Gotcha Covered Auto Glass in Scotia

John has done 2 windshield replacements for me, with no issues after 7+ years installed. The aftermarket glass he supplied for my Honda has been more resistant to pitting over time than the dealer one he put in my BMW. He and his assistant have also done years of great glass work for the shop where I work.

We've actually used Gotcha a couple of times. Great service, very clean and showed up right on time. We always recommend Gotcha to any friends who need glass repair.

On Friday 9/18/20 while driving to do multiple errands my windshield was struck by a small stone leaving 2 tiny but very noticeable chips. Needless to say I was more than a little anxious to get this damage addressed as soon as possible. I contacted a fairly local vendor business in Clifton Park, NY, named Gotcha Covered Auto Glass. John, the owner promised a call early Monday to send someone to my residence. As sure as promised I was contacted around 8 am this morning arriving within 15-20 minutes. Eric arrived timely, introduced himself and explained exactly what he would be doing. He was very polite, professional and pricing was reasonable.
