First of all, sorry for the overdue review. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending how you look at it, I’ve used Romeo Collision three times in two years. First time, was rear ended with $8,000 worth of damage, on my 2023 RAV4, with less than a thousand miles on it. Second time, someone got me in a parking lot with $1500 worth of damage ( No note left. Thanks a lot ) two days after picking the car up. Third time, Toyota service bulletin to repaint a pealing problem on my 2015 RAV4 with a Blizzard Pearl paint job. Good news is that, Brian and crew did an excellent job in all three cases. The 2023 RAV4, you could never tell it was hit. The 2015 RAV4, had a problem with Toyota Corp., not the shop. Brian came through and save the day!!!! How could I not give them a Five Start Rating, with the way that they handled all three experiences. Highly, highly, highly recommended them. Thanks guys!!!!

They promptly repaired hinges on a Toyota RAV 4 Hatch/rear door. The work was quality and the price was very fair compared to other body shops we considered.

This is the place that I will not recommend anyone to go to; specially if you do not know the owner personally. I was referred here by the garage carrier across the street. The owner, if I remember correctly Vanie was rude, disrespectful and was acting as he was doing me favor for trying to fix my car. Does not appreciate customers and acts as bully.
