I worked with Alex on the purchase of a Pilot. He did a great job working with me, following up and responding promptly and clearly. Andrew walked me through the new vehicle features and the technology available in the new vehicle and did an excellent job bringing me up to speed. This is no small task in a new vehicle. Finally, I worked with Kris in the business office discussing options for financing and warranty options. He listened to my concerns, offered solutions that would address those concerns and was respectful throughout the process. All in all a very good experience!
Matty V (sales) is impressive to work with. I came in to check out used Toyotas and didn't expect him to know much about the vehicle since it isn't their brand. Matt surprised me with how prepared he was for our appointment. He answered most of my questions about the car before I could ask them, everything from the trim specific features to compartments under the hood. Nicole (internet sales) was quick to respond, confirm availability of the car before I made the trip in, and asked me some questions to make my visit as quick and efficient as possible. Kristian (sales manager) was personable, friendly, and to the point. Brian (finance) ultimately closed the deal for me, he was able to secure a better financing rate than my preferred bank without running my credit 15 times like other dealers will do. Kristi (delivery) was friendly and very helpful in customizing my car settings and getting my android auto connected. Service, while I haven't been in for service yet, the real selling point for me on buying this used vehicle from Mohawk was the work they put into the car before they listed it for sale. It's not often that you find a relatively low mileage vehicle with brand new tires, brakes, air filters and oil change put on by the dealer. There are a lot of things to consider when buying a car, and throughout the whole process the team at Mohawk used detailed checklists to make sure everything was in order, all the way down to giving me a new sticker to stick my ez pass on. I recently ( Feb 2025) purchased a car from Mohawk Honda, and overall, my experience was great! Tyler was calm, patient, and low-key—no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. Kristian, on the other hand, had a bit more energy, was reasonable, and we went back and forth for a few weeks as I explored other vehicles in the meantime. Ultimately, I chose Mohawk Honda because they maintained good communication, ensuring I was always in the loop if someone was out or if a vehicle was available. They run a tight ship, and I liked their approach—it was strategic yet welcoming. Most importantly, as a woman, I never felt taken advantage of, which can sometimes be a concern in these situations. The day I was ready to finalize my purchase, Daunte was assigned to show me the car. While he was sweet, kind, and charming, he came across as a bit of a "know-it-all." When I asked specific questions about the vehicle, he wasn’t humble enough to admit when he didn’t know the answer. At one point, he insisted I was looking at a higher trim when I knew for a fact that wasn’t the case. While it was a bit annoying, I recognize that he’s new and still has a lot to learn. Beyond that, my experience with K. Bain and Frank in finance was smooth, and they were both great to work with. At the end of the day, it’s a car dealership—go in, do your research, and ask questions. They won’t steer you wrong, whether you’re buying new or used. I initially went in looking for a used car and ended up driving off in a brand-new one. I was very picky and particular about what I wanted and a few weeks later, I have zero regrets about my choice !!! Would I recommend Mohawk Honda? Absolutely...... Ive always had good experiences in the past, between myself and my mother in-law weve purchased or leased 7-8 cars. This last visit to get a car for my daughter they were not willing to do anything for me on the price. The best they said they could do was $100 off the price. I guess loyalty doesnt go far there any more. $100 dollars off was insulting especially when I just wanted them to match another dealers advertised price for the same vehicle with less mileage. Needless to say I went to that dealer and had a great experience and even got an even better deal there.

I went in wanting to test drive a CR-V and planning on test driving a few rival models. Matt my salesman went ahead and looked at inventory and found he had used versions of what I was interested in and helped me test drive all three knowing that if I like one of the others more I was going to buy that. He was super accommodating throughout the whole process and made the negotiation process very easy.

We had a great experience with John K. who helped us with trading our Acura sedan for a more family friendly Rogue. He advocated for us regarding pricing and also when another family who came in at the same time wanted the same car. He held out for us and luckily the other family chose something else but we fell in love with the Rogue and John along with his fellow colleagues were able to make it happen for the price we wanted. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. My fiancé also had a great experience with Daunte the delivery coordinator who he said was very friendly and thorough in his explanation of the new car s features. They did a great job of transitioning us from one vehicle to the next including assistance with reinstalling our car seat so we felt comfortable before we left. Highly recommend these guys!

Daunte took the time to completely go through my new cars electronics, setup Bluetooth, and connect the various apps to get me going. He also helped me setup my driving preferences and sent me on my way. Travis helped me through the entire process from dream to drive home, and I can be a picky customer.. Awesome guy to work with and I definitely #TrustTrav Sondra is incredibly efficient with the mound of paperwork, but NEVER made me feel rushed when I had questions! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mohawk Honda at 175 Freemans Bridge Road, Schenectady, NY. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them due to their poor customer service and lack of follow-through on warranties. In September 2024, the computer screen in my Honda Civic stopped working. Despite numerous calls and emails, I was unable to get a response for nearly two months. It wasn t until my husband got involved that I finally received a callback. I was then asked to bring my car in a 45-minute drive only to be told in two minutes that they needed to order a part, which was on backorder. Now, seven months later, I am still waiting, with no resolution in sight. Additionally, I had all oil changes done at Mohawk Honda as part of the warranty, which included a multi-point inspection. My records showed everything was in the green, yet less than 2,000 miles later, I took my car elsewhere for a state inspection and FAILED due to a serious safety issue my rear brakes and rotors were dangerously worn out. The mechanics were shocked I had been driving like this, especially with my child in the car. When I contacted Mohawk Honda, their response was dismissive: Oh well, that happens. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to properly inspect vehicles make them untrustworthy. Buyer beware!

Went there to finance my first vehicle was lead to believe i would be approved and a monthly payment within budget would be possible which didnt turn out to be the case . Days later they reach out to me and send me pictures of a dif vehicle that would of worked with my budget showing me monthly payments making it seem as if it was based on my prior application. I turn down a different vehicle at another dealer to get from mohawk just for my credit to get hit with three hard checks in one day and then to be told the figures they sent me werent what im approved for . The entire process was stressful and costed me more money then if i would of not dealt with them at all . I would strongly advise doing all of your research and being pre approved before going there because the finance process thru them is unbearable.

I bought a car in Dec. a few weeks later backing up the brakes squeal. I had it serviced as it s under warranty, still squeals. I also had said upon purchasing car I wanted driver door seal fixed, it s all torn, tats been over two months. I m here yet website says they are closed. I was here at 7:25 for a 7:30 spot, they made you wait in the car as about 6 of them stood around. A person came over, tablet in hand, asked my name, said let me get your advisor!!!! Then another person comes over and asks if im having driver side seal repaired, then says can you point it out as if I m a child, I told her it s right in front of her you can t miss it so she turned around and said let me get someone else!!! They checked my tires, my whispers???? I said I m here for the seal repair!!!! Then they said did you get a call it s here??? By now my blood pressure is off the chart, if I didn t get a call why then would I be here???? The place smells of pot. I m so sorry I bought my car here!!!! Never again!!!! Stop with the nonsense, how many people need to come up and talk to me??? Waste of my time.

This time I had the pleasure of working with Camren McKenna and I was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. Our experience purchasing our new Honda Passport, after a total loss accident, was absolutely top-notch, thanks to an incredible team! A huge shoutout to Travis #trusttrav, our salesperson, who completely changed my perception of the car-buying process. I usually dread the salesiness of it all, but from the moment we walked in, Travis made it clear that we were in the driver s seat (pun intended). He let us take the lead, never once pressuring us into something beyond our wants or budget. It was refreshing to feel heard and respected throughout the entire process. Equally as impressive was Alex, our F&I representative. As someone leasing a vehicle for the first time, I had a lot of questions and some nerves, but Alex was fantastic! Very sketchy, unethical practices at their service center. They will say and do what they need to get more money out of you, such as claiming your vehicle needed to be jump-started because the battery just happened to die right as they went to service it. What convenient timing for them! With such luck, perhaps they ought to play the lottery instead of playing with people. Based on this and various other anecdotal accounts, it would suggest they are particularly fond of employing their unscrupulous tactics on women, because they assume they can pull a fast one on the fairer sex and do so with little pushback. Just picked up my new CRV EXL from Mohawk Honda. This is my 5th lease with them. There is literally no one else Id go to. MJ Nichols has been our guy for almost 10yrs, i lease, my husband purchased a Passport 3 yrs ago. MJ is honest, professional and completely respectful of budgets and where numbers have to be. Ive been in an Accord forever but he made it possible for me to upgrade! We consider MJ like family and love that its always so easy. Andrew Pullar did my delivery. He was awesome! He walked me through all the new technology and was there to answer any questions. Top notch!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership s service department. I initially scheduled a gearbox repair two months ago through the HondaLink app, only to show up (with my child in tow) and be told they didn t have the parts. No one bothered to call me ahead of time to inform me. I rescheduled the appt and called the day prior to confirm the appointment, add my free oil change, and request a rental car. I was assured over the phone that a rental would be available and that they would make a note of it. Then, the morning of, I received a call from Stephanie, telling me no rental was available. Instead, they offered a courtesy shuttle, claiming the repair would take only an hour. When I explained that no one mentioned this the day before, they told me rentals are first-come, first-served another detail that was conveniently left out earlier. The service advisor was incredibly unprofessional. When I reiterated that I needed a rental, she berated me, insisting I wait or take the shuttle. When I declined and stated my scheduling needs, she sarcastically asked if I worked seven full days a week and why I couldn t sit in the dealership for an hour or take a shuttle. Then, to top it off, she informed me that the rental (which was already confirmed) would actually cost $79 again, something I was never told before. At that point, I canceled the appointment entirely. I ve since found another dealership to handle the recall and my neighbor is doing my oil change. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and outright rude treatment I experienced here were shocking. I will never be returning, and I d strongly advise others to avoid this service department.

Mr. Ramnarine at Mohawk Honda gave me an appraisal voucher to buy my vehicle. We were going through with the sale then he printed out a fake title for me to fill out and sign while demanding that I sign my name on the actual title and leave the rest blank: which is literally ILLEGAL. When I obeyed the law and filled it out properly, Honda no longer wanted the vehicle! Thereby they ruined my vehicle title and didnt even reimburse me for it. Honda only wanted to buy my vehicle if I broke the law and lied about the state of the vehicle. Honda wanted to conceal the damage that previous mechanics have intentionally done to it, in order to ruin yet another persons life by reselling them a lemon. Or it is not a lemon and they know it, meaning theyd basically be stealing my car. Either way they are therefore complicit in the scheme to defraud along with other dealers in the area. Well may Honda be ruined instead and be locked up for this crime of illegal fraud.
Worst car buying experience I have every had. Also, worst follow up customer service. I asked about my warranty as my check engine light was on. I was told 36k miles. I had just hit 36k. No mention of the federal emissions warranty that wouldve covered by issue and is extended beyond the 35k miles. Just beware and be knowledgeable because they will not be helpful or forthcoming.
10/10 recommend Mohawk Honda! MJ was the best person I ve met in the car dealership industry. Worked with my situation and got me a brand new 2025 Honda civic sport. Couldn t be any happier! Stay within my budget and had been there every step! Love love the service there.

September 27, 2024 I replaced the battery in our 2019 CRV. I purchased an OEM Honda battery through a non-Honda dealer. Earlier this week, the battery failed intermittently. The business where I purchased the item, contacted the Albany Honda dealership where the part was sourced. I was advised that I needed to visit that dealer to have the battery tested before it could be replaced by warranty. We live in Queensbury, so I called the service department for the Albany location and was advised there were no appointments available until next week. The representative suggested I contact another Honda dealer since this was a warranty issue. As suggested, I drove to the local Honda dealership and advised the service department about my situation. Further complicating the matter was the fact that we are flying out of state this weekend and knew that our car would not start when we returned to the airport parking area if I did not have this issue resolved before we left. I shared this information at the local service department and was told they could not help me because I did not purchase the battery at that location. I had the paperwork indicating the battery was purchased through a Honda dealer. We purchased the vehicle at Mohawk Honda so I called their service department. Karen answered the phone, I relayed the situation. She advised that the Mohawk Honda appointment schedule was into next week as well, but that the dealership has walk-in service hours from 12pm-3pm each day. She encouraged me to stop by the following day and assured me they would look at the car. I stopped as suggested and was greeted by Doug at the service counter. I explained our situation, provided the paperwork and he immediately said pull your car into the bay, we ll get you taken care of. The whole process was simple and painless. As a walk-in we were in and out of the building in about 90 minutes. It was a warranty issue that, in my opinion could have been handled at any Honda dealership. The thing that sets Mohawk Honda apart from other car dealerships is that the culture is never we can t help you, but rather how can we help you . Very appreciative of Doug, Karen and Mohawk Honda technicians for the service they provided!

Just leased a 2025 Honda HRV!! Chris, Dalton & Sondra were very helpful and informative beforehand so once I came in I only had to test drive, sign paperwork and drive off the lot. The other staff were welcoming and friendly, there were 2 helpful young men who assisted who names I cant remember but the 1 guy answered any annoying questions I had about the cars features with no issues.

Dropped my car for a recall, was told would get a rental no rental, then waited 45min for a ride then it got turned into a double drop off, I got kicked out the car by the manager for asking to get dropped off first to pick up a car and got told to walk or wait, a whole bunch of fussing to still do the recall and have to pull someone to give me a ride, 0 star service would never buy a car or take my car there again, when asked to speak to his manager he couldn t give me a name or number then wanted to get me a ride and take care of my car, hopefully they don t spite my car for this lol.

Amanda talked down to me the entire time like I was a child. I have a test drive with her in the back seat bragging about how she doesnt eat taco bell. I try to ignore it and I sit down to go through some numbers with her and she comes back with an $750/month car payment, for 76 months, if I were to put $8,000 down on a used HRV. Online advertised a price was $378/m with a significantly lower down payment. I show this to Amanda and she looks back at the person who ran the numbers rapidly blinking her eyes with her mouth on the floor. This place is a joke.

Monday, I left Mohawk Honda with my second leased vehicle from them. My experience was, once again, beyond my expectations. First, Dalton is a very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy sales guy. He helps get you in the vehicle you want and will help you find the best options for you whether its financing or leasing. Secondly, back in the day you sat at a dealership for hours upon hours going through the process of getting a vehicle. This time everything was done before hand so all I had to do is show up to pick up my new HRV. Amazing customer service in my opinion. Everyone involved makes you feel like your important to them and your experience is very laid back and stress-free. (The HRV is great for anyone looking for a fuel efficient, safe and comfortable vehicle to drive. I love it!) They really do go out of their way to please you!
Leased a 2019 CRV and was impressed with Dalton and Jake. Both young men treated us with respect and listened to our wishes in a new vehicle. The entire process took about 2 hours in all and was relatively pleasant. I enjoyed the live music on Saturday as I waited for the loose ends to be tied up. Thank you to everyone!!! Ok. I did not write this review. It looks to me like mohawk honda has written this review somehow for me. This lease went extremely bad and none of the numbers promised appeared on the final lease sale. It was immediately cancelled and a complaint was filed. We ended up buying the car anyway.
Not happy! The car I was interested in had a title issue. I was not kept in the loop on time frame. I did all the follow up toward finding out more information. Before I meet with them, I was in the market for a week. I had independently test drove 2 cars up to that point. They did not allow my husband and I test drive the car without them and I was only allowed to go around the 3 streets away from dealership. In a separate visit from my first, I waited for nearly an hour to get information; and I watch shoppers test drive independently. Which made me feel a bit strange that the sales rep had rode with my husband and I to test drive (I was only able to go around the block. Maybe a 3 min commute). Felt profiled! Between the Title issue, long wait for info and 3 minute limited allowance to test drive. I ve decided not to spend my money here.
I went in over the weekend with very little of an idea of what exactly I was looking for. All I knew was that I needed something bigger than the car I currently had. Working with Mike Decker was absolutely great! He helped me narrow it down to finding the perfect car. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process with ease. Harrison Smith walked me through my car before driving off the lot and showed me all the awesome features it has and was super thorough. Just bought a certified car with 20,000 miles without noticing their is damage until the next morning their is damage to the bumper and trunk latch not lining up causing a big gap theirs trash and dirt and runs in the paint which is orange and the car is red and it was brought back up their and was told i should have noticed when i bought it i was screwed over was never told it was messed up and would never buy another car their or Wouldnt recommend anyone buying a car their so now i have to go pay thousands to fix the car when i already over payed

EDIT: 10/06/2024 - On Friday, 10/04/2024, I went to buy a certified used CRV. The car was nice, so I negotiated a price, signed the paperwork, and paid a $549 deposit. I was told the car would be ready in a couple of days. On Saturday, 10/05/2024, I got a voicemail from the business manager handling my sale, saying there ws a problem with the paperwork and they were waiting on some proper documentation, and stating he wanted to go over a few options now before [I] went to the bank and got a check. It turns out that they did NOT have the title for the car, so I went and demanded they return the check I gave them for the down payment. I was informed that they couldnt do that because it was deposited in the night drop, but they would cut a check on Monday and they could either mail it or I could pick it up. I have had bad experiences in the past with their service department, and now a horrid experience with the sales department. I would suggest finding another Honda dealer if you need to buy a car or having one worked on. END EDIT Twice I have taken my Honda here for problems, and twice they denied there was a problem. The first time was a Honda Fit, and the AC compressor kept cycling on and off and did not put out any cold air. I brought it in, and I was told there was nothing wrong. Did they check the pressure? I asked. No, the technician visualized it, was the reply. Thats ridiculous, I said,its like going to the doctor with chest pain, the doctor takes a look at you without doing an EKG and declares you healthy. I didnt even get a couple of miles down the road when it happened again, so I brought it back. This time, they DID check the pressure (at my insistance), and it was off. They then told me the AC unit needed repairs costing ~ $800, yet I never had a problem with the AC again. This time, I brought a brand new Accord (less than 2 month old and 2,000 miles on it) in complaining of an oil leak. After moving the car out of my garage, I noticed a small puddle of fresh oil. I moved the car back into the garage and checked the oil level to discover it was down a quart. I just got a call telling me the fluid levels were correct and there was no leak. Obviously, the oil was never checked, or they would have seen it was down a quart. Come to find out, this was performed by the same technician that said the AC on the Fit was good after visualizing it. I wasnt terribly happy with my experience with the sales dept. when I bought the Accord, either. My recommendation is to stay away, and find another Honda dealer for service. EDIT: After insisting that they look for the oil leak again, I was told that they looked it over and found nothing. They then insisted that what I was seeing was condensation from running the defroster. Im no scientist, but doesnt condensation occur when a cold object causes moisture from the surrounding air to condense water vapor into water? Last time I checked, water did not have an oily texture or viscosity. In other words, they likely did not check it over again (despite having the car all day long, causing my wife to miss a day of work), and are trying to blow smoke up my ass. Seriously--AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There is another Honda dealer right in Latham, and Ive had good luck with them. I wish I could give these clowns a negative star rating, because it I could, Id rate it a -5 stars.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mohawk Honda with Jenn Burke as my salesperson. Jenn and her team were great to work with overall (I worked the Frank in financing and Lindsay as mgmt). They sold me a Civic Type R at MSRP (very rare because most dealers tend to artificially inflate the prices of these cars to maximise their profits), they communicated clearly throughout the ordering and delivery process, and made the actual pickup convenient as possible for an out of state buyer. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from Mohawk based on my experience given how difficult it is to find reputable, honest and transparent dealers.

Was in for an oil change which was taking way too long. Then was informed that my car was damaged by the tech.. and not just a scratch.. was told that someone from collision would reach out to me to schedule repair. I expected a call the same day. Am getting the run around. no return calls. Nobody s going out of there to please me. Should have known better, extremely disappointed !!! This should have never happened.

We just bought a certified 2022 CRV from Linda Vasko that we saw online and I can honestly say that our ENTIRE experience with Linda and all other staff members we met with (finance & delivery coordinator) was A+++. My car search was long with starts and stops due to family health issues. Customer service, on all levels, was outstanding! I really appreciate how helpful Lynn, Sondra, and Alex have been through this long process. Everyone I interacted with was patient and understanding, even when I put a deposit down and needed to back out of the proposed sale. There is nothing car salesman about Mohawk Honda (know what I mean?). No bogus mark-ups; easy from start to finish. I finally got my new car a few days ago. Tech support has been very helpful and down to earth. I will see how the service department is when I go in for first scheduled oil change. Id like to think they will be as professional as sales.

I was shopping around comparing prices and got connected with Lynn and Dalton. They were absolutely fantastic working with me over the phone to ensure I was getting the best deal I could and were able to offer me a significantly lower price on my lease. While the other dealership honored this lower price, and I didn t purchase a vehicle from Mohawk, Dalton really worked with me and didn t pressure me to purchase the vehicle through them, and actually suggested I stick with the dealership I began the leasing process with as it would be easier. I purchased my third vehicle from Mohawk yesterday. My sales woman, Linda Vasko, was great. The car is great. The finance office was a nightmare. The finance manager, while nice, was VERY pushy. I literally had to decline her sales pitch over 20 times. They almost lost the sale, as I just about got up and left. The dealer add-ons (extended warranty, simoniz, mp3, and wheel warranty) offered by Mohawk are exorbitantly overpriced. $105 extra per month for 60 months? $6,300 extra for a CPO vehicle? If you want an extended warranty on your Honda, do yourself a favor and decline the package offered by Mohawk, and contact either Hyannis Honda, or Saccucci Honda and get Honda Care. Its half the price. Also, do your homework on finance interest rates, and your vehicles worth. If I fell for the games they tried to play with low-balling my trade-in, the finance office upsell, etc. Id be out over $10,000. I was a loyal Mohawk Honda customer, but after my last experience I wont be back unless its for warranty work.

Brought my car in for an inspection and to check out an intermittent noise I was hearing. Not only did my service advisor show me pictures of things of concern with my vehicle but also let me speak to the mechanic about it. Victor wasn t pushy and answered every question I had, and if it wasn t a question he could answer he made sure to get the correct answer for me. Definitely would recommend anyone to Mohawk Honda and victor for their vehicle service needs. Thank you to all of you for making me feel comfortable.
Was in the market for a reliable 2nd car so based on Hondas reputation, I searched Mohawks online inventory. Found a used Civic which seemed to be affordable and fit my needs. No sooner had I expressed an interest when I received a phone call from one of their internet salespeople. She encouraged me to come in that evening as it was the last day of the month and there was a better chance of getting a good deal then waiting for a new month to begin. I rearranged my schedule and arrived to speak to an in-house salesperson. He was pleasant enough but really functioned as a minion for his manager. After checking with the man behind the curtain, he told me the price was the price. No deals. No budging. Which was fine, but they valued my trade-in nearly $1000 less than the KBB price tool I had used on their website. For minor cosmetic defects, nothing mechanical, giving it a fair rating. My salesman assured me it was the best they could do. Nonetheless, I left a $500 deposit with plans to pick up the Civic the next day. At home I flipped through the massive Carfax report I was provided (kudos for that) and noticed that the Civic was stolen and recovered a few years ago. Final deal breaker. When I came in the next day to get my deposit back, that turned into a hassle too. The financial guy wanted me to call my bank to check if they had released the funds on the check I had written before they would give me a refund. A very unsatisfying experience. Cant help feeling I was misled several times along the way. Will never go back, I dont care how good their cars are. By the way, their new digs are very impressive. The building(s) are huge, cold and impersonal. You feel very small and unimportant inside the place...which turned out to be very prophetic.

First off I d like to say THIS IS MY HOME! My car home. When I tell you I feel secure everytime I step in this place I know they are going to handle me with care, not over charge me, and overall I just love the way they make me feel. It s like a breath of fresh air. I ve been to many Honda places and no other compares. My Service advisor Victor gets me right everytime. I feel like he is more than my car guy, but a friend at this point! He keeps it real about what I do and don t need I love him and the whole Mohawk family! I recommend everyone come here

We bought a Pilot from you in 2018. Recently, we got a text message from Mohawk Honda telling us we had extra value in our vehicle and to bring it by to have it evaluated. Presumably to See if we would like to trade it in. Quite honestly, our vehicle is in immaculate condition with only 50K, Just a few days ago, I attempted to schedule an oil change and was advised I would have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to get my Pilot serviced. I called Lia Honda and they offered me a service this Thursday (2) days away. This is not my first bad experience with waiting for simple oil changes at Mohawk Honda. When you purchase a vehicle (one of the biggest investments in your life) everyone comes out takes a photo, shakes your hand and tells you if you know someone else who is in the market for a vehicle to send them their way. But it has become painfully obvious servicing your vehicle at Mohawk Honda is just an afterthought. I had previously offered a 5 Star rating bcz one their electronic technician s did a good job on restoring my computer system. I don t mean to lessen our thanks for his help with this current critique. He was a talented person.

If I could give them 10 stars I would especially Michael Donadio (sales) and Bri the Honda Coordinator. I set an appointment and although I had no idea what I wanted to purchase Michael was more than helpful without pressure. I thought I wanted an Accord because of the excellent gas mileage and also wanted an SUV because of the space. Michael showed me the Hybrid CRV and I fell in love. He spent the day showing me the different colors, options and never made me feel rushed. Bri spent her time setting up all logistics of the car and as a new Honda and hybrid driver there was a lot I did not know. Thanks Mohawk Honda on the excellent experience!!!!

I dont write reviews often but I had such a pleasant experience at Mohawk Honda that I had to share. This was my first ever visit to a car dealership for the purchase of my first ever car. Everyone was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in. Weve all heard horror stories about buying cars -- long wait times, pushy salespeople, etc. This experience could not have been farther from what Id prepared myself to brace for. The entire team I worked with (sales consultant Dalton Krogh, business manager Frank Fattorusso, and delivery specialist Josh Pullar) were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They were all easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions I had. I walked in having done research and knowing exactly what I wanted but Im confident that if I was unsure the team wouldve done everything they could to help me through the decision-making process. We were able to test drive the car on our own without staff in the car which reduced pressure and awkwardness and made for a generally more comfortable experience. Despite many people saying that getting auto loans through credit unions usually gives you better rates, Honda was actually providing promotional rates that beat anything I could personally find (I still recommend doing your own research). That said, the whole process for setting up financing with Honda was extremely easy. No one tried to deceive us with lower monthly payments (and therefore a longer lease and/or higher interest paid) and the out the door price was made very clear. If I somehow had to redo this process all over again I wouldnt change a thing. A huge shoutout and thanks to Dalton, Frank, and Josh!

Place robs customers blind. My wife brings her car in for an inspection and they tell her yeah it s $1,000+ to fix everything so it passes so she gets one tire changed in order to pass the car then they tell her the brakes have to be done all of a sudden. This happens after the inspection finds nothing wrong with the brakes but when they change the tire there s an issue? Wild to me how they treat people especially women. I wouldn t piss on that place to put it out. The service manger needs to quit and work somewhere customers don t exist. Honestly -5 stars should be real.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Generally speaking, I have had really good experiences with Mohawk over the years which why I came the other day for a test drive. The sales person Amanda, was extremely rude and very disrespectful. She was telling my friend that she cannot just take thousands of dollars off to meet his budget. That s was so rude! After this unacceptable and extremely rude behavior I can not do any business with Mohawk nor will I recommend anyone.

While we didn t end up buying a car here, the sales experience was wonderful when we went in to look. Salesperson Amanda was courteous and professional, so easy to get along with. She spent time with us to test drive, even knowing we weren t likely buying that day. Their prices were extremely competitive and we only ended up going elsewhere because we found a car that fit us better elsewhere. Would certainly go to Mohawk Honda for a future vehicle!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mohawk Honda to trade both of our vehicles in. We purchased 2 used vehicles - a 2019 SUV and a 2021 pickup truck. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. From the gentleman that showed us these vehicles to the time we drove off. The first guy was extremely knowledgeable in both vehicles. He was very friendly and we found no one there to be pushy at all. We also had Cameron help get us started with purchasing and Brian help finish with all of the financing. Both were wonderful... knowing that we had a pretty hard case to deal with (trading vehicles that werent completely paid off for 2 other vehicles) ..Brian did fantastic. He really worked to find the best thing to work for us. Even taking the time to call us on his day off. We also had another manager who really tried to put in the time to help us on Brians day off. Everyone at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I really feel like the people that work there are genuinely nice people. I never once felt like anyone was being fake or just trying to get a sale. Everything there was so comfortable. I really loved the new open seating area and comfy couches instead of cold cubicles! We didnt feel intimidated walking in as other places have made us feel. It was even a great place for our 2 small kids to be with us. A lovely seating area, complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The 2 used vehicles that we ended up purchasing were absolutely immaculate inside and out.. and everything was taken care of in great detail to make sure these used vehicles last. We also really liked that Mohawk Honda has a warranty on used vehicles. My husband and my mother both previously bought multiple cars here and always recommended going. Im really glad I went here this time instead of those other places because the last few car purchasing experiences at other places were horrible. And they werent willing to do anything to help when the entire engine went a month after buying. I could never see Mohawk Honda doing something like that! They really DO go out of their way to please you! We will definitely be back the next time we want to trade in.

When I bought a car, they told me a price, but when I started paying, I discovered a much higher price than the first price, especially with regard to warranty.
I have purchased a vehicle in the past from Mohawk Honda, and that experience deterred me from coming back for another vehicle. While they corrected that experience, I did not want to give them my business again. Against my better judgement, I came back to look at a vehicle. Carfax had some concerns but nothing that would have prevented me from buying the vehicle. How they handled my questions regarding the replaced windshield and the fixed wheel was where I had issue. Wrote in to the team and was incredibly respectful yet did not get a response. The team was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase, and on top of a low ball offer on my trade and not budging on the price of the used vehicle I was looking at, I can t say I was surprised. I wouldn t recommend looking here when you could go the extra mile to Saratoga or Keeler.

Went there a few weeks ago for my suv. It was a problem that really should be covered under warranty but I understand it didnt. Problem is, they went ahead and fixed it within minutes after letting me know and the part was a easy to fix part that costs less than $3. Something that wouldve taken me 10 minutes to do myself ended up costing over 100 in labor simply because I thought it was something covered over warranty. I understand charging for labor, but something as quick as this made me feel like I just had my pockets ran. Never had that kind of experience before, but I guess something has to pay for their new upper level patio and overpriced luxcraft chairs. I came here because it was an honest place for most work, now Im wary of coming here again for service work. Ill have to literally not sign anything until I know its under warranty. Try going back to your roots, it really was just better that way.

Good grief! I am finally writing a review. This place is not advised. Go somewhere else. My experience has happened twice now. Go for service or inspection and all of a sudden work needs to be done that was just done. They have sales people call and hound you before your service appt and give the oh hey wouldnt like to trade up. Then they approach you in the service area. No thanks. Oh well, itll be 3 grand to fix your car before we touch what you need done under warranty. My vehicle inspection was passed after I agreed to $98 cheap wipers. For real! 300 + to get out of there and get back to the previous mechanic who just showed me all that was broken at the dealership that was in proper working order prior to going. I have extended warranty and they say I have 200 deductible and can go anywhere. I am! Mohawk Honda are nickeling and dimeing to pay for all the stupid fluff in their overhead. They dont answer phones and no one takes calls. Well , excuse me with all your La Ti Da.
If you are anything like me, car buying is a part of life that I ve never enjoyed- much like going to the dentist. I ve unfortunately had to do it multiple times, and my prior experiences always left a lot of be desired. However, even though I wish they could have given me the car for free, Mohawk Honda really exceeded my expectations. Great people to work with, which made the experience feel all around better. They are genuinely excited for you. I worked with Joshua Cornwell and Kris Bain. Both were personable, listened to my needs/wants, and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need/want. Josh Pullar was able to show me all the features of the car, and answered any questions before I pulled off the lot. Highly recommend for anyone who s looking for as comfortable a car buying experience as possible!

If I could give them a -5 I would. I bought my car there love it when I go to get another car. It will not be with Mohawk Honda. their service department will rip you off and price gouge you to no end. My AC is on the outs. I confirmed it with another that it was the air compressor for the AC. We researched it. The part was around 300 to 350 and then somebody would install it for 200. Maybe $300. Well I called Mohawk Honda. They wanted 900 for the part and 700 for the labor. The guy that I talked to his name was Victor. I can t even tell you to begin how floored I was, and I even said to him about the part price and he came up with some stupid statement about it. This is not the first time that they gave me estimates and things that they thought I needed for my car. I took it to somebody else. Their price was about 80% over what other people gave me. It was so disheartening. I m so disgusted with them I will go on every site and give them a negative review. And trust and believe if you are a woman or the elderly going there, you can bet that you will be taking advantage of. I am going to do everything in my power and resources to have them investigated for their price gouging, including the attorney general and Better Business Bureau.
My familys home was destroyed by a fire and my Honda Pilot burned in the garage. Jennifer and the team at Mohawk Honda assisted me in leasing a new Pilot, and have continued to support my family in countless ways. This company is filled with kind people who did all they could to help a family in need. I am so thankful to Mohawk Honda.
