They have consistently repaired and inspected my vehicles with a level of professionalism equal to or exceeding most auto dealership service departments. They also take the time to look for other issues that I may have not been aware of. And they are very open about telling me my options, as compared to other garages who tsuggest the most expensive solution without mentioning other alternatives. They fixed our generator on our motor home and it works great now had to take the RV back to them abs system not working they got everything working in a reasonable time and price there work is good and the price was good I would recommend them to anyone who needs any repairs done

Steves went out of their way to help me get back on the road in time to make it to a wedding in New Hampshire! The management and all vegan mechanics were very competent and friendly. I live in New Jersey and may never be in this area again. But I would definitely recommend Steve to any one local who needs mechanical work on their car!

Great experience. We were on a cross country trip returning to Chicago from Utica NY. We were on a scenic drive along Lake Erie from our stop in Buffalo to our next stop in Toledo. During a stop on our scenic drive we noticed the smell of burning rubber. When I checked the rear tires the rear driver side tire, the wheel was extremely hot. We decided to have a mechanic check it out. We did a search on our phone and Steve s Place popped up as a five star mechanic and our experience with Paul and his cohorts was FIVE STAR. They checked out the car and it needed some brake work on the hot wheel. They called and got the part and made the repair. Logistics and repair took a couple of hours, but in the mean time, Paul drove us to a local restaurant, Millie s Place, where we had a great lunch (it s five-star too). Paul picked us up after lunch and drove us back to the shop. Our car was repaired and we continued our road trip with no car worries. It was a memorable experience. We may never get back to visit, but we will remember the experience fondly.

Update 12/15/23, once again Paul saves the day. My crew was traveling though Buffalo from Maine late on a Friday and having a problem with our Dodge. Paul stayed late to fix the problem and make sure my employees were safe and fixed up for the rest of their drive to California. A full 3 years later Paul remembered exactly who I was and the work he had done on my truck before. I wish they had a location in California as Id take my entire fleet to them! Thanks once again for saving the day.. My post from 2021: A year ago my 2009 Dodge 4500 diesel had a fire in the engine compartment from a plug and the wiring harness was toast. As the dealer quit making those I was up the creek. No one wanted to work on my truck. I had the good fortune to meet Paul who was kind and talented enough to make a brand new wiring harness for me and salvage my truck which is working great a year later. I couldnt be happier with Paul and everyone at Steves Tire & Truck and when no one else in town would help me or give me any hope; Paul got the job done at a fair price; his wife Diane was also a true pleasure to work with. I give him and his shop my highest recommendation.

We purchased a diesel motorhome a few years back and Paul has been beyond helpful and knowledgeable addressing and correcting all the issues that arise. He has troubleshooted over the phone when necessary to get these newbies acclimated and up and running while out of town. Diane is the best, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were involved in an accident while on vacation and needed an assessment about roadworthiness to attempt a drive back home. Paul and his team squeezed us in, inspected the damage and aligned the front end so that it is likely to make it back to South Jersey in one piece. My only regret is that we could not have Paul perform the repairs.

Steves is The only shop I trust to get my truck the maintanance and repairs it needs to stay running strong and to get him rolling down the road. Best garage in the area. We didn t get to run the generator yet but we re sure the work you have done on that will also, as usual, be superb. Since moving to the Silver Creek area my family and I have been searching for a local trustworthy mechanic to be able to take our vehicles for service. Have been a customer for a few years now and not disappointed. Timely, Professional, No hassle, No BS service. They tell you upfront what needs to be done on your vehicles and what you can wait on till it needs service. Extremely friendly service and building has had some major upgrades over the past year or so and thats a plus. I Dont write too many reviews online but when I do its to explain that this is a gem of a place to go for any type of repair. I know that when I take my vehicle for service I can rest assured the job will be done right the first time. Ive had too many bad experiences with other places that to come here and receive service and explain in detail what needs to be done or what service has been done to my car that I can always call this place my cars home. (other than my driveway haha!). I hope this helps our local business and thanks again for all the awesome service!

Absolutely never again. 50% markup on 4 batteries that you refuse to warranty less than a year later? Service was average at best and customer service below average.
