Dennis Francis Auto in Scotia

First time ever using them. They were very professional, courteous and did a wonderful job working on my car. I definitely will be coming back here for future vehicle repairs. I will also have no problem recommending them to friends also!

This guy is the lowest of lows! He lies, cheats and steels from customers and anyone in his path. He owes another business thousands in damages and other miscellaneous products that he didn't pay for. His word is as useful as a screen door on a submarine!

We went in for an oil change and while there Chris went above and beyond for us. When we picked up our car Chris had knocked out a large dent we had, cleaned our headlights so they were no longer yellow and dim and cleaned off our very dusty dashboard. He didnt have to do that and he didnt charge us a dime. My Dad had his Nissam repaired by Dennis and he did amazing work on the transmission and rear end of the car. They are highly qualified and i highly recommend them.

January 2018. I had dead battery. No friends or a walmart to be found for the $50- battery. Called parts store they were about $4- cheaper but couldnt get there so i got my 1 deal tow and i was in and out in about 2 hours. Had to do the oil change too. Thanks Dennis and Chris. My Penelope Transport will be visiting again. Thanks.

2 words: Chris. Francis. He's a genius mechanic, the most honest and dependable you'll ever meet, and his work is beautiful and impeccably done.

Dennis Francis is someone I not only trust with my car, but other family members cars as well. I will not go anywhere else after having him do work on my vehicle. He is down to earth, hardworking and trustworthy. This guy is going to repair your vehicle right the first time and do it in a reasonable and fair price.

I have been using Dennis' shop for 14 years. I live 30 miles away in East greenbush. Its far away but very worth it.I have tried other repair facilities, however they cannot get my classic cars to run correctly. Dennis never has a problem dialing in ,tuning my Chevelles. He spends a lot of time with you to show you whats wrong with your car. His staff is friendly and professional.His rates are very reasonable and he is very honest. You can tell he likes what he is doing,and likes cars. He is truly an old school car guy,and these guys are getting difficult to find. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending him to anyone I know. His dog is very nice too.

I have had my cars repaired and serviced here for years and have never had any issues. I have seem some people that did bring back a car for more work but this was usually a different problem. Most people don't realize the cost of car repair and the time it can take to identify a problem. I always ask that I be told of a unexcepted cost before I OK it. This way I am not surprised at the final cost. Telling anyone to " fix it" and then complaning about the cost is the person that should always ask first. I have known people that needed their computer fix and later found the cost of a new one would have been less. Any auto repair shop is pretty good about fixing the car but they are not good mind readers.
