I've been going to Michael's for almost 2 years now. I've had them work on two foreign cars. The work has been excellent, communication great. I had a recent warranty issue caused by a failed part; they solved the problem quickly at no charge to me. Highly recommend.
It was time for my car to get inspected and, Michael's automotive in Scotia is very close to me. I made an appointment, got there in the morning and a fluke happening that when my car was on the lift for connecting to the unit, the battery was completely dead! These guys were right on the money, I had to get a battery right there and then; it took minutes between getting a battery delivered and having it put in. Nothing else was wrong with my car but I have to tell you, I could have been stuck in the middle of nowhere or with my emotional support animal, or with family members and had a dead battery. I couldn't be more grateful for their prompt delivery on taking care of my car. I absolutely recommend them for any of your needs whatsoever!

Great place.. always happy with the work they've done on my car the couple of times I've gone. I've even gone a few times with concerns and they've put my car on the lift to check it out and have explained their findings thoroughly.. I would definitely recommend!!
Michael's saves the day again!! In August, I brought my van into Michael's for a routine oil change before heading out on a cross-country trip with my family. A few hours after I dropped the vehicle off, I received a message from them saying my tires were completely shot (along with photos) and that they would not recommend driving out of Ballston Spa without changing them, let alone driving to Minnesota and back. Within 24 hours I had a new set of 4 tires, and the peace of mind knowing that we'd make it to our destination safe and sound without an tire issues. Thanks again for the great service!
Hundreds of miles from home and the 4x4 was blinking warning/service issues. Called & talked with Jason. His team was able to see me immediately. With a quick look, a few adjustments and drive they had me back on the road in <hour with tips on what to have serviced once home. Felt confident leaving vehicle was road ready. Would recommend to any local or owner driving through.
Took my truck in for suspension work - only to find that this has to be the most honest shop I’ve ever come across— they looked over everything and found nothing wrong . I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my days and I’ve NEVER come across a more honest shop in my 57 years on this planet- they Have my up most RESPECT. As most other shops would of LIED just to get your business— Hope I never have any repairs that need to be done but if I do - I know exactly where I’ll be taking my truck and will be totally telling everyone I know about this shop — A+ in my book and I’m picky.
It's really nice to have a Mechanic that you are able to trust and bonus... they are so close to home! Michaels has exceeded my expectations. They really took the time to accurately diagnose, explain and repair my vechile. The customer service from every employee that I encountered (desk/reception, mechanic, shop employeees and the owner) was exceptional. Thank you Michael's... we will be back!

I went to Michael s for the first time today. There is a rattling sound that was coming from the rear of my car. I thought the price was going to be high, but I was so wrong, very reasonable. Excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. Michael s is a garage that you can trust. I higher recommend them. I will definitely return back the next time. I need something done with my car.
My dad and I went to this shop after it was highly recommended in a local Facebook group. After our visit, it was easy to see why. Kayla and Joe are fantastic. They caught several things that another shop missed and their prices are beyond reasonable. They go out of their way to provide amazing service. We likely need further work done on our vehicle at some point and I will absolutely be going back to them.

I went to Michaels Automotive for an inspection, they had my car in and out in 20 minutes. It was my first time going there, they were very friendly, and courteous and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back, my mechanic recommended them, as he unfortunately is down due to injuries and needs surgery, plus he is good friends with the Family.

I happened to run across this shop one day on my way home from work. I called and spoke to Kayla. I described my problems and right away she was willing to go out of her way to help me. We scheduled an appointment. She went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed in a timely manner. She even found that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced! They were done that day with no problems. They were all wonderful! Kayla surprised me with a card and gift as I was leaving because she remembered that I had mentioned it was my Birthday! I cant express my gratitude and appreciation for such dedicated, thoughtful, hardworking people that work for your reputable business. I have already told several friends! Great job everyone! First of all, great to work with. Kayla is knowledgeable, attentive, and above all else honest. I like how they keep their shop, how they communicate, and the transparency with the repairs. I consider myself particularly knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so I know the bulls**t right away when other mechanics have serviced my vehicles. Not these guys, and if only for that, I will be using Michaels Automotive for the foreseeable future.

We were traveling on the toll road when our radiator hose split. We had bottled water in the car that allowed us to get safely off the highway. We googled auto repair places close and found Michael s. It was late in the afternoon but they took care of us immediately. We feel very fortunate to have found them! Service was quick and professional and the charges for our repair were reasonable. If we lived in the area, we would be regulars at Michael s for our car service!

This place is awesome! Super friendly and professional. The person who works the front desk, is very knowledgeable and so kind!. They have been very responsive in me making a last minute appointment or me just showing up with an issue. I have been there 3 times since they have opened and I have had my issues taken care of in a timely manner. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough! Definitely my new go to place for car repairs!

I am so thankful for the excellent and very timely service I received at Michaels. I was three hours from home and in need of an emergency break system check. My hometown garage connected with Michaels being that they both are Tech Net garages. They got me in immediately. They showed me what was going on and shared the information with my home garage too. By early afternoon I had new breaks correctly installed, and they were able to get me new tires, put them on, and had them balanced and sent me on my way. I left feeling safe and well cared for. If I didnt live so far away, I would be coming back for all my familys automotive repair needs. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional.
Id give them 6 stars if I could. They came recommended by a neighbor and I have had every single item of work done by them since.
