I’ve worked with this company several times and have always been completely satisfied with their service. James is exceptionally professional, punctual, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. The delivery was always on time and everything was handled with care. Contacted with a broken window in my wooden front door. They came over to repair the next day. The peoject was done within 30 minutes or so. Knowledgeable and quick to assist!!
I contacted the company to have a shower door replaced. Someone from the company came to my house and measured my current shower. He said it was a straightforward project and would get back with a quote and options within the next several days. To be fair, the gentleman that came to my house seemed very competent and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, I never received a quote. I called the company several times, but no one ever returned my call. Based on my experience, it does not appear that this is a dependable company or customer oriented.
James just finished installing our new shower door. He measured the area, helped us decide placing of the handles and towel bar. He estimated delivery 3-4 weeks, and he installed exactly as promised in 4 weeks. Also recommended shower cleaner and how to maintain. We had a great experience with this company.
When calling several places locally, some of the places I spoke with wanted outrageous prices to repair one window upwards of five to $750.. this company was reasonable on time and a nice looking truck.. I would highly recommend using this company.

After a referral from our tile contractor we called James at National Glass & Aluminum. James quickly responded and came over to provide the estimate for a new shower door and he let us know how long it would be before it could be installed. The price quoted was very fair. A little less than 3 weeks later James and his partner installed the door. They were both very respectful and professional. The new door looks fantastic!! We will be calling James for a future project in another bathroom. We would definitely recommend James and his crew if you are looking for a new shower door.
I stopped by this shop with a small project not knowing what to expect. What I got was quick and excellent service and a chance to talk with the owner about his business, which is relatively new. As is the case with many glass businesses these days, National Glass and Aluminum is focused on larger projects for home and business. That they took to time to help me is a testament to their commitment to customer service. From my experience, National Glass will be the company we hire for any larger projects around our house. Recommended without reservation.

I called and asked for a quote, they informed me the consultation was free, I gave my name, number and address and set up and appointment. The day of my appointment no one arrived and I called them 3 times, all 3 times my call was forwarded to voicemail. That is bad business!!
We just needed a cracked window pane replacement but National Glass did the job same day and even delivered it to our home. Their respectful treatment of our small job will bring us back for bigger stuff too. Nice guys, fair price, great job!

I had a broken 80 storefront window that I needed to replace quickly. I called 5 other glass companies and got estimates from $1000 to $1750, with wait times from a week to over a month. Then someone suggested to call National Glass And Aluminum. They were on site in an hour to measure, and within in 4 hours they got the new glass, removed the broken window, and had the new window installed, for $750 dollars. I have never bothered to leave a review before but these guys deserve it. Clean, quick, no whining, and great pricing!! Will be using again.

The day after Christmas I never expected to have a broken window on my antique dutch door. Scott arrived exactly at the time he said and quickly replaced the broken glass. These guys are awesome. I had a large mirror where the edges were oxidized. I brought it to them, an hour after calling, and they cut it while I waited. I was told that they would have come to my home to do it, which is what I ll do next time I need glass work. Terrific customer service.
