I recently called for a tow from FJR towing the driver arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He used extra caution when loading & unloading my mustang due to it being lowered. They also have the best prices in the area, I d highly recommend them for all your towing needs.

I don t think I ve ever left a review before so that alone should should speak to how great the service was. I was stranded with a broken down car and a phone on 10% and these guys came in a timely manner and helped out. The driver was great, letting me use his charger and dropping me off at my house (3 minutes from the garage). Overall super helpful would definitely recommend!

Jose was very fair with us and took good care of us, even though we didn t end up using FJR for our tow. It s easy for towing companies to take advantage of the difficult situation people are in when they need a tow, and I got the opposite treatment from Jose. If everyone at FJR is like him, it s a great company.

I called AAA at 430pm for a tow at 11pm after multiple calls, I was told it would be another 3hrs.I called FJR towing Francisco was so understanding came right out and towed my car. Definitely put AAA to shame. I recommend this towing company.

Ive used FJR towing services twice now. Both drivers where fast to respond, took amazing care of my vehicle loading securing and transporting. Hard to find a company for a long distance tow in Rural Massachusetts. There not the cheapest there not the most expensive there the most fair priced and I feel comfortable and know my vehicles are in good hands. Definitely the only company in the future Im calling

i was dropping my brother off at home after a very long day of driving for my fuel pump to fail on me on the way back. it was 12:30 am on a monday as i sat in my car calling towing companies and people to ask where to get a tow. low and behold fjr towing was able to give me a tow around 3:00 am when everyone told me i couldn t get a tow. definitely my go to towing service now!!

I cannot seem to express in words how reliable, efficient and kind the people at FJR Towing are to their customers .I called them in a frantic emergency while I was awaiting a service call from AAA . As we know AAA can take AWHILE to come out to pick you up . I couldn t wait I had to make it to the tire shop before they closed so by the grace of god I googled any other tow places near me that were open and they were the first to pop up! So with my fingers crossed I called and got right through a very nice man named Francisco answered and was able to help me and get a tow to my location within 15 minutes and everything went smoothly after that . Again I cannot thank FJR towing enough they deserve 6 stars not 5!!!!

Even though it was cold and rainy, he went above and not only did he tow my car to a repair shop, he changed my tire for me so that I could get home safe. Best services ever.

I try not to leave negative reviews but feel this is warranted; I tried to have my car towed by FJR today. Called around 1pm - the man who picked up gathered some info, and told me they would tow my car to a shop at 3pm. At 4pm, my girlfriend informs me that my broken-down car is still in the same parking lot. I call FJR; we realize he never asked where the car was located. Pretty silly mistake, I should have just found another tow at that point I gave him the location of my car, and he said he would have a driver tow it in about 45 min. At the end of things, my car was never towed at all! I was never called or messaged to be informed of this. I had to have my girlfriend check the parking lot again at 8pm. Pretty awful communication, and literally, I never had my vehicle towed. Now I need to scramble to get it towed overnight, or the parking lot owner is going to have it towed who knows where. Unfortunatley FJR said they would help me through this, but failed to do so.

FJR is the best

I purchased a Bobcat that had been sitting for 10+ years in a yard so I needed someone with a flatbed that could move a dead machine. I got quotes from a few of the bigger local companies and they basically priced themselves out of the job and had no interest. I called Francisco, he gave me very fair price, showed up on time and had the machine loaded in less than 10 minutes. FJR went above and beyond from pickup to dropoff and made the whole operation seamless.

Ive used this company on several occasions and theyve never disappointed. A few times for jump starts and more recently for a tow. They have good prices and good service. I would highly recommend.

OnStar sent FJR as a rescuer when my car stopped running due to possible alternator fail. The dealer said they wouldnt look at iy until Monday so Frank quoted me a tow all the way home on the spot. After he towed us he spent about a half hour himself tryingbyo troubleshoot with what he had. Ultimately he advised I have the mechanic look at it who is much closer to my home. He went the extra mile for us and was a pleasant professional the whole 2 hour tow.

FJR Towing is bar far the BEST towing service in the area! We were traveling late in a commercial moving truck and had a flat tire. Thirty minutes after our call to them. We were picked up and towed to a local tire shop they recommended. It was a very easy transaction. We have never had a tow service that fast. Tow companies usually have you waiting up to 3 hours or more so this was definitely unusual timely service! If you are ever in need of any time of road service don t use anyone else except FJR Towing!!! Yes this is a real review!!!

I am not able to say enough nice things about this company I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When I called for a quote I got an Exact number and no none sense.
