On the way to work on this very cold morning, my window was down and got stuck in that position. I brought it to Wayne at 8:30 in the morning. And by 9:30 he had my issue resolved. He even took the time to find the part i needed and ordered it on the spot. Very knowledgeable and speedy staff. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.
I recently moved into the area. The mechanic I used for 20+ years had retired. I had to find someone new that I can trust to fix my cars. I can honestly say that Wayne and the staff at Up and Down were fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and confident that they would take care of my auto needs. They absolutely went above and beyond and made sure I was in great shape. Up and Down earned my business & I can honestly recommend this business to anyone in the area that needs car repairs done. Fast, efficient and friendly. This was my first experience with them but I will absolutely be back.
I had two times I had to go to Up and down Automotive. The first. Time I needed a battery, and they pulled it in. Put a new battery in a fantastic experience 0 wait time.. The next time we had to go was to put new tires on my wife's car. Same day service. Excellent care, very good experience with them above and beyond.
These guys are awesome! They're honest and don't charge for things that aren't needed. They were able to diagnose my SUV and have it back up and running in no time. I appreciate you also letting me know about things that were wrong with it that I never would've known. I highly recommend this shop.
I truly cannot say enough great things about every person and experience I've had with this garage. It's very difficult to find honest, trustworthy, exceptional mechanics; these guy check all the boxes. The time they spent just explaing things and being honest was very much appreciated. My son worked so hard to buy his first car privately and we really messed up buying it. I had seen several posts about Up and Down automotive so took the car there. The next day we had answers. Not only did they diagnosis the problem efficiently and quickly they helped us tow the car to get our money back. In today's world nobody goes the extra mile or genuinely cares. If you're reading reviews to find a place, make the call to them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you guys for being honest, good, fair humans! I can never thank you enough for all your help.

Wife sent in car to be serviced. Automotive company came back and said that the battery was dead suddenly and needs to be replaced. My wife was given the option to just start the vehicle up or go ahead and replace the battery. She chose the latter. They found a battery but, according to them, the only battery available in the area was a $300 premium battery. Instead of calling my wife back about the price of this battery they went ahead and installed and charged her for it. There should have been a call stating that the only battery in the area was this expensive one and then asking her if she still wants to go through with it. Needless to say our bill was much higher than anticipated. Otherwise I would have given this a 5 star review.

Super friendly and fast service. I came to Wayne with what I thought would be a slew of issues for my 08 FJ. He did not once try to upsell me on anything or convince me that I needed unnecessary work. He informed me a few of the things I thought were bigger issues, were simple fixes! He s working on my struts in the upcoming week, highly recommend. Love that I found a trustworthy local shop.
I ended up here because my car was near un-drivable, and they are very close to my house. I can not say enough good things. From the second I called until the time I picked up my car everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. They were very kind, responsive and the prices were extremely reasonable. So happy to find a quality mechanic near our house. Beyond thrilled with our van s repairs (rear brakes etc) today and plan to make Up and Down our regular place to go. Our van was dropped off at 8am and done with everything by 11am. Exceeded our expectations in quality of work and reasonably priced.
