We used Coffey Electric and have been very happy with our service. We had a house fire and needed all new electric throughout the house. Brennan and his crew did a great job and they are still adding the finishing touches. The guys were friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. If you are looking for any electrical work, I would highly recommend Coffey Electric.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Brennan came to my house to fix a gas leak that I had from my generator. He replaced the needed parts and got it back working in less than a half hour. Very friendly, fast and efficient, and very fair priced. Called to let me know when he was coming just as I asked. The manager Summer was very friendly over the phone and had no problem fitting me into their busy schedule. Will be recommending this company and using them for any future generator or electrical work I need.
They made an appointment to come and look at a job that we wanted done in the upstairs of our home; it needs to be rewired. The appointment was for May 29th. The guy was right on time. Nice guy, knowledgeable. I thought this is going to be good. Accompany you could trust. He told my husband it'd be 5 to 10 business days for the estimate. We're at 14 business days now and still no estimate. My husband called last week and the woman who answered the phone told him that she would try to get him to do it that day. Well nothing. Now my husband and I both worked in the commercial fencing industry and are well aware of schedules, busy times, job size, etc. So I feel that if the job is too small or you don't have the time or it's not something that's really up your alley, that's fine. Just freaking let me know. Bad customer service. Update: We did get our estimate. My husband has one question, and then we will make a decision.
I cannot say enough great things about arket. To start, Summer at the office is an absolute delight in handling matters. Brennan is an incredibly reliable, competent, and caring electrician. Carlos is meticulous and such an amazing knowledgeable electrician. Each person I meet through them is very professional and I feel so lucky to have found them. I have now had them over to do multiple projects and always can count on them to get the job done quickly and done right. Thank you Arket for everything!
Arket Electric is awesome! From my phone call with Summer, the manager, to working with Levi, the more than competent electrician who did the work I needed done, the experience was outstanding. Both were knowledgeable and accommodating. I will be calling Arket the next time I need an electrician!
Can't say enough good things about Arket and the team, from the communication with the office to price and the helpfulness in the field to finish. Arket helped us connect the electric in a modular house and some of the utilities, added some additional lighting, a transfer switch and a camper outlet. After having done a phenomenal job last year to get electricity to my garden shed, add some exterior lights and fixing a few smaller issues, I called Arket Electric back this year to install an EV-Charger and a new panel as we were maxed out. From the contact with Summer to schedule the work to the conversation with and the work done by Mike T everything was no less than fabulous. I know what electrician I will call next time. The 1st time and 2nd time using this company i was not pleased. i was unaware of the cost of material and national grid had me against the wall so i had to pay the electricians bill in order to have service. Almost a year later Spectrum and National Grid almost burnt my house down and the two companies blamed the Electrical company. My 3rd experience was great and id use them again. the classy lady in the office is very pleasant and the tech they sent was top notch and honest. Arket Electric Inc.
Worked with Ethan. Two of our kitchen outlets lost power. He did a great job locating the issue and fixing it promptly which is not easy with my old house from the 50s.
Its not often that a company owner makes the initial trip out to assess and evaluate the job needed, but Mike Arket did just that. We had a delightful conversation and he took his time to explain the current situation and his recommendations in terms a layperson like me could understand. Ethan was sent to put in the panel and he, too, was great - personable and efficient. Finally, what great review would be complete without mentioning the amazing Summer! Her sunny disposition sure matches her name. Shes chock-full of helpful information and she manages her console like its a command Center. We had a great experience. I recommend Arket Electric without reservation and look forward to having them do additional work for us.
Great local business for electrical and generator needs. Showed up right away to diagnose and repair my Generac Generator. Very reasonable priced and offer one year contract for maintenance on Generators. Also you can pay in person or via mail and ladies in the office are extremely nice and helpful, Highly recommend.

Starting with Summer who answered the phone, Mike Arket who came to our house to make the estimate, and Pete and Brennan who did the electrical work, everyone and everything was absolutely first class.
Arket was contracted to install all the electrical components of my solar panels. They did an exceptional job. It is neat, clean and quality work. The electrical inspector was raving about the work they did. Highly recommended!
Had GE generator installed 5 yrs ago by Market Electric. They have serviced it regularly. There have been very few problems which have always been dealt with in a timely fashion. The techs are experienced and nice to work with. I recommend Arket Electric if you are interested in purchasing a generator
Excellent ! We had to have a panel upgrade. Quote was fair, came on the promised date and worked non-stop until complete. This is the second time Arket worked at our house. Both times the individuals were extremely respectful of our property.

Wow! I just called as two outlets had failed. After flipping all of the breaker switches, the outlets still did not work. I called and spoke with Summer. She recommended I check the adjacent bathroom outlet reset and, sure enough, it worked! I cant THANK Arket Electric enough. Any other company would have scheduled a service call and, no doubt, charge me an arm and a leg! Thanks so much. Can definitely recommend their services!
