Excellent service and care! I was lucky enough to call these guys when my neighbor's tree ripped off all my electrical from my house. Derrick, Jesse and crew did an amazing job on a big project that we had. We lost power on the weekend and they arrived to assess within a couple of hours. Once national grid confirmed that the issue was on our end, they quickly got the job scheduled. They had to dig a trench and bury a new power supply line in conduit going to our house, which included digging up part of a brick sidewalk by hand. The 2 day job was not easy but they accommodated all of our requests and mind changes. Very professional and hard working. 10/10 recommend!
I'm met Derrick while searching for an electrician. From the beginning he was a gentleman and very professional. Great experience using Choice Electric for work at our house. Derrick was professional and very responsive, would highly recommend Choice to others for electrical needs. They were able to come out the day I called and were very professional over the phone. They did a thorough job and even checked on some other concerns they had for me. I would recommend them and will be using them as my electricians in the future.
When we lost lights and power in two rooms of the house, Choice Electric came out the next day. Quick, professional, they diagnosed the problem, talked me through the work they were doing, and in maybe 20 minutes they had swapped a bad outlet and repaired a bad connection in the associated junction box. Pleased at the price as well. I will definitely use the next time I have electrical issues!
My grandson called at 11:00 at night to leave a message about an electrical issue. He was very surprised that they answered the phone at that hour. They were at his house early the next morning and fixed the problem. They did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. Called on a Wednesday with a fairly urgent request, was told theyd be here between 11 am and 1 pm and they showed up at 11. Work was done professionally and everything explained to me. Nice guys to work with. Would definitely use again

Estimator came out pretty quick - , the owner wont let this go, I edited my comment once, now he responds saying I demanded? I asked for the estimate - how is that a demand. I am so glad I am going with someone else to do the work.
I love these guys. Ive used them 3 times and they made me feel like I was in totally competent and trustworthy hands at every moment.
Will update ad after second job. Choice Electric was there in an emergency situation at the end of December. Attention was taken to fully rectify the power issue, then the soonest-possible return date included a full upgrade of the system. This is a rare home set up, but Choice took care of everything.
They ran power for my pool and bonded it. Very professional and clean work would definitely use them for electrical work down the road

The Choice Electric team was extremely prompt and found a way to service my dishwasher within the hour of my call. They quickly solved the issue and had my dishwasher up and running in under an hour. This is the first time Ive used their service and Ill be sure to use them again (hopefully nothing else breaks!).
Choice Electric is amazing! They are soooo responsive! During a storm a few weeks ago, a tree knocked down my power lines. Choice Electric was there in 90 minutes, and they repaired what needed to be done, got me an inspector the next morning, and National Grid was restoring power that afternoon. Choice Electric came back out to replace my electrical panel - on time, quick, and removed all material. Noticeable difference! Pricing is fair, and They will discuss with you - nothing hidden or extra. Choice Electric eased my anxiety from day one as a new homeowner, and I appreciate the work they do!
We are so glad to have found Derrick and Choice Electric. We were without power after last Weds storm, waiting for Natl Grid to come to get the live wire off our property. And our electric meter had been pulled off the house and needed to be repaired. We found out on Sat. evening of Columbus Day weekend that we needed an electrician to repair the meter before Natl Grid would come. I called every electrician listed in the area, and was only able to reach one or 2, and none were available to come before Tues. My niece gave us Derricks number- he had done repairs after the storm for her. We called and Derrick came over first thing in the morning on Columbus Day. Derrick and his brother were so prompt and professional and friendly. The repairs were done and Derrick made arrangements for an inspector to approve the work, and our power was restored that day. We were so pleased to have the repair done so quickly, especially on a holiday weekend after a storm with so many outages. We had Derrick back to do some unrelated electric work today. He texted us to let us know hed be there between 8 and 9 a.m. and he was. Again, he was professional and friendly and we were very happy with the quality of the work and how reasonable the cost was. Derrick emailed me an itemized bill on the spot. We highly recommend Choice Electric, and will definitely use them again.
Non responsive in regards to inquiries for hire. Ive email, called and have not gotten a response back. Clearly their happy with their current customer base and are not looking to expand
