We had a minor issue with locating a receipt from years back for a faulty water pump I had purchased there, but manager Tom and his wife made the process of utilizing the warranty (w/ 1 month left to expire!) a breeze. They are awesome!

Two guys behind the counter were very helpful. Found the toilet part that the big stores don’t have and I couldn’t find the part online. Guys we’re very knowledgeable.

I never write reviews of places. I don’t believe in bringing companies down because of a bad experience. However, I cannot help but write a review of my experience at this store. Last week, I needed some PVC pipe. I am not from this area, and after looking around for stores, I found this store which had the correct size of PVC. I walk inside and go up to the front counter. There appeared to be only one person at the register. He was on his computer for about a solid minute without acknowledging me. I waited patiently. Finally, he looks up and says with an annoyed attitude “can I help you?”. I say “yes, I spoke with someone earlier about some 6 inch pvc pipe”. He looks me dead in the eye and says “wasn’t me”, and proceeds to go back on his computer and ignore me. I say “ok, could you please let me know where I can find the PVC?”. He then starts to raise his voice at me for no reason, saying something along the lines of “well what’re you going to do? Just take it and walk out?”. At this point I’m so confused. He’s getting angry at me for simply looking for PVC pipe. I said “what do you mean am I just going to take it? I need to buy PVC pipe”. Still in his angry attitude he says “ok then we need to do a transaction”, as if he thought I was stupid and I was just going to steal the PVC. I was confused at this entire transaction. After looking at other reviews online, it seems this specific person is always like this. This is not how you should act in a customer service position. I did not catch the man’s name, but he was older with long hair. This is a grown man treating strangers like this. He does not belong in customer service.

Very happy with this store. Tom was very helpful during & after the sale. They had the exact parts I wanted and the prices were better than large online retailers. Very pleased!

Scheduled an appointment with April. She was very informative about their products. Will be placing an order shortly

We just completed a bathroom renovation and this company was the go to for all supplies. We found their prices and quality to be better than other places. The showroom provided a wide variety of options and April helped narrow down what products would work best for our needs. April is exceptional at her job and made the project easy and stress free. She provided excellent advice and customer service and was very easy to work with. We highly recommend April and Security Supply. Our bathroom turned out beautifully and just like we wanted and we couldn't have achieved the excellent results without them.

Met with Eric to order bathroom plumbing fixtures. He was quite knowledgeable and presented us with many options and worked with us to keep some costs down. While this was not a cheap shopping trip, the fixtures appear to be much higher quality than can be found at the big boxes.

Lost my heat in the house and stopped in with what I thought the problem was. Parts counter guy was kind of a snotty prick. He had no interest in helping me out and didn't even attempt to see if his in stock product matched what I needed. I called another local plumbing/heating store and they were significantly more helpful.
