After almost 15 years with a The Good Hands Company they jacked up my rates enormously. I recently decided to look for a new home and car insurance company because the company I have ( for 24 years) is becoming increasing expensive. I saw the sign for Cote insurance in front of the building and called for information. Christine was the representative who assisted me and provided the information for new home and car insurance. Her communication and knowledge were terrific and she informed me of the process which of course involved communication with the insurance companies. She was prompt in her phone calls which involved providing her with additional information from my past company. She made the process easy and quick and I had the new insurance from Cote within the week. All the forms I had to sign were made out when I came to the office and everything was complete in approximately 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Cote insurance to anyone and Christine was wonderful to work with.

Good price and fast service

I switched from State Farm to Cote insurance because Christine was able to save me 57 bucks a month. She is extremely friendly, answered all of my questions and took multiple calls from me. I cant remember, for sure, when I switched to Cote Insurance. I do know that there is a distinct difference between Cote Insurance and other local insurance agencies I have worked with in the past. Christine Springer, for example, is very proactive. Each year she researches all premiums before she sends me my renewal, so I know she has done the leg work before she sends me documents. When my fiance bought his truck, last month, and told me that his insurance agency gave him an astronomical premium I told him about the discounts I had received. He was told they werent real. I immediately called Christine at Cote. She is so knowledgeable, kind and hardworking. Buying a car is a drag- until finalization. Everything seems to happen all at once and it felt like she moved Heaven and Earth for him. Not to mention; who gets a phone call every year, from their insurance agent, wishing them a happy birthday? I do! With such personalized service who wouldnt want to stay local?
