Our 2016 GMC 2500HD pickup with Denali trim developed peeling paint below the window on the drivers side rear door. This was a factory issue but due to the age of the truck GMC would not cover it. Brought the truck to Frank & Sons who did a marvelous job of repainting the whole door to match the rest of the white body. The job was done in three days. Great people to work with but very busy which is why there was a three month wait to get the job done. Well worth it.

The reviews here are too inflated. They are not as good as it shows. I suspect most of those reviews might even be paid. The business is definitely old since it was over three generations, but the current owner was nasty. I had a hard time for my car job here. They never bothered for a trip or so when I needed it the most unlike most other shops. Had bad paint job and my wreck job after the accident. Two other mechanics looking at my car post-repair said they did a really bad job. Also my battery went bad in a few days and needed replacement all because of their fault not keeping it bolted at the right spot. If you own a Prius dont bother going here.

why would you go anywhere else? got my car back and it was in pristine condition. frank and sons are the best maybe that is why it takes months to get your car in to get it fixed i have been going there for 18 years and have never had a problem if there was a minor adjustment ownership always made good. i picked up my car tonight after a deer rammed the car a month ago. The car looks as good as new, maybe even better. Cars running well and looks so clean. Great job. Highly recommend this family business for any of your car repairs and needs.

Great place to get your vehicle Repaired. I took my Truck to get an estimate on a minor Fender bender. Was all set up for me. They took care of Everything for me thru my Insurance company. These guys are the best of the best when it comes to any repair with your car. My car looks great they couldnt have done a better job! I also personally would like to give there recepitionist a shout out annemarie she is a merical worker and is the most helpful person ever when it comes to dealing with insurance and other things. Having to get your car fixed is not fun but coming here will make everything hassle free!

My car had paint all over due to painters spraying paint on my house. I went to Frank and Sons for an estimate. They quoted me a fair price. They were able to do the work when I requested them to do it. It took an entire day plus for them to complete the job due to the amount of paint on my car. But when completed my car looked great! The final cost of the work was the same as the original quote. Good work done quickly at a reasonable price. I would recommend Frank and Sons to others in need of car repairs.

I had some collision work done here recently. I was very satisfied. Work was completed flawlessly, and on time, Hope I dont have to return, but I will if I bump into another hard stationary object.

Frank & Sons is absolutely amazing. We were traveling across the country in our RV and ended up braking down with a broken radiator and a bunch of other things. We were in the area and had no idea where we should get it towed. We ended up getting it towed to Frank & Sons and they had the entire thing fixed and good as new within a day! We were back on the road within less than 24 hours all because of the guys here. They are fantastic! They took care of us and were super friendly while doing it. I cant thank them enough for fixing up our motor home so quickly.

We have been fortunate or unfortunate, depends on how you look at it, to be customers of Frank and Sons Body Works for more times than I would like to count. They have always been professional, timely, and have gone above and beyond taking care of our collision needs with our vehicles and RV.

The work done on my vehicle by Frank & Sons Body Works was perfect!The employees treated me very well. They helped me deal with the insurance Co so there were no surprises. My experience with Auto body shops goes back to when I was a young man working in my fathers body shop in Gloversville, NY. In my opinion Frank & Sons body shop is the best you will find in the Capitol District.

Overall, it was a positive experience and everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. They also detailed my truck after doing the work. The detailing was pretty nice, but there were some spots where you could still see the wax that had not been entirely buffed out. It seemed like they rushed a little with the waxing. Otherwise, everything was done very well and to my satisfaction.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable in all areas of vehicle repair. Scott always seems to have that one magic tool you dont have in your own toolbox! Not to mention the know how to us those tools the correct way. Todd and Scott are total class acts and their staff are all top notch and perform top notch work here!!

Annmarie kept me update with any information with my insurance company and time line for the work to be completed. When I picked up my car it was also detailed inside and out ! They fixed 2 prematurely rusted spots on my BMW... excellent work. On one of the spots behind a panel they found more extensive damage than originally thought, and took the time to bring it back to good metal. And they stayed within the original estimate even though it was more work than anticipated. Paint match was outstanding... both spots are still undetectable and holding up really well. I highly recommend them.

Great job on my boat

Did a good job straightening the control arm out but every bit of body work they did needs to be re done and it took them just shy of 2 months to fix my car. Put a used mirror on that doesnt 100% work and was painted wrong. Only thing Im happy with is the color match. They have agreed to fix it so lets see how this round goes

Took 2 hours out of my day to drive over and get an estimate on having my classic car painted. Todd is the one who helped me and said he would email me the estimate the next day. 3 days later he emailed me saying he would do it over the weekend. 3 weeks later I still havent heard from Todd. I called and left messages for Todd and his dad the owner Frank. No one has returned my calls. This is how they do business? What a waste of time! I should charge them 2 hours of their hourly rate for wasting my time. This place is a joke and theyre rude. Do yourself the favor and stay away!

Worst auto body experience ever. I have had to go back 5 times for various issues relating to the work they have performed. The quarter panel they fixed came loose from the bumper, I had several dimples and blisters in the paint and the pin striping they did had bubbles under it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
