Was told my problem with a flickering oil pressure light was "impossible" to fix, due to the mileage on my car (204k); wanted to reprogram some locking and lighting changes the owner's manual says I need a Saab mechanic with a Tech II tool to access, but was told that "he wouldn't waste his time." I'd give zero stars, but I can't. Not sure who the other reviewers are, but they must have dealt with someone else, because this experience was the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had, mechanic or not. Wasted a day's worth of work and the gas and time to drive there, too. I ABSOLUTELY recommend against using this mechanic.
