Two very large windows, both with cracked seals. The certified installer gave us an astronomical bid, and required full payment up front with at least a nine month lead time.. So, we called Stillwater Glass. What a difference. Within a month we have brand new crystal clear windows for a very fair price considering the size of the project. Marcus and crew are courteous, professional and highly skilled with big scary pieces of glass. They did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased with the result. Just beautiful. They were also really nice to our dog, Gus, so they have that going for them too. Good guys. Highly recommend!

Extremely nice and professional people the second l walked through the door. They ran into a snag and called me immediately for my input. After a few options we decided that corners might need to be cut and l okd it. When l arrived for the product l could not believe the quality of work AND my daughters antique jewelry stand/ dressing mirror was PERFECT, they saved everything.... even the felt! Had my car broken into and my wife was headed out of town with our other vehicle, so I needed a new window ASAP. Called Stillwater glass and let them know the situation. They were about to close for the day but scheduled me for first thing the next morning and even offered to stick around and wrap the window for me at no charge. Got the car in first thing the next day and it was done less than two hours later. Could not be more thankful and would HIGHLY recommend Stillwater Glass!

This company was very good to work with very kind and mindful of the job they were doing explained everything and how to take care of our shower door worked with us to figure out which hardware and finish was best and also attentive to how we wanted it to be done. Minor damage that was fixable was made aware to the owner who called me himself and made sure that it was taken care of no question when Joel came back out he was very positive and took care of it.

Were able to get me in same week for a door window repair after someone broke into my car. They even vacuumed the glass out! Very quick service and friendly staff, Ill be back for any glass needs in my future for sure!

I use Stillwater Glass all the time, but just want to share the 2 great experiences Ive had with Stillwater Glass: Brought in an old piece of my own picture frame glass to have it be cut down to a smaller size, and ordered another piece as well. The woman working only charged me for the piece I ordered, saying, Thats on us, I can see youre a regular customer. So nice! I also recently went in to get a large picture frame fitted with glass, and on my way to my car, I clumsily dropped it in the parking lot. The guy who helped me was immediately outside (he heard the crash from inside!) and he replaced the glass for free, and another woman helped me clean up the mess. Always a great experience with these guys.

Can t handle the job

I had called around to many glass shops to see the time it would take for 5 pieces of simple glass. We needed it as soon as possible but everywhere said anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. As a last attempt my wife (Dani) called Stillwater Glass and spoke with Cheryl. Cheryl was fantastic and on top of it. She said to get the dimensions to her as soon as we could to see if she could get it done same day. When I got the dimensions to her she said it would be done by 1pm and it sure was! They put their customers first, they were prompt and easy. My wife and I do kitchen refacing and run into needing glass made for cabinet doors frequently we will only be going to Stillwater Glass for this from now on. Thank you for running such a great business!

Daryl and Marcus (sorry if spelling is wrong) were wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and adapted to a tricky situation with our older shower. They kept us in the loop while working with landlords to get a quote and updated us throughout the day of work to let us know what they were doing. Would recommend!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! First time useing this company. Brought boat window in for repair 4 weeks ago. They said they had the plexiglass in stock and it would be done in two weeks. They called after two weeks and said they dont have the correct color and would have to order it. After another week they forgot to order it and said it will be $60. More. They said they would pick it up on Monday, l called and they said the supplier is our of stock. I then asked 3 different times to have the owner call me never did. After another week they promised it would be done Thursday by 4:30. Went to get it and still not done. They said they had other jobs to finish. My job should have had priority with all the screw ups! No concern for the customer!

My experience with Stillwater Glass was terrible. I went to get a windshield replaced, a job that turned into a huge mess. I showed up for my original appointment at 8:00am and was informed that they forgot to pick up the windshield from the supplier the evening before. Not the end of the world, so we rescheduled for that afternoon and I came back in at 1:00. When I showed up, they took my car back and then realized that they picked up the wrong windshield for my vehicle. We rescheduled for the following week, at which the wrong windshield was picked up again. I was then told by the owner that he would be getting the windshield and coming out to meet me and replace it. I never heard from anyone, and so I called and got no answer. I left a voicemail, to which no one replied. I called again and was told they were trying to contact me but could not reach me which seemed like a lie as I had never been called or received any voicemail. They said they would not be able to get me in, as one of the installers went on vacation so I decided to go elsewhere. All in all, poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and an outright lie from an employee has made me rethink ever considering using this business. I have but used any of their other services, and my experience may be 1 out of 1000 but I would not recommend this business to anyone and I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I was contacted a few days later after picking up my window. They discussed my earlier concerns and decided to refund me the entire amount of my repair. That was a nice jester on their part, I will consider using them in the future.

BIG shoutout to this company and their customer service. They have the kindest and friendliest staff in their office. Above beyond is an understatement. My uncle is deaf, and it s hard to always help with his affairs from afar. He needed some glass replaced on his car and I am not an expert in that department but gave him a few numbers in hopes one would be able to help. He called two other local companies with his relay service and going between the people answering the phones to the relay service and back to him was a disaster. Until he called Stillwater Glass. The lady ( I wish I knew her name) that they were in contact with was so kind, responsive, patient and sweet. It made my uncle less apprehensive going into the appointment. Before the appointment he asked for a place to get coffee within walking distance, and she printed him a list which was very thoughtful. Fast forward to the appointment. The car was brought in, the work was quick, looked great and insurance processing through the relay service was smooth and easy! The best part of this that made my uncle so happy and appreciative was the girl he had been working with knew basic sign language and was able to communicate some. It really made him smile and and know they cared for their customers as people and not just a number. These days companies are about the dollar and getting people in and out, but Stillwater Glass is the exception! Small shop but huge on customer relations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. If I was closer they would be my go to, or just to stop in and say thanks!! Kudos and Thank You Stillwater Glass!!

Terrible service! Called in order Friday morning and was told it would be ready Monday morning, but wasnt. Went back Tuesday morning to find that they lost my order. Never again!

My apologies for the late review, but I wanted to say thank you Stillwater Glass for all the beautiful work you did on my home! The shower is lovely and we received a lot of compliments from family and friends and the windows have been beautiful to sit and watch the fall colors though! Marcus and Amber are both wonderful to work with, very kind and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to insure we were up to date throughout the whole process. The installers left the house clean and had I not been home, you wouldn t have known they were there. Very professional and courteous which is greatly appreciated.
