We have a membership so we come to Tidal Wave often. It does a great wash with free vacuums after. Everyone who works here is always pleasant - but there is a young man named Rob who makes my day. He is always smiling, always welcoming, and always goes above and beyond. If you ask for a little extra tlc in spraying off hard to remove stuff like bugs - he is happy to do it and always with a warm greeting and a huge smile. Keep up the great work Rob and keep on smiling! 9/2024 update I was having a membership issue and today when visiting the car wash Austin the Manager was quick to assist. I was double charged I noticed in my bank statement and he was able to get my card updated in their system and issued me a refund. That to me is excellent customer service - not to mention Rob is still here smiling and Austin along with all the staff at this location greet you with a smile and a hello - thank you Austin and your great team!

I have the membership which is something i would never do at a car wash but I take my car at least twice a week. Always satisfied with the quality, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Never a long line because they get everyone through very quickly.

South glens falls location is where it s at! They always make sure to wipe away all the bugs off my car before i go into the car wash, always super friendly and kind! I love it here!

Service area was fine but their customer service was not! I had called and canceled my membership and was told it was good for another couple of weeks. I was charged the following month and when called to discuss it and request a refund I was emailed and told there would be no refund and I have until the rest of the month to use the service. I had the email to confirm it was canceled as well! I did not use the service often being the reason I canceled so wouldn t be using it the rest of the month! Expensive monthly amount.

Went there and had my truck washed and left with a bunch of scratches and marks all over my truck will never go there again

I liked it a lot more before the re-vamp. I went to park and some guy comes up to my car absolutely spazzing that I was apparently too close to the building. I know how to drive a car, but thank you. He had my back so far up that I was sticking out into the other of other cars. He said the vacuums were $3 (weren t they free?), so okay whatever I offer him $3 cash. He says they don t take cash anymore?! Not to mention the vacuum I parked next to him as noticeably broken as soon as I rolled my window down to talk to the apparent lord of the parking lot. Needless to say I didn t wash my car here because I don t want my bank card charged a measly $3 and found this guy s demeanor to he way over the top. It s a yikes from me. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Update: I m now finding out that it s $3 unless you re getting a car wash which I planned to. I always vacuum my car before washing it, but no one bothered to ask, did they?

I paid for the 30 days free car wash for $30 dollars and used it once and they charge me $54 THE NEXT DAY OUT OF NOWHERE!?

Tidal Wave car wash in S. Glens Falls is awesome! If you haven t gone there yet, you need to. The wash itself is fantastic and does a great job. Interior vacuuming is included. Also cleaning supplies are provided. I joined the unlimited wash club. It s well with it. What makes this car wash above all others is the friendly staff. They greet you with a smile and always thank you for using their service. One staff member that stood out was Steve. He went above and beyond, offered to pressure wash my floor mats and made sure my experience was a pleasant one.

Been using Tidal Spa for almost a year. My Prefered Carwash Place! I have the Dry n shine monthly plan and can wash everyday the staff greets you with a nice smile and are happy to trade ducks with my Kids My car looks great Tje vacuums are free and they have all you need to clean the interior I like the set up much better than Hoffman Wash Better Value.

Best car wash ever! Even their cheapest wash ($10) comes out looking really nice. The free vacuums and window cleaner work excellently. Nice absorbent rags for drying. Staff is always very friendly.

Love the fact that I can just get in and out of here. Staff are super friendly and your always greeted weather your a returning customer or if its your first visit. prices are very competitive to the other local wash places.

I am a member and have had pretty much great service, however one of the guys waving me in did not direct me at all and I hit my tires on the track I was not happy wish I knew his name.

For an automated car wash this was one of the best Ive experienced washing any car. not only does it have The blowers at the end after it has a humongous dust buffer to get any drops missed.

I ve been there customer like 4 months. Everything work good. But every time i go there the blonde girl gives me an attitude about something new. Every single time! I m not paying 32$ dollars to get attitude. Besides her everyone is polite. Today I said I would like talk w manager and one guys show up and says if u want cancel it. Like who wants to lose their customers? Manager supposed to find a solution but he s like u can cancel it. After all this I cancel it my membership. I m not recommending this place.

Does a great job washing your vehicle and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

They are selling a package for $34.00 as a 1 month fee for washes when it is actually a monthly subscription that they automatically deduct out of your account. When I called customer service and asked for a refund because of the fraudulent way it was sold I was advised that I would not be getting a refund back. I asked for 1 month refund and this has been deducted each month for the last 4 months and I just happened to catch it. I accepted the fact I missed it in the past and a curiosity for 1 month should have been authorized. My response to the companys blanket statement would be obviously it is not being sold as a club membership based off my above comment. It was NOT made clear and after a conversation with the teller at the bank MULTIPLE customers have called to stop the deductions because they were not told it was going to be monthly. So if the teller at the bank was more than familiar with the situation and Tidal Wave then there is something wrong with your sales pitch.

The experience and service I received bringing my Porsche was exceptional. Rims and tires came came out looking brand new, staff was super friendly and helpful. Its great to see customer service is still alive!

Do not use this car wash it s highly over priced and they damage vehicles. My Audi and Denali truck were victims to this place. Dented rim on my Audi and a scratched rim on my Denali truck. BEWARE

I wanted to try out this car wash since I had just moved to the area. I was looking to sign up for the unlimited program for winter, but I needed to try to wash out first. Car washes are something I do when I d like to relax, as soon as I pulled up I didn t even get a chance to put my car in park and I had someone barking at my window. I told him kindly I haven t been here before and I m going to look everything over I do not need help. He proceeded to offer me washes to which I had no time to read the details of. I told him I m good, I don t need your help I d like to look it over, I don t know yet. To which he replied So the basic wash then? Shoving a board of washes in my face. I felt extremely harassed after I told him I could take care of it myself. I m not buying anything I know nothing about and I m certainly not going to be bullied into a wash without knowing the details of anything. I told him I can pick a wash myself without being harassed. Reminding him I m aware he is literally harassing me at this point. He didn t stop harassing me. He just stared at me, and continued to push different wash services upon me. I left and told him never mind. This is quite literally the definition of harassment. How displeasurable of an experience. There was no line behind me, it was 26 degrees in the middle of the day, there was no rush what so ever. I d rather not drive all the way across town to get cheaper services elsewhere, but at least when I tell the employees to leave me alone, they listen. Some people do not want to be bothered, and that s why we come during slow times.

Just wanted to share my first experience I had with tidal wave today I just moved down here from Indiana and have never tried a tidal wave until today and would like to say I was very pleased with the way I was assisted and helped with purchasing my wash/membership, I definitely recommend this place, left my car squeaky clean and also they offer free use of micro fiber towels which is a big plus!!

The service here is great for both the self service and wash tunnel, prices are great too.

WOW.....This is a great car wash! They were offering a free wash for their grand opening in South Glens Falls NY so, I figured why not. The staff were great and my car never had a better exterior wash, plus free interior vacuums - and who said there is no such thing as a free lunch! Great new business to the area, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Horrible customer service. Paige is a joke she cant even properly respond to an email all her responses seem automated. The customer service agents are rude when you call the toll free number. The employees at the car wash are friendly but thats about it.

Friendly service BUT...Ive been a member for 2 months and not once have the bugs been removed from my front bumper. Went today to do my my son and daughter-in-laws car and had to tell the attendent multiple times I was good and didnt need help purchasing my car wash. Then I go back with my car and not a peep or hello because they already sold to me. Also the attachmemts on the vacuums dont allow you to get those hard to reach areas.

Brandy and Skyler are the best car wash attendance Ive ever met. Recently switched over from Hoffmans after having them for over 6 years. Tidal wave car wash is always clean functioning properly and best of all offers the towels and window cleaner as a standard for free. Oh in the free vacuums are great to.

Been going here for the free vacuum s but today I was approached buy a girl saying I have to pay $3 for a vacuum unless I m getting a car wash. I didn t see any sign explaining that clearly. I know for a fact others use the vacuums for free. It s deceiving and false advertising. I m filling a complaint with the state.

Best wash in town. Its the vaccums that do it for me. The suction from vaccums at other places is weak and also costly. This place gives u free vaccum service and cheap monthly subscription choices. 25 for the full monte. Well worth it. Keeping the salt off my baby like pros I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Tidal Wave Auto Spa is the place to go. They let me know if you sign up for a membership, your first month is the same as a single wash! You can wash your car everyday if you wanted to, that s like $1 or less a day and if you don t like it you can cancel anytime!
