I recently cracked my screen on my Samsung. Something I never do, never have done. So I called kings, and I spoke to Nick, the owner and he was very helpful and tells me Yes He could fix it.so I brought my phone in and he ordered my screen. And I'm going to tell you the customer service from the time I walked in the door was fabulous? They greet you, They ask you what they can help you with They had to order the part. They called me today, I said I will dropped the phone off, They told me it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I went back and picked it up, and it's beautiful, beautiful, like a new phone. And the price, was great.😀 And he not only does phones, he does all the other electronics and tons of phone cases and other supplies in the store.So if you have a chance go check 'em out because like I said, they are top shelf in my book, anybody who can provide that type of customer service, It's phenomenal. And did I say everybody in the store was the same as Nick, very nice, very professional.
Google Pixel 6 Android phone froze at 3:03 PM. Would not charge and screen showed 86%, power button & volume up/down buttons did nothing, a faint image with the 3:03 time was frozen on the screen. Touching or swiping of the screen did nothing. The phone was useless. A search on my desktop PC for "mobile phone repairs within 20 miles" produced a lot of results. King's ElectroNick's felt right. I took the phone into their shop a few minutes after 5 PM. When I returned to their shop a few minutes before 6 PM, they were finished and testing it. To my delight, it worked perfectly after only 3 hours of downtime! The people at King's ElectroNick's are professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very fair with their prices. I have no hesitation in recommending these technicians to any of my friends or family.
I called them on a Wednesday evening. Part was in store Thursday. Dropped phone off and fixed in 1 hour and the price was better than competitors by over $100. I had a cracked screen and damaged lcd on a galaxy s22 ultra. Phone is brand new again. Very pleased and recommend these guys services especially if you don't have phone insurance! Only thing that wasn't to expectations was I asked/requested for a green screen and got a black screen. My phone won't have the same trade value anymore
I popped into King's ElectroNick's with an iphone issue this morning. After I showed the phone to Nick, he stated the facts, offered solutions, and gave me a fair price for a screen replacement. I left on an errand and when I returned it was as good as new in less than 1/2 hour!!! Nick further offered up some ideas regarding protection just in case I were to drop my phone again. He showed me several options (cases, glass, plastic covers...) and we decided which would be best. I think he went above and beyond to be helpful. Quality, professional service with incredible turn around time! Cracked my Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. I ordered a genuine part and it was done quickly. I have phone insurance, but they have you mail in your phone and use reconditioned parts. I chose to pay a hefty price and get it done with quality. Price is consistent with other businesses of this type.

A nice electronics store that has a good selection of phone accessories. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and courteous. I have my Amazon packages sent there instead of my home. Just a horrible experience screen broke on my phone took it to get fixed at kings electronics they fixed it but after my camera didnt work nor flashlight then I told them you know stuff doesnt work then tried to charge me to fix the camera when nothing was wrong with it prior big time scams

I bought a phone from there for $650 they said its like new. I had problem with the finger Id. I called the company they said the screen been changed. So I want back they wouldnt give me $650 they want gave $200. So I left. I dont Recommended Them at all. They Buying their phone of Street.

I sent my PS5 to them to get repaired and they couldn t fix it due to the part not being available (not their fault). However when I got my PS5 back, the corner piece was missing and it wouldn t turn on so now I can t send it to Sony because they didn t give back a part to my PS5.

5 star review is an understatement. Nick and his team deserves a 10 star. I called all over town to get my ex Bfs phone fix today so I can go home ASAP. Im actually from the West Coast, and came out here for work. I just wanted to make sure my ex will be safe before I go. Nick did more than just fixing the phone, he helped solved my personal problem. Some situations are just urgent and thank God he has most of the parts in store for all types of phones. I was able to get a repair done less than an hr. I also added 2 screen protectors for my phone and my exs phone. He did a wonderful job, our phone feels like new again. Price is ridiculously cheap while others tries to charge me an arm or leg, and cant fix phones in one day. So I really appreciate your service and you guys are the gem.
Called about broken glass on a iPad gene. They had the cheapest price, told me to come in, got there 15 minutes later and came back 1 hr later to pick up my iPad with a fixed screen fixed perfectly

These guys were great. Fixed an iPhone 6plus screen for me in 30 about minutes, and sold me a refurb iPhone 6s Plus 64GB for my son. Set me up with cases, glass screen protectors and new SIM cards for both phones (which they installed at no charge), all in one stop for a little over $250 all in. Great customer service and friendly guys. I recommend these guys. Proof that good service does still exist. I will be using these guys again. I need a local source for iPhones that don t cost $700-$1000 now that my two kids are both using them. Lol.

The price would have been reasonable to fix a battery, but when the battery was stuck in limbo and no one followed up with it nor did any one call. They had the phone for over a week I made all the calls and was told well the battery says shipped, the battery says it is in Schenectady ( where your shop is?), no attempt to locate it? So just picked up the phone and took it somewhere else had the phone fixed in less than 48 hours and held onto the phone until the battery came in for it. Find the business practice poor.

He was supper nice and the store was really clean. I came in to get my phone fixed and omg it looks brand new. The mall was going to charge me 60$ to fix my iPhone 6 but he did it for 50$. He also does trade ins so I ll be back to trade in the very phone he made look brand new.

The was so easy. I called and got a quote over the phone to repair a cracked screen - iPhone 8 plus. I brought in the phone and it was fixed while I waited. It only took around a half hour.
