4 stars to 1 star for a few reasons... The staff arent as friendly or helpful as in the past. Another reason, (and for me personally this is the biggest reason), I cant use the self checkouts anymore. My shopping trips usually consist of buying 20-30 items tops, but now if you have 21 items you need to wait in a longer line with a cashier whos first language isnt English. I have no problems at all with people who arent originally from here, however, if your trying to convey that you want to pay a certain way and they dont understand then it makes things more difficult than it needs to be. (The below review was 4 stars and was reviewed before 12/9/24). This place is a typical Wal-Mart, it would be great if it were a Super Wal-Mart but its still good. Always stocked and service is good.

Curbside to go at this location is very inconsiderate to people s time called their number multiple times with no answer and waited 30 minutes for an order to come outside it s insane.

I went to the store as I regularly get used to and bought a Ninja blender on the shelf it indicated 79 dollars in the cashier mark 88 when I proceed to claim the cashier for the price the cashier goes to scan and send someone to be price change at the counter that is misleading ad to the customer...

The shelves are bare most of the time, prices are terrible, too many employees shopping for others, cant get through the aisles, locking up health and beauty aids is ridiculous. I get anxious just going in the store!

I received a letter saying that I had a gift card from Walmart. I spent four hours on the phone trying to find anyone that could tell me who was sending them out or where they were being sent from. I had to enlist help from gethuman.com thereabouts spent two hours on the phone. It was unable to reach anyone in the allotted time. This reminds me of the home Depot. Dont say have a nice day LOL LOL
If your In a hurry for a uber eat delivery or merchandise or grocery delivery, forget it. The people who work there are slow and dont have orders ready for pickup.

They Performed A Minor Adjustment To A Pair Of Glasses Within Minutes...The Pair Of Glasses Never Looked Or Felt Better....Would Recommend The Team In The Vision Center To Others! I had an online order pick-up. I drove to Walmart when I was notified my order was ready. It only took minutes from the time I arrived at Walmart for the Walmart personnel to load my order in my car. The process was fast, efficient and easy.

Never going to shop here again. Need a couple air mattresses, a broom and laundry soap. I usually would get these things elsewhere buy I was in town and wanted a bit of convince. I asked for assistance and was told I dont know where that is sorry and they walked away. I found my items and cashed out at self check out where four worker were just hanging around. It was slow and they all saw me pay for my items, on top of the cameras that saw me pay for my items. I went to exit the store and a woman stepped in front of my cart and said I cant leave the building until I show her a recipe so I gave it to her and told her to keep it and moved my cart around her to exit the building.this isnt a membership club, you cannot detain people its actually very illegal. Get some new staff and train your people better please walmart. Im going to stick to target even if its out of the way next time.

Walmart is a place to be you find just about anything whether it s a super Walmart or whether it s the local Walmart is just amazing the prices you cannot beat I can get almost everything from clothes the food toiletries no other place to go but Walmart!

If I could give 0.5 stars I would. I understand people have to do their jobs and check orders. Do not single people out. Multiple times, the big man in the front is targeting young white women. The manager was good at intervening and being empathetic, so thank u for one decent human being. I told them I will never go there again, and I wont.

The store closes at 11p not 10:48 and letting only certain people in is wild behavior then I tried to ask the security guared if he knew another store that was open rn that would have cat food and he just yells WE RE CLOSED like I m sorry you dislike your job but being rude to people that are trying to enter during literal business hours is completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I literally needed 1 item and I was well aware the store was closing in 12 minutes.

Management must be pretty bad here. For the last year or so its been terrible every time Ive went. Its dirty, shelves are unorganized or otherwise empty, many items are locked which isnt so bad except theres no one to unlock them. Very few registers are open so lines are very long. Be prepaired to wait upwards of 20 minutes to check out. They only open a few self checkout machines at a time so even self checkout takes forever. It looked like most people shared my frustration when I was there today. I dont understand how this store could be managed so poorly. Its almost like they try to do a bad job on purpose. If you go to the walmart in Amsterdam its a completely opposite experience. Clean, organized, stocked and the registers are open...

This walmart is ok . Its one of the smaller ones. I Dont recommend your usual grocery shopping there there unless you need something quick because in my experience chances are less variety or dont have it and its picked over most of the time and need to restock. for example I was looking for cheese along with the sandals I bought. They only had the boxed Velveeta I settled for. Otherwise its pretty convenient being a smaller walmart.
