I had a weeping leak on my hot water heater drain and requested an Appolo service call. Sean Price came and suggested a method to stop the leak without requiring a potential heater replacement. He carefully corrected the problem and saved me the cost of a new unit. During the repair, he kept me fully informed, answered all my questions and provided me with usefull information for maintaining the equipment. I found Sean to be professional, knowledgeable, couteous and friendly. I greatly appreciated the way he approached the repair and would highly recommend him for future work.

The cost to replace the resin in my Kenmore water softener (about 25 years old) was much less than the two bids I received from 2 other plumbing companies. I had quotes of $2200 and $3200. They both said I would be better with a brand new water softener. My total cost was slightly under $800.

The technician who came was very thorough and knowledgeable in my mini-split system. He spent the necessary time to assess a perceived problem. The office personnel were great and flexible is setting an appointment that fit my schedule.

Save yourself the trouble and call somewhere else. We have a new home and kept the service contract with Appolo for service, since they installed the system and were knowledgeable about it from the start. The service experience for us has been horrible. First off you have to schedule maintenance appointments months ahead. When you call, expect long wait times; its not unusual to be on hold for 30 minutes or so.I was supposed to have an appt today, which was scheduled back at the beginning of September, but got a last minute call the other day that it needed to be rescheduled. This is the 3rd time this year that this has happened!! We like to keep up on the service of our units to prevent any type of issue, and purchased the contract to do so, but the 3rd time is the charm for me-thinking I need to find a different service that can be more reliable than Appolo.

Unsafe drivers, dont even look when changing lanes, just almost killed my kid by nearly slamming into the side of the vehicle hes on, changing lanes without looking, then flipped my wife off as Im in the passenger seat watching it all, in front of Via Port.

I have a new home so all I can speak to is customer service. I called today because I had some problems registering my equipment with Lennox and the woman at Appolo went above and beyond to help me. And, given that the homebuilder gave me no maintenance info, she provided very helpful information about my system.

The technician sarcastically remarked on the amount of grass in the fan unit, and basically accused myself of purposely shooting grass clippings into the unit. Absolutely NOT true! And his opinion was to shut off the A/C when cutting the grass in the heat of Summer. I am not overly satisfied with the technician s stance nor the remarks given. Not professional at all.

Nope, nope, nope We did our homework when looking for the installation of our new mini split or so we thought. The one positive was our salesman, which was a large reason why we went with the company along with product. We were quoted a relatively fast turnaround time for installation once we agreed to move forward. However, this was delayed significantly and communication was poor surrounding this which was disappointing to say the least. The installers, well nice left the outside for us to clean up- including a bucket of their supplies and actually ruined one of our bedroom area rugs so much so that we had to purchase a new one. Reached out to the notify them and the response was minimal at best. Wouldn t recommend since as consumers we have plenty of options Edit in my original review. Once my review posted we were contacted by Appolo to rectify the ruined rug which we appreciate greatly. The ladies in the office were great

We had our scheduled A/C maintenance today. Our technician, Daniel Sayles called ahead and arrived right on time within the scheduled window. He was friendly and outgoing and began right away. He explained what he was going to do. He completed the inspection and cleaned the condenser without any mess. He was efficient and thorough and answered any questions I had. I am very satisfied with Appolo and their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Josh was very personable and great at explaining the maintenance routine. He advised me of a cleaning procedure that will improve the functioning of my AC/heat pump. He is returning to do that.

Kevin Curry came out and cleaned the system. Unfortunately I am looking at a new system soon - a big expensive when one is retired and in their 70 s. Regardless Appolo will get the job. I m posting again for this great HVAC business. They ve just replaced a capacitor on our 31 year-old AC unit. Today they re coming to have a conversation that we requested about purchasing a brand new AC unit their service team of Sean and Ky was great. Trainer and apprentice and it was fun to watch. As in the past, everyone was polite and conscientious, booties on their feet when they came into the house And from their office, Coleen has helped me to sign up for service agreements, and she was extremely helpful and never pushy A+++!!

Appolo is great! I been using them for many years. Two employees we came to my house. They were very professional and they did amazing job with replacing my hot water tank.

This is our second experience with Apollo Plumbing. Both times weve gotten great products but our water pressure still stinks. When I called after the first service I was told the loss of pressure was due to sediment. I changed shower heads and still dont have the pressure we had before the new water heater. The water in the basement is strong but nothing in the livable areas has strong pressure.

My service man arrived right on time and did an outstanding job. Of course ended up costing me 3x s what I thought but it did appear the parts were required.

We were under the heat dome with temps near 100 degrees when my AC stopped working. I called Appolo at 2:30 and by 5:30 they had a friendly knowledgeable tech to my house. He quickly diagnosed the issue- had the right part on the truck. Within 45 min he had glorious cool air coming out of the ducts. My only complaint was the mark up on the part was very high but I think this is somewhat typical in the industry.

Tech showed up on time, provided A/C checkup in timely manner. He was friendly and communicative, a good ambassador for Appolo

On the hottest day of the year, Appolo was here within 40 minutes to fix my ac. Richard Kodnia was great! He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. He was so cheery and pleasant the entire time despite the horrendous heat. He explained the problem and the solution. Appolo has given me fab customer service now and in the past. This is the 2nd central air unit weve gotten from them. I highly recommend Appolo.

Bought a new Lennox Furnace/AC to replace a 30 year old system. The whole experience from quote to installation took 10 days and could not have been smoother. The price was fair and the quality of the work excellent.

I called Apollo out to fix the fly wheel on my AC unit and then was convinced to sign up for their service contract. A couple months later the unit starts making a loud noise again similar to the last time so I call them out. Technician states it s unrelated, puts some rubber on a pipe that was vibrating against the unit, which helped some and charges me a couple hundred dollars. About a month later the unit is again very loud. This time I call a different company. They state is definitely the fly wheel and recommended calling Apollo back Apollo then sends out a tech and discovers the original tech left pieces of the old fly wheel in the unit which has now caused this fly wheel to go bad but they ll need to order a part which isn t available until 5 days later. Part finally comes in and they call and say they have the part but can t get a tech out to fix it until 3 days later. So I ve been without AC for a week, in July, for an issue Apollo caused and still have to wait longer for them to get someone out. They obviously have techs available but would rather send them to emergency calls where they can charge higher rates than send them to a job that they aren t making up charges on.

Our home was built in 2018. Appolo was contracted by the builder to do HVAC. Today, we had to do a cabinet repair under my kitchen sink. Imagine our surprise when we removed the bottom of the cabinet only to find Appolo had not attached the ductwork to the wall. Although, we shouldnt be surprised as this was the third one we found that wasnt attached. Incidentally, this week we had to have a contractor here to repair our AC unit. We did not use Appolo for that since they assured us our system was not leaking last year. Fired it up this year and the house was not cooling. The other company immediately found the leak and fixed it properly. There was no coolant in the unit. Zero. Stay away from Appolo.

Appolo Heating responded amazingly quickly when a surprise heat wave made us turn our central AC for the start of the cooling season, and it didnt work! Technician Cory was outstanding; friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled. He willingly explained in detail what repair and checks he was performing to get our AC system successfully up and reliably running. Weve never used any other service provider except Appolo, and highly recommend them.

Tim, the technician, did a great job servicing my AC. The only gripe I have about Apollo heating is that their rates have gone up significantly over the past couple of years for a service contract. An increase of about 35% which is well beyond the rate of inflation. This is unreasonable and can only be attributed to greed. I am going to find another company next year.

My emergency was a non functioning furnace, discovered at 11:00 PM. House was at 52 degrees by then. Called the emergency number at 11:30 PM until 2 AM four different times ......got promises of a reply which did not happen until 2 AM. Technician finally answered and in effect said he was not going to come until 12-4 next afternoon. Meanwhile, house is VERY cold and I am 87 years old...I really appreciate being relatively warm when outside temp is below freezing. The advertised care and concern was a bunch of baloney. The technician who finally came next day indicated that the problem could have started a serious fire.

From what I can tell being untrained, he was thorough and did a good job. Also very pleasant.

Appolo heating was able to show up the same day I called regarding my furnace not turning on. They arrived, quickly diagnosed my furnace as beyond repair, showed me why (it was 28 years old and the burners/whole furnace interior were completely rusted). They offered to provide a quote and/or for me to shop around. I requested a quote, Fred was there within a half hour. I ordered a new Amana furnace and also had my old a/c unit replaced (Friday). The furnace was installed on Monday, which was great since I was without a main heating source (used space heaters). The Appolo crew was professional, courteous, wore booties over their shoes, cleaned up everything, made friends with my dog, explained how to operate everything, and the furnace looks and runs great! Here the AC unit was installed a week later, when the parts arrived. Same experience, everything looks great!!!! Thank you Appolo :).

Due to a carbon monoxide alarm warning recently in my home, Apollo was called last minute to help remedy the situation. Thankfully, they responded promptly and were at my house within the hour. Apollo confirmed a broken heat exchanger thought by the fire department to have caused the leakage. Within, literally, a few days a new furnace was successfully installed. Im very appreciative of their quick response, helpfulness and professionalism. I, once again, feel assured of the safety of my home and my new furnace. Sean Price was very knowledgeable in his servicing of my heating unit. He was thorough in his explanations of issues that could arise from condensation inside the unit. He was also patient and clear in details of filter insertion, and how that could affect the life of the unit. I have had technicians in the past who have serviced the unit, but never explained what exactly they were doing, and how to avoid costly repairs. But Mr. Price took the time, and patience, to explain matters thoroughly, and in a concise and understandable fashion.
