We needed an outside cover for our dryer vent exhaust, but it was too high up to access with a ladder (our laundry room is upstairs, in a difficult spot to get to from the ground level). He had to purchase something to climb on the roof safely to get the job done. He came back within a few days with what he needed, and installed the cover, and it looks great. He explained how to keep the dryer vent clean, and even gave me two wool balls to use in the dryer. His price was very reasonable. Jordan was great! He corrected a serious problem with a poorly routed dryer vent, rerouting the pipe straight out the side of my house as it should have been done by the original icontractor. He blocked the bad vent hole (in the soffit, ugh). He reconnected and tightened the vent to my dryer. He cleaned up afterward. My dryer and vent are both operating much better. Hire the pro!

They showed up on time. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He did the work quickly and explained every detail. Did try to upsell me on washer hoses, but thats ok. Part of his job. He actually put up some tie downs to keep the washer output hose from slipping out of its pipe and to give the dryer vents more support. Did not try to sell on a yearly visit...said 3 yrs should be enough. Only thing I was sort of disappointed in was the cost. $270. $49 service fee just to look at it. I expected that to be waived if they did the work, but nope. Not the techs fault. This is a national chain and they set the prices in the bowels of their headquarters. So beware that while it seems cheap on the website, not so cheap in actuality, and my dryer was actually not that bad he said. All in all, worth the piece of mind that my house is not going to burn down from a dryer lint fire.
