We recently had a vehicle towed to Liggett's that was totaled in an accident. Not only was Brittany extremely helpful and accommodating, but she went above and beyond for me and referred me to a friend of hers who had little-known knowledge about insurance laws...this simple referral ended up saving us $5,500! She did not need to mention this to me at all, as she did not stand to benefit from sharing this information. She simply did it out of the goodness of her heart-thank you, Brittany! I will be recommending Liggett's to everyone due to the fact that you go above and beyond for your customers!
Had a flat after work on a Friday night and my jack was toast. Called and they showed within 20 minutes of my spare and put air in and got me home and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended these guys.

I needed a tow and called a number of Tow Companys This company was not only very fair on the price but also worked with me on a schedule. Im from Scotia where this company is located and I would recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied with price and service. There a competitive with any company I called This is your company to call. Towing is always a hassle these guys take the stress out of it great service

Would not recommend for towing. Was in an accident and they never told me they charge per day your car sits there. I ve never needed this service before so I didn t have any clue how this situation works. I went away for a week of training (for the military!) and they gave me no leniency. I m not saying I shouldn t pay but I wasn t even in town. Very disappointed.
Horrible customer service. The young lady I believe her name was Brittney was rude condescending, disrespectful and judgmental to say the least, during my transaction with her. Made stressful situation even worse. When I questioned her the highly priced amount for the tow she said thats the price and I can double it if youd like me too UnfortunatelyI was in an emergency situation on the side of the road at night unable to find another towing company. For a family owned company they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people from their own Community. Not to mention overly priced. Zero stars.

Very nice people, only have had to go there for inspections (knock on wood) but if I ever need work I will absolutely go to them. They dont play games the way some chains do, and are fast. Highly recommend
If I could give this company a ZERO star I would, HORRIBLE customer service. Called to ask a few questions and when I asked for an email, she said no email and hung up, when I call back 3x she kept answering and hang up on me. What kind of company is this that doesnt have an email address?? I will never give them any of my money. .
Small, honest, family managed repairs & towing. Have had a large number of problems diagnosed and repaired for a reasonable rate. They never tried to sell me or my wife any products we didnt need. One time, I couldnt find their phone number but I remembered it was on the front of the building. Thanks to Google Street View I found it right away.

Had a not so happy situation last night n my car got towed... Going through all tht stress had me losing it. When I got there and realized I was dealing with such genuinely nice people my whole day changed. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND LIGGETTS TOWING if u need a tow!!!
