Originally had My truck fixed eight months ago and it it looks great! Eight months later, I noticed the The paint bubbling around my door, I called Ben. He got my truck in right away to no fault of his own it Strip the paint repainted it and it looks fantastic, easy to work with and very accommodating.

There is a new owner at Cliffs, his name is Ben. I recently bought both of my vehicles there each had minor damage. I spoke with Ben, he looked over the damage and assured me that he could make it right again. I left my cars there, they both came out great.I was completely blown away by how great they came out. Ben also repaired two dings in one of the doors which we hadnt even discussed. People like that are few and far between .It was a pleasure working with Ben from start to finish. Dont hesitate to bring your car here for repairs. If you go anywhere else youll have missed the best repair shop no doubt in my mind. One last point, Im not related to anyone working there.

Cliffs is Awesome! I had a plowing incident where a building suddenly moved while i was backing up and my truck sustained some minor damage. There was a good sized dent and some scratches. Jeff and his team did an amazing job. They were able to manipulate the dent such that only a miniscule amount of filler was required. The color match is spot on and the paint application was perfect. You would never know it happened. These guys are the great! The entire experience was flawless. I highly recommend Jeff and and his team. You will not be disappointed!

5 Stars All Day Long. Insurance work/process There are Car Guys then there is Jeff. Not only is Jeff a true car guy; he enjoys being in the business. Its not often you meet someone with expertise that just tells it like it is and it is like he tells it. Jeff has done cars for a long time and knows the process. My experience was an insurance claim. Thank the Big Guy I called Jeff. Jeff fully explained my rights and what will happen next. Listen to him instead of you insurance company. My car was totaled by the insurance company. Can not say enough about Jeff with assisting me though the process, he took the time to educate me on the process and it was correct.. Something the insurance company does not do. When your car is in a crash, after you call the police and your insurance company THEN CALL JEFF. Period! You will be so happy you did. Jeff is also happy you did too! He wants to guide though the process and have a life long relationship. (hopefully not!) LOL meaning no more crashes. Call Jeff for Body Work, He will tell you like it is. Hes a fair person. It was my lucky day when I discovered Cliffs Body Shop. After getting an estimate of $2,500-$3,000 at another place I took my car to Jeff Gill at Cliffs. He gave an estimate of $400-$500 , explaining that the part didnt need replacing, just re-attaching. And he got it done by the next day knowing that I didnt have another car to use and I was leaving town for a funeral. As a woman always worry about dealing with car repair places. So many times Ive nearly been ripped off because someone thinks they can get away with pulling wool over a womans eyes. Jeff was so fair and honest and explained that his business practice is just that: be fair and honest. The work I needed wasnt major dents or scratches-I caught the front bumper cover on a bush and tore it off, damaging some stuff underneath. They put it back on and replaced the wheel well liner and youd never know it had happened. For efficient, honest, well done body work you cant go wrong with Cliffs. By the way, its a pretty good clue you are at a reputable body shop when you see Mustangs and a Challenger and other sporty cars out front because those are the owners that are very particular about their ride!

A deer ran into the side of my 22 Nissan Frontier. I brought it in shortly after and had nothing but 5 star service from getting the estimate to talking about the time it will be getting repaired which was spot on to dealing with the insurance adjusters. They took care of everything, I had no stress no worries a very easy process. My truck turned out amazing and you would never even know that I had damage to my truck. Both times, Jeff, the owner of the shop, helped me with my claim and gave me valuable advice about what my rights were after an accident. Things I never would have known. He saved my car from being totalled, which saved me a lot of money. He is honest and trustworthy and well-respected by the insurance adjusters he works with in the region. Jeff worked with the insurance company so I did very little. They are also the best at what they do. Both times they worked on my car, they did an excellent job! My car looked virtually brand new again. They even removed a small, unsightly dent on the rear bumper free of charge. I hope I never need to bring my car in again but if I am in an accident, Cliffs Body Shop will be my first call and I highly recommend you do the same.

Ive used Cliffs a couple of times and I would like to point out their professionalism. Yes they are in business to make money but I never feel as if they are trying to get anymore than they need. Jeff is a true blessing for customers as he takes the time to explain the details so you have piece of mind throughout the entire process. On top of the second to non workmanship his team gives to all of the customers, the yard is always clean, time-lines are met, and communication is always kept. This most recent experience I had was with an insurance claim due to storm damage. Jeff walked me through the process 100% of the way. Gave me his cell phone number and even helped me get more than my company initially offered. He also asked nothing for the service other than what insurance paid him. Cliffs is truly exceptional, their impressive body work makes you feel like you have a new vehicle. I had a dent with a puncture in my door and Jeff fixed it making it look like new, no trace of any damage. I had shopped around for estimates and felt the most confident with Cliffs. I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger in for repairs after it had a make out session with a concrete wall. Needless to say it had extensive front end damage. I was without a car for only a week and returned to see it looked brand new! Excellent and Very Fast Service - Goes the Extra Mile I highly recommend this mechanic. I migrated from California and didnt have any experience with NY driving, particularly snow so unfortunately I got into two accidents: one snow related, and one with a suicidal deer. Both times I received excellent and quick service. I found this place by accident, being new to the area it just happened to the be shop closest to my home. I have a 2008 car that I got recently and really have a high value of having my car looking great. This shop has kept my car looking new. The guy who helped me Jeff, is very friendly and spends as much time as you want with him, with no rush. He explained everything in detail to me in a very clear and simple way. When I got into the 1th & 2nd accidents, Jeff personally picked me up from my home and drove me to his body shop so I did not need to call a cab to pick up my car. This type of service is extremely rare nowadays. Also, most importantly they negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf to get you higher quality parts for the repair and sometimes a higher settlement. For example the insurance company estimated the damage of the car for the first time at $5000. After this, Jeff himself towed the car from my garage to his shop and invited the appraiser to come again for a second estimate and the new damage estimation became $7500 which was more than the original estimate! For that budget he was able to order the better/original parts and now my car looks like a new. So in summary, excellent and fast service, insurance negotiations, and they treat you like family or like a small town community shop. Very highly recommended!
