I was recently out of town on a work trip and my wife calls to tell me the heat stopped working. It was a Sunday night so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get a hold of anyone. After a quick google search, I decided to try Indoor Climate Experts. Cody and Paul didn't hesitate to assist and came to the house within a half hour! If that's not impressive enough, they were able to diagnose the issue, but couldn't get the part they needed until the next morning. The next day they promptly came by, part in hand, and got the furnace fired up again. Cody made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I've never experienced that level of transparent communication from a contractor. It did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. They are honest, fairly priced, and super efficient! I needed someone to service my HVAC system and trouble shoot installing the wireless phone app control feature for remote temperature control. He and his partner are knowledgable and easy to work with. They installed the system within weeks of the accepted bid. If I had questions, they got back to be in a timely fashion before and after the installation. The end result is a beautifully installed mini-split system and is working well.
