Unfortunately had to have my car towed twice within a 2 week period. He was quick to respond to both calls and was very professional. I would definitely recommend and use his services if I ever need them again
Very quick and professional. I had even called them and the phone stopped working and had to call them back because they showed up and I didn't even know it. Wasn't mad that they had to come out a second time or charge me more. I would use them again..definitely.
it desen't even deserve one star. The guy was extremely rude and greedy. stay away from him!! my battery died and need to be towed to dealership. i waited for 30min. he brought a jump stater, jumped started my car for 2 seconds and charged me $50! What a rip-off ! I asked him to tow my car, he insisted that I could drive it myself, and didn't tow my car.I barely made it to dealership. he didn't care if my car could be disabled on my way.

Extremely rude...tug your car on a rope before calling this guy. Whoever answers their phones is clearly just a pissed off truck driver. Other quality companies in the area.

As far as I m concerned the one job they had as a towing company was to look at a license plate and tow the correct car, and they didnt do that. --- On 3/23/2015 I was running a both at a 3 day event held at the Stamford Hilton Hotel (where I did NOT have a room). I parked in the garage at 8:00am and when I came out to my car at 7:30pm it was missing. I searched with hotel security staff for 2 hours before contacting the Stamford Police department to file a theft report. It was brought to my knowledge by the hotel that a Black 2009 Jetta had broken down in the garage earlier that week and the woman who owned it called a tow company to come retrieve it. I own a Black 2000 Jetta, which was parked fairly close to this vehicle but thought the chances of a tow company taking the wrong car is unlikely. On the night of the 23rd I could not arrange for pick up till close to midnight, the hotel was fully booked so I could not get a room. In the morning I called tow companies and found that with lack of remorse Stamford Towing had in fact accidentally towed the wrong car. Steve provided me limited solutions, all in which required that I go out of my way to correct their mistake. I requested that he find a way to return it to the Stamford Hilton Hotel where they had taken it from. The inconvenience this caused me was extensive and costly and Stamford Towing showed no remorse. As far as I m concerned the one job they had as a towing company was to look at a license plate and tow the correct car, and they didnt do that.
This guy was psycho and rude on the phone, and then left me stranded in the middle of the night in a city I am unfamiliar with. Would not recommend, particularly to lone females.
