Took some cabinets doors in for frosted glass. Within a hour and a half I was called to come pick them up . Was given great advice as to how to mount the glass in the doors themselves. Super great place to get all your glass needs .
Ordered some replacement glass shelves for an old 5 ft display showcase I picked up second hand and the price/fit/cut were all fantastic. Quick turnaround and affordable. Will be ordering more in the future.

Derek helped me out big time. I had the glass in a hundred year old door break and he was able to give me some info on how to remove and install the new glass. Plus he cut the new glass perfect for the door.
The owner is enthusiastic and welcoming to walk in business. If you hang around you can learn about how your windows are put together. It's fun doing business here, but I can't say anything about the quality of the repair until 5 years from now. But from watching the guy work, disassembling my window and putting it back together again in about 15 minutes flat, I would say he knows his stuff. I was also impressed that he took individual measurements of each of the two panes in the window. It seems that glass is a little bit like carpentry. You can work strictly from measurements and specifications but the results are better if you work to fit a specific piece in a specific place. The top pane of my repaired window is just a teensy-weensy bit different from the bottom one. You need to pay attention to this stuff if you want a strong durable seal.
They took really good care of us. A couple of our windows that needed new glass were oddball custom wood frames. They did a great job dismantling the frames, installing the glass and reassembling the frames. They fit right back into the windows.
Honest, diligent, and great price. A section of window broke in a unique front entrance storm window. It was beyond my ability to repair. Glenville Glass reviewed the situation and offered options for me, explaining the merits of each option. The options were fair and honest. They didn't try to sell me a whole new storm window, but rather worked with me to repair what I had. Ultimately, they repaired the window and the price and quality could not be beat. Excellent experience and I will go back to them again. They do house calls and emergency repairs, hopefully I will not need those, but If I do I am calling them.
I had a wonderful experience with Glenville Glass. Derek is the man! Really friendly and helpful. He evaluated, priced, and cut the custom piece I needed in about 15 minutes. Everything about the transaction was perfect and I wish customer service like that existed everywhere I shop. I will be giving Glenville Glass my business for all future projects. This is the type of small business you wish your town had more of.

Had an old storm window that had a crack in the glass. I took the window down to Glenville Glass where they fixed it while waited. Some of the window parts were old, but they were able to locate and order them. I was very satisfied with Glenville Glass and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a tree in the front yard strike a front bow window. Called to get an estimate for an insurance claim. Had to contact him a couple of times to get him to finally come out and take a look for the estimate After that didnt hear back from him for about a week. Contacted him and was told it would be another couple of days. Didnt hear anything from him for about another week. Called him again to find out what was going on and he assured me he would get the estimate to me within a day. Literally never heard back from him. He held up my ENTIRE insurance claim. I had to go with another company who was able to do measurements and estimate within 3 days. Dont waste your time... literally.
