I needed tires for a single mother of three children from my church,who was driving with bald and very unsafe tires, and when he heard I was buying them for her,he immediately offered ato get her car in and did the labor for free.He cares about the people in his community,professional,and quality work performed.

I would leave one star if I could place is a joke, sold me a tire with a huge gash in the sidewall and didnt notice until went to get inspected waste of money they will sell you complete junk DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

My experience at the car wheel shop was disastrous by all measures. When I brought my car in for balance / installation , they took the money upfront but didnt perform any work. Upon returning to retrieve my car, I encountered unethical behavior from the staff. I strongly advise against dealing with this shop in any way.

I dont recommend them at all because they dont know how to fix a bicycle to fix a car.

Do not buy from them!!! They charge to much for BS tires. No customer service!! if they made the problem they wont fix it!!! They sold me a tire with a bubble in it and wont fix it!!

Needed one, needle in a haystack tire, used ... they had it, in great condition and installed quickly and at a great price! Very satisfied. Will definitely have these guys on my radar looking ahead to both used and new tire needs.

My daughter bought some tires from here theyre very nice people theyre fast they get you right in and write out theyre pretty reasonable price definitely would recommend them if you need some tires

If I could do 0 stars I would. I went in and bought 4 tires and had them put on. Not even 2 weeks later my front right tire is completely bald. They sell bad tires and refuse to do anything about there mistake. Total scam artists. I will also be reporting them to the DOT

Do not go to this place to me and a friend they stole the e break from one of the rear wheels. They will sabotage your car so you go back to them.

Called for two used tires. They didnt have the exact size. My husband asked if they had a different size that was close to the same that we needed and the guy on the phone told my husband yes and to come in at 2 pm. We show up and the owner said he refuses to put on the tires that are close to the size we need even though the guy on the phone said they would. Then the owner said the tires are 2 inch difference when they arent. My husband has worked on cars for over 3 decades. Waste of time. Wont recommend them to anyone. Reading other reviews it seems like theyre just as bad as the guy who was shut down on Broadway. Stay away from this place.

Best used tires spot around drove from ballston spa usually deal with Broadway used tire but after my wheel falling off from them I tried this place they were fast helpful nice and did a good job and only 90$ for 2 used tires put on couldn t beat it needless to say I ll be coming here from now on

Speedy service. I didn t appreciate being charged the same rate for just replacing the tire as having it replaced and put back on my car. I did half the job myself.

Do not go here it s a rip off shop. Went in for tire balance and was told it s all balanced only to check and see not a single one was done. Told the guy in charge which responded with the machine balances the tires it don t need weight added to be balanced. Hmm well I must say it s magic.wheels wasn t even taken off from car since not a single dust was off from the tire. Save your money go somewhere else. Person in charge was rude said to find another shop if not satisfied. Has no regard for customer concerns. If u know nothing about tires or wheels please don t go here.

It s a good place to get some cheap quick used tires they have a sign that says 4 used tires for $99 but every time I go there they say that the sign is Old they need to just take it down because it s very misleading it seems like they re just trying to get people to come in there but anyways I paid 160 for 4 used tires that s not bad but it seems like one person says one price and then the next person says another they need to get it together

Do not go here they r going to rob you went to get tires for bmw told me that rims going to leak rims rusted NOT come rims git othere two done at grand premier t hey ck them before I left their shop didnt get done there only had two of the for call ngr they told me they have too come the next day told rims are rusted and going to leak told him not true now we to othere other shop grand premier in East Greenbush got two tips no leaks riding again they will rob you try to sell more rims or no warranty not the guy you crooks

Quality used tires, & since I own a 2005 with one foot in the grave & the other on a banana peel, it especially works for me since they are very reasonably priced! The young man who assisted me from start to finish was very friendly. Its not the 1st time Ive visited either, so I can rate them confidently because Ive had a few great experiences there! :)

I had the worst experience with these guys. They sold me a bad tire and refused to exchange them on two different occasions. I will never do business with them again and strongly advise others not too. Their customer service is the worst.

guy charges the same money as walmart for tires and its a cheap off brand Ive never heard of.. secondly I asked for a pair of tires guy tried to sell me two different treads for the front and told me the price is the price he doesnt negotiate and it wont make any difference because the car is small save your time go to a real tire shop

I went to this shop for 4 used tires today. I was very pleased with my experience. When I came in to the office someone came out of the garage to talk to me immediately. When they were ready to take my car in, he brought me to look at the tire choices and was patient while I made a decision. The mounting and balancing took a little longer than other reviews said (about 25 mins), but I also had them do new valve stems for an extra cost ($5 per tire). The tires were all matching, Firestone, and had about 80% tread. I will definitely be going back to this shop any time I need tires. The employees were very kind and worked quickly. I highly recommend this shop.

Nice small shop that does its job. They dont have to offer coffee or water, but they do. The reason I say they dont have to, is you go there for a great deal... And they deliver on that. Is it the fastest... Maybe not always... But thats because they are busy. If you need a 2nd hand tire to replace a busted one, you wont do better.

Worst tire place ever. Got a tire with an obvious hole in it as it leaked from day one, asked for just $10 to repair it and they wouldnt give me anything, yelled at me on the phone and hung up, never go here.

I have been to NGR for tire and other minor mechanical issues many time. The staff are very respectful and friendly. They are very fast and honest. If your tires are good they will tell you it doesnt need to be change. Very good service.

When we first arrived the gentleman cleanung was very rude to us however the gentleman who actually changed our tires was very polite, knowledgeable, and very fair on prices. Would definitely recommend this establishment especially if your in a bind. We will be going back in the future. Despite the one rude person we had a wonderful experience.

Interesting experience. I came in as my tires kept going flat, they gave me 4 tires for $160. Week later, drivers tire went flat. Showed up with air leaking out of my tire, the man who seemed to be in charge promptly told me that yes, he did remember me and when I told him what happened he swapped the driver tire out for a new one in not even 10 minutes - free of charge. He was friendly, reasonable, and efficient. Would recommend. 10/10.
