We knew that Renewal by Andersen was known for quality product and that was proven. But what we didn t expect was the most incredible installation team led by Dhanai and Roop! They braved freezing cold, high winds, and clearly cared about every single detail of the installation process. If 0 stars were an option I would choose it. So high pressure with their sales tactics and we were lied to multiple times by their representatives. They couldn t match the color but made it seem like they could and now I have mismatched paint at the window closest to my entryway. This is after they told me everything wasn t final until we had measurements done when we in fact had 3 days to cancel and therefore missed the window. In scheduling the initial estimate they called me EVERY DAY between when I scheduled it and it occurred, including the day of. If it smells like snake oil because it is snake oil. If you choose to do business with them, bend on over because they are the most expensive around. We paid $7500 for 2 windows meanwhile my father is building a house bought ALL of his for $17000!! Doesn t include installation but you can see they take advantage of people who are afraid to say no (me) or need financing. Avoid!

I love my new custom picture windows installed by Dhanai and Roop! They were amazing! Both were so kind, professional, respectful and thorough. I would highly recommend them, they made everything so easy and the installation process was so clean. I will definitely be doing the rest of my house now that I see how the process was, and I would request Dhanai and Roop again.

I could not be happier with my experience with Renewal by Andersen. Everything from the initial consultation to the final installation went exactly as they described, with no gotcha additional expenses. The installers were friendly, experienced, thorough.... I have a 100+ year old house I recently acquired in upstate New York, with unusual-sized windows. They came, measured, measured again, placed the order and 6 weeks later scheduled an installation appointment for my 12 custom fabricated windows. They came with their own travelling workshop complete with metal fascia benders, chop saws....everything they needed to complete the work. They left my house BETTER than when they found it. I can already feel the difference from the single-pane original windows. Yes, they are more expensive, but if you bought stock windows and had to somehow fit them into the existing opening, and had to find a contractor in the rural area I live in, it would have been MONTHS before I could get this done. Having renovated several houses in suburban New York I know what it means to be in a contractor desert. Fast, efficient, comprehensive installation, and a quality product. I highly recommend them. Amir, Bob, Murray, Tom and Bill were the best!

The best way to get excellent quality replacement main doors and storm/screen doors installed properly. It seemed expensive, but when I considered that the price includes repairing ALL of the damage around the doors, whether from age or, in my case, really badly done past installations by total amateurs, and how carefully the men did the work, and the pride they had in their abilities, and the RBA guarantee and warranties on all the doors, I do not regret spending the money. My front and back doors will still be beautiful and standing firm and sturdy for many years to come, probably long after the rest of my house falls down.

I cant say enough about Renewal by Anderson. They were Timely. I had 16 windows that needed to be installed and in two days they were all installed. All my furniture was protected, they had drop cloths all over all the floors and when they were done they vacuumed and swiffered. If I ever need more windows replaced I wouldnt call anybody else. Were they more expensive than some yes. However, I have worked for window companies and I will tell you that in many instances the installers are picked up off the street because they have a little bit of window installation knowledge. These guys were Pros. They knew what they were doing, and I knew they knew what they were doing because I worked for a window company for quite a while and I was very impressed. And they were all congenial, they were all polite. I just cant say enough. And the windows look beautiful. They have a nice profile, they work smoothly, Im very happy.

Renewal by Anderson replaced/installed three windows and installed a sliding glass door for us. Although it was quite costly, the quality and service was exceptional. The customer service was incredible from start to finish. They scheduled for two consecutive days for completion, but the team came and completed it all in one day! George Hoop, Parmanan, and their team were respectful, friendly and clearly had experience and knowledge. Before they left they made sure everything was to my liking. I would absolutely recommend!!

The crew came on time and went to work right away. They were very professional yet friendly. They all petted my mini goldendoodle that greeted them. They put in a sliding glass door master bedroom and another window in our family room downstairs. They explained what they were doing and when completed, instructed both my husband and I on how to use the sliding glass door and also how to pull the windows down for cleaning purposes. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. My husband and I are very satisfied.

Great all around service. Sam was an amazing seller and knew alot about the products Anderson is selling. Any question we had he could answer. We also had our windows installed earlier than expected which was nice and the team that put the windows in were fantastic. We had 3 days scheduled for the windows and the crew got 18 windows done in 2 days in just about 15 hours. Very courteous and friendly and did anything we asked because we have 4 animals.

Joe and Roop were right on time and got right to work. They explain everything that was going to happen. Loved how they took the time to protected our hardwood floors and the outside as well. Those two are a great team. The respect they have for each other is very obvious. They both want to make the install perfect. They are a great representative of your business!! If I only needed more windows, I would love to have them back.

I cannot adequately express how wonderful our experience with Andersen of Eastern NY was. We had a massive project (6 patio doors, each around 8 feet in width), a 9 foot window, and a few side windows. The sales experience was great, with Steve Cannon (our sales rep) explaining all of our options well and helping us make decisions throughout the process. When they first got to the house for the install, they were scheduled for four days. They started with the largest doors, and upon ripping them out discover massive damage to our rim joists and the structural integrity of the whole side of the house. The head of the crew explained everything, boarded it all up and insulated while formulating a plan. They came back the next day win a proposal to fix all of the damage so we could complete the job. They reinforced and repaired all of the damage and did it in a way so that we wouldnt have any issues down the line. They were professional, courteous, and fast throughout the whole process. They still finished within the original four day timeline. Are the Andersen products more expensive than their competitors? Sure, but the quality of service and the craftsmanship of the windows and doors (and the accompanying trim work and the fact that they go above and beyond) more than makes up for any price gap. We would recommend them highly and will absolutely be using them for all future window and door projects at our home.

Update for our latest installation: I give 5 stars always for Renewal by Anderson. Our team for this project was Dhanai, Pavman and their crew. They came in on time, worked efficiently and did a fabulous job. Our experience with Renewal by Andersen has more than lived up to the reputation. Since we moved in last fall we have had numerous contractors providing their services. Latchman and Derek were thoroughly professional, and gave the most exceptional service of all of them. Our new windows are absolutely worth the investment. Latchman and Derek were a great team, keeping us informed during the process, polite, professional and cleaned up all signs of the project!

4.5 stars!! Great experience with this installation team. Team was on time, most diligent with their work and respectful of my time. Team was meticulous with cleanup and supervisor took time to talk me through the teams efforts. Will preface my next comment by saying I have and OLD home but dinging half point because one of my sill trims was left cracked/damaged and one other seam was left uncalked. Not a difficult repair but did contradict the sales reps assurance that all would be left looking new . Bottom line my experience with Andersen is most positive and I have beautiful windows. Definitely recommend!!

From start to finish, this was a project handled with professionalism, care and concern. The installation Crew (Dhanai/Roop) were excellent. They were efficient, neat, and professional.
