The owner is rude. I think this is a dishonest garage. I do not recommend them.
Pete repaired my car in a very quick manner. We took it to 2 other places before we brought it to Pete. He got us right in, and a very reasonable price. I was expecting much more, I was pleasantly surprised. Top notch work, outstanding communication.
Pete and his crew are the best mechanics I've ever had. They will not bog you down with unnecessary work, but, will be completely honest about what needs to happen. Their customer service is personable and the staff is friendly.
So great! I was driving upstate from Long Island, when suddenly, about half way up, my brake light sensor started flashing "low brake fluid". Soon after that my brakes started to fail, and I had to drive the rest of the way with hardly any brakes. I made it to my destination safe and sound, thank God!🙏 Cardinale's was recommended to my cousin, who then referred me. Pete is straightforward and honest, as well as pleasant. His office assistant, who sits at the front desk, (I forget her name??), is very professional and so sweet! 🤗 It was a pleasure doing business with Cardinale's! Thanks Pete!!
They took my sons vehicle in with an issue. Krissy got us in right away. Pete quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue at a fair price. Very satisfied with our first experience. We will surely be back!
In the day of Corporate car shops, you’d be hard pressed to find a family owned business as good as Cardinale’s! I have some cars that are very special to me, and won’t trust them to anyone else. They are conscientious, courteous and thorough. Whether it’s brakes or an oil change or anything else, these folks are the ones you can count on.
I called at the last minute and needed an exhaust repair in order to pass inspection. They were extremely nice, and were able to get me in that day. The repair was done at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for any work, and I will be using them for any service needs in the future.
I’ve been to this business twice in the last 3 months. They fit me in with on short notice both times. They are friendly and upfront about when the work will be done. Also, they have very reasonable prices (the work we had done here was $400 cheaper than it would have been at the dealer). I will definitely use them again.

I was recently visiting NY and noticed my tire needed to be filled with air. The day I was heading back home 5 hours away, it was low again. Noticed there was a nail in the tire. Cardinales Car Care got me in late in the afternoon and last minute to plug my tire without hesitation, even though they were clearly very busy. Pete was really quick with the repair too! Cannot thank him enough. Honest, helpful and reliable.

Never had a bad experience with Cardinales.
I am in the process of getting the CV joint replaced on my VW Jetta, I tried to do it myself to save money because I am by no means a rich man. The job turned into something I couldnt do myself so I went to a garage close by cardinales and they wanted close to 200$ and I have the part, well i told the fellas at cardinales that I have to borrow money to get my car fixed and I could only borrow around a hundred bucks and needed the car ASAP because I use it for work. These dudes got my car in the garage immediately (even though his lot is full of work) and ran into issues that would normally cost more money that they worked around to keep my fee within my hundred dollar range. Its not even done yet but Im so happy with them already I decided to leave a 5 star rating, if I could give them 10 I would!
