Horrible service, Horrible Staff, Will never be ordering from here again and will be contacting corporate on this behalf. Waited over 2 hours on my food and after an hour they still hadn’t put in my order. The cashier demonstrated a lack of intelligence and didn’t even understand how to work the register properly. The cashier took like 30 minutes to take my order and kept on answering the phone and ignoring me when I asked about my order. Staff was messing up online orders and over heard the other complaints from different customer. Saw customer leave from how frustrated they were. Store operations was horrible. Staff was even dropping pans and dough on the floor like come on if you can handle running this store shut it down or hire someone that’s capable of meeting your customers needs.
I placed my order on the app. I was advised it would be 30-40 minutes before it was ready. We were 30 minutes away as it was and I even waited 15 minutes before we left the house. When I went in to pick up my order because the app showed it was ready, I was told it would roughly be another 20 minutes. We waited in line, and when I pulled to the drive up window, I was told they couldn't find my order. Someone offered an 2 orders of lava cakes, or something else for the inconvenience. I was feeling 6 people so 2 lava cakes wouldn't have worked so I asked if they would do 2 orders of the bread bites instead. I was told yes and the order would be out as soon as possible. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my order to be remade. 2 of the pizzas were wrong, They didn't have all of the drinks id ordered so they had to sub it for other stuff that was left, none of them had the garlic butter on the crust like they were ordered with AND even though they offered to give 2 orders for all of the mess up on there end I only got 1.... I understand it was a Saturday evening but this is beyond ridiculous!! I get you may be out of the drinks.... Cool they gave me something else...... But they lost my order, made it wrong when they remade it and promised me something as compensation and didn't provide what was promised. On top of the coat of it all! Management needs to get a hold of stuff up there! No telling how much money is walking out the door!
Only good thing about this place was the 9.99 deal that is now gone. Food is constantly undercooked even when you ask for well done, they skimp on toppings, and have rude employees. Go somewhere else for pizza lol.
I ordered a Large New York Style Meatzza extra cheese add mushrooms, green peppers, onion, and black olives. When my husband picked it up it was just a vegetable pizza no meat so they said they’d remake it. He called to let me know what happened and he literally had to step outside because the workers were inside playing, using profanity, and being loud to where I could barely hear him on the phone. They even say when another customer walks in, “we better settle down before they set how we really act in here but oh well” and laughed. My husband gets the pizza and brings it home and what do you know, NO extra cheese. I called to make them aware because after 2 opportunities, clearly all the playing and not paying attention is leading to wrong orders having to made over again. Being that I paid for extra cheese I either want it or the money back for the extra cheese. I called and I explain to the employee what happened and he remembers, I tell him they still forgot the extra cheese part and he recognizes that they did forget the extra cheese. He put his manager on the phone, Logan, and immediately Logan said I know the second pizza was made right I watched it. I told him it didn’t have the extra cheese on top that I paid for and he got an attitude and started being rude. I decided to end the call and take my loss but Domino’s app has been deleted from my phone and had completely lost my business.
Ordered 5 pizzas, waited an hour, still in prep. Called, guy that answered was a jerk, said it would be a while because they screwed up a bunch of orders. Told him that wasn't our problem, when asked for our food to be delivered in 30 minutes he said he was refunding our money. They couldn't even at least let the customers know that they're idiots
Overcharged and Terrible Customer Service! I ordered two pizzas from this Domino’s location, and the total should have been $21.84 (including tax). However, my card was charged $49.14! When I brought this issue to the staff and manager, they refused to help. The manager told me, “There’s nothing we can do,” and I had to call my bank myself. If your system overcharges customers, you should take responsibility and assist in resolving the issue, not push the problem onto the customer. This is completely unacceptable!
Last two times order took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold. This last time ordered a pizza and it arrived burnt and cold, so inedible, and part of the order was missing after taking over 2 hours to arrive. Ordered at 6:30, arrived at 8:45. Store said it would send new order of missing item but at this rate it will be 10pm before rest of food gets here. Weather was not great tonight but will never order from this location again.
Waited over an hour for our pizzas ( 4 single topping) when we got home there were old and one was folded inhalf. I called 3 times before someone answered and then was told that they were busy so there wasn't anything they were going to do about it and hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and then immediately hung up on again. Customer service is horrible.

My order was going to be delayed by over an hour, the delivery person delivered it to the wrong address, and an hour later, they left for delivery again but still didn t deliver the pizza. After more than 3 hours of waiting, I still haven t received any pizza.
As far as affordable take out pizza, we prefer dominos. Its fast, pretty consistent on the quality and taste. I like their crust and the sauce is good.

I went in to pick up a pizza the other day and heard a man yelling in the back and a girl came around the corner crying. And im pretty sure I heard one of the girls call him by the name of Dylan(pretty sure he s the GM) Idk what was going on but it seemed very unprofessional and my pizza wasn t even that good.
I m out of town and my daughter suggested Doninos, and as a non-local, I had no other suggestions. I regularly have awesome pizza from local pizza joints where I m from in IL. I paid TWENT FREAKIN DOLLORS for a pizza that was far WORSE than a frozen Freschetta or Digiorno brand pizza. Crust is flavorless, cheese is generic, sauce taste isn t there, the only saving grace would be some seasoning, which is completely absent. You re not thinking above a teenager level when it comes to your pizza . How you re still in business is beyond me.

This dominos needs to quit being so skimpy. Why does there seem like there is less dough than normal? Ever since covid the pies have been very thin, like theyre cutting back or something but still charging full price, if not more. The $6 delivery charge is absolutely ridiculous, it used to be like $3.75, I am not too sure why there is such a surge there as well. I wouldnt mind if the pizzas were High Quality but I feel like im paying premium prices for minimal services. Ive worked at a dominos before, I know for a fact there are specific measurements/weights for the portions of cheese and for 1-3+ toppings for each pizza size. Why does this dominos continually skimp out on all of these? Also, whoever is cutting the pies are consistently cutting them unevenly, I order regularly, please figure out what this is about, there is a chart clearly describing how the pizzas should be cut. And lastly someone forgot to put the powder on the lava cakes and include a utensil, Im not too sure why this simple act is being neglected, its powder and a spoon. Please do better Stillwater Dominos!

The all-around service was absolutely terrible. They were not familiar with the menu, they gave me the wrong address. Which left my order in the window under a light for 40 minutes after they come out of the oven I asked for a new order in which she replied I looked at him and they look okay. By the time I got them home they werent worth eating. Very disappointing experience.

My husband and I have had a horrible flu and were sick of soup and decided to order some solid food and what we got was as disgusting as this flu!!! We ate one piece of the pizza and one piece of the stuffed bread last night and put the rest of it up for today. After the first bite I had a long black hair (I m blonde and so is my husband!!!) in my mouth!!! After examining the pizza we discovered another long black hair in the pizza (both were baked in NOT on top!!!! We immediately called and were told by the so called manager (Dillon) that since it was from yesterday s order that they couldn t refund it but would give us a credit!!! Are you kidding me, like we d ever order from them again!!! The manager was just plain rude about it!!! We travel all over the country and have ordered from Dominoes all over the country and have never had such a horrible and disgusting experience!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!!
Out of all the fast food places that come to mind that I frequently get a smile and an enthusiastic enjoy your day, and there arent many, this Dominos is one of them. Great job, keep it up.
We dont get delivery often and normally have no issues but tonight both mine and my mans pizzas were burnt around the edges and none of the 3 pizzas were cut to where I could pick up the whole pizza. so I called them to get the ones that were burnt remade and they apparently have started requiring you to return the pizzas you get remade even if you have ate some of it. To me like thats nasty cause you dont know if someone is sick or not so why would you take them back.

I always order online and go pick up at the pick window. I love the pick-up window as it makes it really easy to drive up, grab my food, and exit the premises. the staff is always friendly and helpful. I like to get a philly cheesesteak pizza on their thin crust. Its sooo good. If you havent tried it, I highly recommend it. They have plenty of option, not just pizza and I always love to do their 6.99ea for two or more items deal.

They have a driver who drives a white Nissan Sentra Texas plates RMM9793 that drives extremely aggressive. Almost rear ended me with my newborn and 2 yr old in the car. Then whipped around me and flipped me off. When I had my turn signal on way in advance. All while they had the dominos sign on top of their car. Give dominos a bad look. Dominos needs to make sure their drivers arent acting like a fool while on shift with their signs. I love dominos food but their drivers need to chill seriously because peoples lives are more important then you delivering the pizza as fast as you can smh. And flipping someone off while on shift is just wow. So unprofessional.

When they actually care about the quality of pizza theyre baking and decide to pop the dough bubbles rather than letting them explode and ruin the pizza and still serve them to customers, the product turns out decent. They rarely, if ever, make ingredient mistakes. Overall good experiences with this store - if theyd just learn how to pop the dough bubbles.

Such unfortunate changes that your Store now require for ordering is ridiculous. Some of us do not trust to order our pizza online over the risk of scammers. So, folks, write this new change down in your notes. DOMINOS NO LONGER ALLOWS YOU TO ORDER The Mix and Match deals through delivery service, over the phone. This store is only looking out for what is more convenient for themselves. This was the final straw for me. Farewell & good riddance, Dominos.

My daughter is 18 yrs old with mild disabilities and severe anxiety. She is trying to get outside of her comfort zone and try new things and doing more things for herself. This evening she had a friend stay and they had their own money so my daughter asked if she could make her own profile and order her own pizza. I sat down and helped her make a Dominos profile and showed her the menu and coupons. She put in her order and the total come to $49.75. Now my daughter cant count money very good and she only grabbed $50 not thinking about the tip. My daughter went to the door and took the food and paid ( the much older lady) and my husband was on the other side of the door( where the lady couldnt see him) getting some $ out of his wallet to give for a tip and the delivery driver looked at the money and said said what a whole measly .25 for the driver?. Well my daughter learned a valuable lesson this evening on When to tip and when not to tip. Needless to say she left with her measly .25 tip.

This was the skimpiest Philly cheese steak pizza ever! Very disappointed for the price. Where s the beef? There s mushrooms but not much beef. Paid extra for extra large but they used less topping than even a large has. I ve eaten this very same style specialty pizza at Domino s in many locations for many years but this one from Stillwater, is, by far, the worst ever. Do better Stillwater Domino s.
Ordered my parents a pizza to their room and they received a cold pizza that seemed like it had been sitting for hours. Call the store the next morning and they are extremely rude to me and tell me I have to pay another delivery fee to have the food remade and brought back to them? Seriously dominos? Ordered my pizza at 5:13 in the afternoon it is now 747 I ve had to call four times and I still do not have a Pizza they have my money but I have no pizza worst experience of my life. do not order from this Domino s In Stillwater. I am 55 years old I ll be a lot of pizza in my life never have I been this disgusted with a pizza place. My husband talked to the GM and they couldn t even be civil then calling corporate.

Ordered 6 pizzas and 3 cinnamon twists with extra icing, parmesean and peppers. Got message it was ready. Drive up window told me they messed it up and to pull forward and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later I went in and all my order was just sitting on the shelf while we were being ignored. Then they didn t include my icing and I had to add more cinnamon to an order because they barely put any on the twists. Not my best experience
This has got to be the nastiest tasting gluten free pizza Ive had. The crust was hard. The flavor of the crust was that of a burnt piece of cardboard. The ingredients in the top were pepperoni onion and bell pepper. The toppings did not taste fresh. The value was not good either. It cost over $21 for a small gluten free crust 3 topping and an order of boneless wings. Not worth the price. Dont waste your money.
Took nearly three hours for them to deliver our pizza. They delivered to the wrong room the first time- that didn t even have a number on the door and clearly wasn t ours. Then waited another hour for them to show up again and almost deliver it to the wrong room again.
They were really busy, and did a great job!
My family has ordered from this dominos for a little over a year. They have great wings, sandwiches, pasta, and of course pizza.. Their salads are always fresh, the desserts are yummy too! The service has always been fast and friendly as well!

3 stars due to little unhygienic conditions, no one was wearing gloves in the restaurant. They were making pizzas with bare hands. I was just assured due to high heat, all the germs and bacterias would get killed but company should follow proper hygiene.
I literally love these guys. I ve lived in Stillwater for four years now, and they ve followed me through basically every address I ve stayed! The ALWAYS find your place without a problem, even if it s complex on campus. This is my GO-TO always, it s just an overall amazing experience! Once I ordered and they were out of my drink, the driver literally drove to a Wal-Mart to fulfill an order. I told the man to keep it, but he went out of his way to make sure it got to me. I cannot thank this dominos enough for the countless times they ve pulled though.

My food was burned.
Very dry very little sauce and even less cheese. I order pepperoni hand tossed its the same every time it look feels and tastes old every single time. I sincerely feel they are cooking them ahead of time at lunch.. I ordered at exactly when they opened the pizza came quickly and still the cheese was hard when I got it. As someone who has a lifetime in food service and works as executive sous chef I can tell how old food is by looking it They had good pizza up until around May 2020 ever since the approximately 10 orders I have made have been well below subpar.. The drivers consistently get lost. They have delivered to the wrong apt they have driven back to the restaurant and they have sent me out a 90 minute old pizza that I told them not to send cause I dont want old dry pizza. This is a management or ownership problem I would stay away. Pony up the extra cash and get hideaway its a 1000x times better then the Stillwater Dominoes.

I used to be a manger at domino s. This facility does not know how to properly make their pizzas. The crust is too thick and uneven, and the base of the dough is spread way too thin. Every single pizza dough is spread thin and unevenly. There s supposed to be a rise in the hand tossed pizza, and this facility never has that. Their large pizzas done out as the size of mediums, and the overall quality is poor. I ve never had pizza at another domino s that is this poorly made. Save your money and spend it on a pizza facility that understands joe to craft their pizzas.

Twice. Twice I have ordered from this location and recieved poor service. Why bother offer contactless curbside if youre just going to ignore it? We were passed by 4 employees who didnt even say anything. Will NOT be returning. Edit: The pizza was horribly uneven, and the wings barely had any sauce. Awful.

The awkward moment when you pay extra for DOUBLE Alfredo sauce, but it has the same amount as single Alfredo. I have been ordering the same pizza for 4 years (large thin, double Alfredo double spinach), but just recently you changed the amount of Alfredo sauce you put on your pizza. I asked them to remake the pizzas, but you said that you are unable to do so due to the current pandemic
Very inexpensive for a lg. pizza, anywhere in Stillwater, and was pleased with the quality of it.
They always delivery our food on time and sometimes before the time. Except with our order this time before last but in a collage town only one late delivery is great to me!!! Their food is always good and we prefer it over the other chain pizza places. I do not review often but they have impressed me. Only reason it wasn t a 5 star review is because the late delivery I mentioned above.

I ordered a LARGE CHEESE PIZZA at 6:14, it s now 6:50 and I just got it. Wasn t made when I arrived at my pick up time. Sat at the window for an additional 8 min, several workers made eye contact with me and didn t come to the window. When I got my pizza I asked for marinara sauce and they said well we charge for it and I was like well I waited here an extra 30 min because y all didn t make my pizza and the response was yeah I was gonna say, I ll just give it to you for free no. They routinely forget to put the sauce on their sandwiches. Then they act like youre trying to rip them off by asking for sauce. I can understand forgetting it sometimes. But its almost every time. How is it a mango habanero sandwich of theres no mango habanero sauce on it? Its not, its just a toasted chicken sandwich and thats not what I order. Everytime I go here I get great pizza from friendly staff. My son, who can be hard to please, really enjoys the pizza he gets there. Both of my kids, really, enjoy the pizza they get here. One of the things they enjoy is the stuffed cheese bread or garlic knots.
My food was raw :( I tried to call and after 7 minutes of ringing no answer... guess that is 20 dollars down the drain!
They made us the wrong pizza and when we told them they said there was nothing that they could do about it :(

I noticed that this location is locally owned and they did NOT enforce COVID mandates.
They girl who answered the call when I wanted to order pizza for delivery was rude ,impolite and impatient she just said I m putting you on hold while I was in the busy telling her what I wanted on my pizza ,training to this employee would be helpful for the business

Had to drive across town twice in the rain cause I was given the wrong pizza. Then to top it off the guy at the window was super rude and our pizza was cold. Im completely dissatisfied and will never be coming back.
Ordered 3 pizzas, two thin crust and one pan crust. Also ordered 2 10pc wings. One dry, one buffalo sauce. We got 3 thin crust pizzas and 2 10pc wings dry
The food is so good and always prepared perfectly. Also the GM Cayla is pretty cool and seems like a good person.
This Dominos always has great deals, especially for college kids! The management is exceptional and spends quality time making things right!
The food is always delicious and the service is fast. The staff are friendly and helpful. Angel always helps me decide what to order when I m unsure. Such a sweet gal. Keep up the great work guys!

Theyre crust is hands down the best. Love the pizza, love the specials too, the 5.99 mediums! The only thing is they make you buy peppers and cheese

The most horrible service Ive ever had, Ive waited over an hour an 30 for my order so I call and they tell me Ive never placed an order with them. the manager who go on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I love dominos but I will never order from this place again. Very rude service will not recommend to anyone...
Ive ordered right around 49 or 50 different times from this Dominos and theyve NEVER got my order wrong. Plus I have 6 free pizzas just waiting to be redeemed in my account so this Dominos gets a 5 out of 5
