SBG Automotive is outstanding! I had a problem with my brakes and Brock scheduled my car in a timely fashion. He fixed everything to perfection. Smooth ride now! I will definitely be using his services in the future. Awesome atmosphere to get your car serviced!

I have a difficult time trusting people with my vehicles, touching them, or working on them. What are they doing to it? What parts, fluids and things are they using? Brock and team are professional, detail oriented and completely fair and honest. They have earned my trust and I'll be back!

Brock is a real professional. He was able to work with me around my hectic schedule and got my car back to within the next day, and fielded what I am sure is numerous calls from me and my partner to coordinate pick up, drop off, and give us updates on our car. Not only did he fully solve the problem and take preventative action, he also noted in the invoice for us other things he noticed that may require maintenance down the line, as well as upcoming inspections. As someone who doesn't know too much nitty gritty about cars and yet bought a finicky Mini, he was probably the least condescending person I have ever talked to in regards to my car, and took the time to professionally and thoroughly answer all my various questions. I would recommend him to anyone. As I learned it hard way, not every mechanic is looking out for you. Not taking my car anywhere else from now on, including emergencies. :)

This guy is a crook! His name is Brock and he took over this business from a very reputable man recently…. I dropped my one year old car off yesterday at noon to finish an ongoing inspection process we had been in going back-and-forth with since the prior week… At 4 o’clock he told me my 1 year old tires are completely worn down in the front. And that I need new ones which is already suspicious because I don’t even have 1600 miles on my car. When he gave me my total, which was much higher than the price of the two tires, I asked why the price was so high… he immediately got loud and threatened to fail my inspection and rip the tires off. We argued and he hung up and LOCKED MY CAR INSIDE AND LEFT with my house keys and rent money overnight! We had a phone conversation later on that went well, but I wanted to see myself what my old tires looked like. This morning when I went in, my “old tires” were almost bare… I fully believe he went and got used tires and tried to pass them off as my old ones. I asked him to put those tires back on anyway he said it would take all day and that I should leave and go to work . When I said, I’ll wait there he refused to release my car until I paid for the new tires he put on and him, and his wife continued to berate me, threaten to call “my employer” and say the type of person they have working for me (Im an independent contractor so I am the employer) until I did… The cops were called and the officer was nice, but said for me to get my car back I would have to take him to court. So I just paid him his money and left but I implore everyone to never bring their car here. Update: a week and a half later and Brock continues to lie and make up his own narrative. He gave me a different estimate before hand so the work that I “authorized” was for a different price and I actually attempted to pay beforehand so I would know the price before he did the work. He then did the work and his final price was almost double. He held my car from a 12 o’clock appointment all the way through until 440 for an inspection on a 2023 vehicle and then tried to say he stayed late for me to do work. But he knew if I got that car back I would know I did not need tires. Brock is correct however that there are 16,000 miles on my vehicle. I drive local and carefully, so there’s no way brand new tires would need to be changed… He waited weeks after my review so he could put his own comment and try to lie his way out of it but most of what he saying is false or distorted. He has an excuse for every one of his lies. I’m going to add the video of him telling me that it was fine to change my tires back, moments before he refused to give me the car back with my original tires until I paid for his work

Brock is not only an extremely experienced and highly skilled engineer, but also obsessed with his customers. He take the ownership of everything related to your car and committed to try his best to figure out a solution that fits you best. I get a much better service than what I get from OEM dealership. He even spend his own time to explain everything in detail and dive deep into the root cause of the issue with of my car. He insist on a highest standard for fixing cars. I recommend his shop to everyone.

I brought one of my classic cars to Brock at SBG Automotive with an intermittent stalling problem and he patiently diagnosed the problem, took the car for drives on his own time and was able to nail down the issue and fix it. I will be bringing that car and my other classic car to SBG Automotive in the future! My appreciation goes beyond words!

Best customer service I have received. I had lost my car keys and needed a replacement which can be found to be very expensive. Being currently a student at University, they understood the financial difficulties I was facing and helped me find the cheapest deal possible, referring me to someone else. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best service.
