Took my truck in to have a chip repaired and it looks worse than before... they said it should hold and I trust them, but the chip is right in my line of sight so now its even more visible. They also didnt fill the chip in, just drilled it out and put a plug in it, to the hole is still rough and exposed. They also left a little sheet of plastic with some epoxy stuff stuck to my hood

Fixed our lift gate in less than 20 minutes!! Thought we were gonna have to leave it for half a day, but easy, and done. No problem. Very happy. New service- repaired crack from a rock in less than 30 min! Coordinated with our insurance, signed the invoice and done, YAY!!!

Can t recommend this place enough! I have had 2 windows on my car fixed now from them (months apart) and they are awesome! This second time I didn t have a ride so I was going to sit and wait. A employee working was headed the same way I needed to go and gave me a ride there! Both times they cleaned out the glass that had fallen in my car. This time I had duct tape residue from covering my window and they scrubbed it off. It s really the little things and I love this place!

Didn t notice until now but I had to replace my window due to a crack and the seals look extremely patchy and not only that, it looks like it s lifting. Another thing to note is that they damaged and cracked the plastic part near my dashboard. Quite disappointing since this place was recommended to me. The employees there were also quite intimidating and seem kind of rude. In conclusion, looks like I have to spend hundreds of dollars again to fix this window

A week after installation it rained and my floorboard is flooded the windshield leaks. All over my steering column.

Shattered windshield turned into a lucky, great story. Stranded half way home for the holidays on an 1800 mile drive, on Dec 15, 22. Tonkawa, OK. Windshield shattered by debris at 70+mph on freeway 35. No windshield services in Tonkawa. LUCKILY, Mark Hammock (owner of A Plus), and a friend saw our predicament. Mark called his office (50 miles away). His office procured a windshield that evening and arranged next day install. He opened an 8am time slot next morning for install, and his techs were there. Prompt, courteous young guys completed install in windy, very cold conditions, and we were on our way. How lucky were we to have Mark Hammock there that day. How lucky were we to get the expedited service from Mark people. Even the OK Highway Patrol mentioned what a fine person and organization are A PLUS. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT A PLUS GLASS in Stillwater, OK.

I m an A+ Glass customer for life! I own a local business and came to my shop on a Saturday morning to find the glass broken on my door. A+ was closed but the owner himself came out on his day off to fix my door! He brought his baby grandson with him because they were spending the day together. As a business owner, I know what types of sacrifices we make for our business. Mark gave up time on his day off with his grandson to save my rear and didn t even charge me. His kindness is something I will not forget anytime soon!!

Mark created a frameless glass enclosure for my shower with a half wall of glass & installed it beautifully. He also replaced & installed a window. Marks installation staff led by Bobby were always kind, respectful of my furnishings, as well as everyone in the household. His clerical support staff were always kind & responsive, as Mark was during the preparation & installation process. They came on time when they/I established an install date. Truly both look amazing. I am very grateful and I greatly appreciated their work in my home. I will definitely use them again, and again! Thank you!

Great experience getting my windshield replaced. They got my car on the schedule quickly and the new windshield looks great. Hopefully I don t have any glass problems in the future, but if I do, I ll be returning to A+ Glass!

I would not go back. Glass quality is sub par. Nothing out of the ordinary and I had chips in my windshield within 4 months. Nothing that should have chipped my windshield ever hit it. Instal was ok but some of the seal was not properly aligned.

I called from across the country desperate to find assistance for a family member and they were kind, professional, and able to assist right away. It was such a relief and I am very grateful I called A+.

Professional, came to my house to replace the windshield. Reasonable price and a job well done.

Takes way to long to complete tasks. Ordered a sliding glass door and it took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived the glass was unusable and the company sent it back. I am now waiting another two weeks to get it installed. 5 weeks without a door rationing air conditioning to avoid high bills during the summer has become a nightmare as I continue to wait and wait for this to be completed. Then there will be no compensation or discount for the trouble and hassle of waiting. What a hassle and the company s slow production and service is at the root of this frustration.

New windshield came in shattered, I was told we wont charge you for this..that was my first red flag..like thank you? I then got a call about replacing my rear view mirror to which I said no bc all my funds went to the $400 windshield. I go to pick up my car, and what do you know? A new mirror to which I got discounted...still costing costing $50 more! Then the next day I go to okc for a Dr appt and BOTH side straips are flapping in the wind. I had to pull over on the highway. Ridiculous. They broke the tabs that hold them in place and didnt even make me aware OR replace them. I will never use this place again.

The people here are just wonderful! Even when you forget to take your car in, two days in a row! I appreciate your patience and your A+ Quality Work!!

Went in to get the rear window on my wifes truck resealed and they cut the front windshield out instead. Wife was out a truck all weekend while they ordered a new windshield. And when I picked it up nobody even said sorry or offered a discount on the reseal. Very unfriendly and unprofessional work.

Theyre wrapping up an amazing window job at our house! I already made a review, I just wanted to share pictures. Google is being complicated. Before and after pictures, there was so much water and bubbles before. The boys are extremely kind, using maam, smiles, the whole nine yards!

We purchased 3/8 tempered glass for a home project from A+ Auto Glass a couple years ago. The price was reasonable, and I was really pleased with how helpful the owner was. He offered advice on getting the proper measurements and installing the glass. I enjoyed working with them, and Id go back if I had additional business.

9-05-2014 Had the front glass of my Honda Ridgeline replaced today. The tech from A+ Glass came to my home and did the work. I believe his name was Jeremy. I couldnt have ask for a more polite and professional person to deal with. He did a great job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I asked A+ to replace a windshield in my Chevrolet truck. They did a great job installing it, and the new glass looks fantastic. The entire process took a few hours, and I am very pleased with the result. I asked them to make sure the replacement windshield was good quality, and did not have any distortions, folds, or other optical defects, and the new glass is flawless.
