Billy is the man. I ran over a piece of rebar which punched a hole in my fuel tank. I needed a 100 mile tow to the New York city. My auto club called every tow truck company in the area. Nobody wanted the job. Than they contacted their secret weapon. Billy from D & K Towing & Recovery. He came on time like he said. He did an excellent job. We had a bunch of laughs. He is an all around great guy and an excellent businessman. I would definitely call Billy again if I had another problem like that again. Thanks Billy.

I called D&K towing at the recommendation of my neighborhood gas station owner when my car acted up on a freezing cold morning. A tow truck arrived promptly. The driver dealt very calmly and carefully with the numerous issues - hood and trunk that wouldn t open, jump-starting the engine, etc. - and got me on my way within a reasonable time, at a reasonable cost, and with very little stress. The driver was kind, courteous, and professional in every way. I would use this company again.

After a dilemma with a flashing check engine light, I found myself parked in a lot just prior to the Bear Mountain Bridge looking to get towed to a shop back in Chester. After a local car show my rare classic car decided to stop running. Without options I called AAA to tow me home. This not being my first rodeo I explained to the AAA representative that my car is low to the ground and will need ramps to get it on the tow truck without causing damage to the front bumper. Not knowing who ll show up I was more than worried about the competence of the tow truck driver. Billy from D&K Towing and Recovery showed up and with confidence professionalism and know how carefully loaded and unloaded my prize procession on and off his tow truck. From here forward is I need a tow I m calling D&K Towing & Recovery and requesting Billy.

Really appreciated Billys service! Got a flat tire in the middle of the day on Saturday and thought I wouldnt get my car fixed for a few days and have to pay $$$ for a tow, rental and new tire, but with Billys help to change to a spare, I was able to get the car to the shop in time before close and only needed a tire plug. So glad we have honest local workers in the community. Would definitely recommend!

I was in some serious trouble on the side of the road with two vehicles. In the middle of a 95° weather this company jumped right on board was there within 15 minutes and had me back on the road and took the second vehicle back to their yard for the next day pick up. Billy robs ppl my car was towed there by police cuz of a crash I paided that bill he made an offer to get my car home .told me to sleep on it and let him know I did called him back 8am next morning told him that s to much cuz I just paid 524 dollars he got mad because I had another place picking my car up for way cheaper and now he wanted to charge me storage fee after he told me to sleep on his offer and he won t charge storage fee .. after he way playing games all day giving me the run around .. worst experience in my life very unprofessional and the tone and manner when speaking to me

DK is great! Best tow service I ve ever experienced. My jeep broke down on a Friday night on the expressway. I am not familiar with this area but luckily I called DK. Billy the owner, picked up and was actually at his sons wedding BUT he still picked and had a tow truck out to me in literally 30 min maybe less! Scott the tow operator showed up and was really nice and very professional. I actually had my dog with me which was no problem and he rode up in the tow truck with us. Just recently needed a tow from Westchester to Rockland. These guys were great. Literally were there within an hour of first call. Driver was very cooperative over the phone. Wasnt able to be there for the tow and they made it seamless reasonable pricing and couldnt beat the timing.

When in trouble call D&K Towing! I had the most stress free experience dealing with this company. I dont bash others but a local competitor made it very difficult to retrieve my car. I was in distress due to the fact that the other company was requiring me to pay additional storage fees in person! I literally had no way to get the funds to him without leaving work which would have been near impossible. D&K saved the day and took care of everything! Yes, I still had to pay but the process was made so simple by Billy and his team. Thank you again. Shame on you @Around the Clock. Sometimes its just nice to be nice. We broke down on the Palisades just off of Exit 15 (Route 210) at 6:30 on a Saturday night. We were really (pleasantly) surprised at how quickly Billy was there, and how thorough, professional, and kind he was. He is also incredibly fair, as my car had to be taken all the way to Wappingers in Duchess County, and the cost was very reasonable. He also texted the next morning to let us know that he had dropped the car off there. I would recommend D&K to anyone - working with Billy was a bright spot in a tough night.

After waiting an hour for a tow truck from another company I decided to call this one and it was a Greta decision. Im ashamed to say I dont remember the name of the guy but he did a great job. He got to my location in less then 20 minutes and place my bike on the truck without any issues, took his time to make sure the bike was really tight and secure so that it wouldnt fall on the way back and it didnt move. Price may had been high but it was worth it at the end.

One of your flatbed drivers was tailgating me through stony point over a week ago and almost slammed into me and my boyfriend. When we pulled into gas station he pulled n and mouthed us off. If he was in a rush to get somewhere he wouldn t have had time to stop and do that. I put in a call to office to complain and was supposed to get a call back the next morning

They (dont remember the drivers name) went above and beyond worked very hard to make sure my car reached it desired spot even pushed it by hand while in neutral since it had to get into a large garage where the tow truck couldnt enter, theyre the best!
