They do good work. Won't make you pay for something you don't need... Will give you warnings on somethings but won't pressure you to get their service unless you want it. prices on somethings are a touch high. But over all good people and good customer service.
We bought my husbands mazda from carriage traders last may and they have been nothing but upfront and honest with us this shop looked at our car because it was from there sister lot and once we bought the car we actually continued going there for all services now on his mazda and my pilot thats NOT from carriage traders, the guys talk to me just like im a guy they dont try to sell me extra bulkshit because im "a girl". Last week I had to get a nys inspection. They took there time to tell me how my car did and the things I should get fixed in the future with the price if the service!!! That is why they gained us as customer's.
