I had an incredible experience at this dealership - the best I've had in years! Dimitri and Nomi were absolutely fantastic. They understood my budget constraints and helped me find an amazing vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I'm in love with my new SUV! It's a 2016 Ford Escape and it's very clean, runs smoothly, and even came with brand new tires. One thing that really impressed me was the condition of the vehicle. For its age, there's an incredible lack of rust - when I looked underneath, the undercarriage was so clean it almost looked brand new! They also offered me a fair deal on my trade-in, which I really appreciated. What sets this place apart is the laid-back, no-pressure atmosphere. If you're looking for a great car without the overwhelming sales tactics of larger dealerships, I can't recommend them enough! The test drive with Dimitri was a highlight. He reminded me so much of my late father who was also a mechanic - we chatted about the car, sure, but also about life in general. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than a sales pitch, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. I'm so impressed with my experience that I've already told all my friends and family in the area - if they ever need a car, I'm definitely sending them here!

This dealership is terrible. My girlfriend was going to buy a 2011 Volvo XC 60 today December 28, 2024. We’re in there looking at paperwork something tells me to go look at the car. I checked the oil dipstick and it looks like it’s about 2-3 quarts more then should be in the car they tell me the car was just inspected but 1 of the headlights were out so that was a lie fuel tank was empty gas light was on then if all this wasn’t enough we start the car let it run for a little bit and it starts smoking lol this place is a joke please stay away from this place no floor mats I could literally sit here all day with stuff that was wrong oh and they were only asking $9200.00 lol this place will be out of business soon don’t get me started on the mechanic or the guy writing up the paperwork just do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place

I have been arguing with the mechanic to give me the money he owes me for my RV that they already have this place is a joke horrible business don't buy anything from this company I'm sure they will screw u any chance they can get

This place is a joke. Cars look great from outside but you will get screwed before the ink dries on paper. I worked for this family business and have seen more bull than I care to talk about. It’s pretty sad how they could care less after the after care they promise the minute you leave the lot with the vehicle. Whoever decides to do business with these people good luck and hope it goes well

Was looking to buy a new vehicle with my fiance, we pulled in and saw a car with no plates, parked right in front on the lot, with the doors unlocked . We are used to purchasing luxury vehicles from reputable dealerships which is common practice to let the customers sit inside. The owner comes out yelling and threatening us saying this car isn't for sale, instead of politely informing us of our mistake and leading us to vehicles that are for sale instead. We were taken off guard for a moment, confused and started to explain that we were looking to purchase and just made a mistake. He grew hostile instead of understanding the confusion. He proceeded to insult me, then threatened my fiance and got right in his face as if to fight him. All over a simple mistake. This business is a scam and the owner is dangerously aggressive. Do not even risk your safety stopping in to look.

Andrea did a great job. Soon as u walk in she has complete control on the sales floor. Ive had some tiny issues and she treated them as they were huge issues and dealt with them right away. I will definitely be going back to buy another vehicle from her. Thk u andrea for the beautiful car that I cant stop getting compliments for!!!

Had an easy car buying experience and was able to get the truck I wanted. Andrea was very helpful from the start. She was very patience and focused on getting my deal done. She made it her business to get me in the car I wanted and got my monthly payment less then what I expected. Basically if you need a car ask for Andrea

As always I am treated with respect, the staff are very knowledgeable and clearly care about the customers as much as selling vehicles. I trust Joey so much that I purchased a vehicle while I lived in little Rock Arkansas..Any issues or concern the staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure that the customer was satisfied. My hat goes off to Run and Tell Auto and the fine staff.
