Owner Mike sent Jeff out to help us on I-88 with his road service truck today. Top shelf guys right there!
Mike was a lifesaver! My car was hopelessly stuck in snow/ice. Mike came right out, displayed much appreciated compassion and got me on the road in no time! Thankfully, I don’t often need tow service, but I will definitely call them and ONLY them if mother nature gets a hold of my car again! Not only did he get my car out, he also gave me hope for humanity!💜
These guys get a five-star rating.... In fact I'm tempted to write another one because they deserve 10. Stranded on 88 lost every one of my lug nuts on one side with a 1 ton dually box van... The outer dually actually fell off when did got lifted off the ground.. originally sent a flatbed but was too heavy to safely sit on it so Mike came with the big wrecker but still only charge me as if it was only one driver and one truck, even though I protested because I'm a acutely aware of how much time and fuel he spent grabbing me from duanesburg and bringing me back to cobleskill. Very smart businessman because he just converted me to a customer for life... Getting me back safely, responding timely, professional and reasonable... Which was very important to me on a very cold winter night as elderly parents are part of my responsibility .Thank you again ,Mike you and your help were greatly appreciated this evening.Top Shelf Service!!
We were in an accident out of town. Most tow yards will charge for every little thing. A&M treated us with respect & compassion. The bill was not fun, but could have been alot higher. It's nice to see a shop not all about taking advantage. Thank you.
I had a Ram 5500 with 10 broken wheel studs and I called them for a tow. They had my truck and guys off the highway and towed to a safe location within an hour. They fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for your towing needs.
Had a great experience with A&M Towing when I was up in the Catskills over the weekend. I got stuck in the middle of nowhere with no service and no spare tire on a Sunday evening and Jeff and the A&M team was a god sent! Jeff came to help me so I wouldn’t get stuck over the long weekend. He safely towed my car to the nearest tire shop and checked up on me afterwards. Best service anyone can ask for. Would highly recommend them if anyone gets in a pickle. Special shout out to Jeff for helping me that night!
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Did more damage than good. Not recommend at all. Could have soft strapped it and with my help and others there wheeled it back on to the road. Instead wrapped his bridal around my front forks/ body and proceeded to drag my motorcycle on its side approximately 6-7ft to his truck then another 4-5ft onto the flatbed itself.
Had my transmission broke down. Mike was there to pick me up within 30 minutes. it was thursday afternoon. Week later (it took a week because were waiting for a part) im out. Thank you mike for everything!

Theyre local, 24 HOUR operation, good, knowledgeable, and get there fast. Prices seem reasonable (though I havent shopped around and I have towing insurance). *Some PRIUS cars Dont have a spare tire.
Honestly, This is the only Towing company that I can rely on. Ive been stranded multiple times every time I call other companies, they would never show. A&M always shows up for me and they are quick about it. They saved me at least a dozen times. And their prices are pretty fair.
This man went above and beyond to help my son when he broke down 5 hours from home. I cannot thank him enough. Give him your business, he deserves it. Thank you
I called A&M late night to see if I could set up a pick up time in the morning, I spoke to Jeff walked me thru it with no issues. Very sincere and kind operator. I will recommend A&M to any friends and family if needed. Jeff is the best !!!
From what I expected to be a stressful nightmare, A&M Towing turned into a relieving experience. We had the pleasure of riding with Jeff who was extremely responsive and considerate of our time. My husband and I broke down with our camper on a Sunday night, and Mike really came through for us! We found one other company that would come out but wanted to charge us $600. Mike owns the company and didn t hesitate for a moment to stop what he was doing to help us get back on the road safely, at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
